I had the MOST AWESOME EXPERIENCE IN AT&T CEDARTOWN LOCATION TODAY, THUMBS UP AND BLESSINGS TO CINDY AND SARAH..THE WERE SO PATIENT AND BUSSINESS LIKE. AT&T IS THE BEST.

Closed for lunch and no one is here. Cant call number bc it directs you to a call center. Needs owner to invest in better employees.

Go to Rockmart you will get better service. The staff there has changed there and so has the service. The new staff member Cindy thats took over the store now. Hung up on me twice so I ended up calling the Rockmart store and got my problem solved within minutes. It may cost you a little more time to drive to Rockmart but then again it may save time in the end.

Went to the cedartown location to report my phone stolen and came out with a new phone. Cindy handled her self very well with a store full and was amazed she was able to restore my files

Froy was amazing! He definitely took his time with us and answered every question and refused to go on his break until we were taken care of! Definitely my AT&T store from here on!!

Unfortunately we’ve came twice and they are at lunch and we sit and wait over an hour 1/2 and no one comes back and then we came back and the store was closed before store hours were up. Headed to Rockmart

The Manager Froy was amazing! he was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to set up our new phones without issue. He even took the time to send our old phones back without complications. The Cedartown store is by far the best ATT customer service, Night and Day compared to the worst ATT location in Rome Georgia location by Floyd Medical. Everyone knows don’t go to the Rome location. Go to Cedartown you will be treated better. I rather drive 30min out of my way to go to Cedartown and be treated kindly,respected, and treated like a valued customer than go to Rome a mile away. Thank you ATT of Cedartown I will continue to be a customer of YOURS. Cheers!

Froy was absolutely amazing I live in Wisconsin now but my dad is in cedartown ga. Froy legit spent almost 2 weeks helping me not only get an iPhone for my dad but also a case and screen protector and he also took the time out to help set up my dads iPhone and teach him how to use it. I am beyond thankful for people like him. He is the absolute best and also set my dad up on a plan he can use in Mexico too if u travel outside of the country you know how important this connection is! FROY THANK YOU FOR BEING SO GREAT AND PATIENT you are very appreciated!!!

The Cedartown store with manager Froy is the worst. Last Friday Eve my Granddaughter and I went there with intending to buy a phone and I pad. He asked us to wait in our car because he could only have 1 customer in there. After 45 minutes we go in and he let the lady he was helping leave and go back to her house to get a debit card. He told us we would have to wait until she returned. We could not believe this was happening. I am not one to criticize someone in Management but Froy takes the cake!! Worst ever I have seen and we just ended up being there 3 hours for nothing! We told him What we thought, will never go back, went on to Rome instead!🤔

I went to the store today and their bill pay system was down. The staff was very helpful and helped me set up my online account and make my payment that way! They were great and very patient

Just got home from the Cedartown store. The rep left in the middle of my transaction to wait on another customer, I waited about 20 minutes, before I asked him if it was customary to leave one customer waiting and go to another. I didn’t get an answer.

I went to this store today because I needed a phone. That should be a simple endeavor but why should it be. I have an existing AT&T account with 4 lines and I broke my phone and needed a replacement. I found a phone with a cash price listed. I told the employee that I wanted that phone and would pay cash for it and would simply change my own SIM card. I was told that I could not purchase the phone and that I had to have it added to an account. I don’t want anything added to my account I just wanted a phone. I guess I will have to go to Rome because my moneys no good in Cedartown.

Its ridiculous that at&t told me over the phone to go get a sim card from the retailer store, but my home town store cant even carry sim cards. Best thing they could say was travel to another town and get one there. Is that the beat service at&t has to offer?

I went into this store on Black Friday requesting a upgrade on my phone. After deliberating I purchased a iPhone 6s and a iPod. Nothing was explained to me about my purchase and I didnt receive any assistance in setting them up. I also asked for a specific rate and it wound up being more than I agreed to. Just be careful when purchasing anything here and ask questions or you will regret your purchase like I have.

I went to this location in November and bought the iPhone 8 plus and was told I only had to pay the taxes on the phone that day then the guy said they were doing a promotion when you buy a new iPhone you get an extra charger a screen protector and a little clear protective case for free so I thought that was awesome so I pay for it and it comes up$120.00 excited about my new phone I think nothing of it and walk out yesterday I went and bought another iPhone 8 for the same price at different location and the guy hands me just the box with the phone and all the usual charger headphones I ask if I get anything else and he says no so i said ok and he said all I had to pay was the taxes on the phone he rings me up and the taxes on the phone were only $49.00 so I told the guy I thought it would be more and he says no that’s it i say ok and leave luckily I saved my receipt from my wife’s phone and they were the same price turns out the guy in cedartown lied and SOLD me the extra stuff that was supposed to be free it was worth $70.00 needless to say I will be making a complaint
