I give 0 stars for cricket!! Got a phone a week ago has all kinds of problems and they tell me I cant get a replacement!! For paying 250 bucks for a phone service I believe I should have a phone I can use and work.

They tell you they dont sell phones without activating a number and the employees including manager are clueless. Service sucks compared to AT&T and Verizon and if you bring your own device over you cant use all your features the phone is capable of with cricket service.

Awesome service

The employees act like theyre mentally retarded when you have a question or when something doesnt go as planned. They cam never self sufficiently answer questions without getting someone on the phone. Theyre extremely unprofessional. There were carry out bags with food and drinks sitting on the main service desk. I hate this place. Cricket needs to step up their in store help desk game. Im disgusted.

They wouldnt unlock my phone they wanted us to pay for another phone so we went to another service company.

Ive tried to make a payment to Cricket over the phone - I mean this IS a phone company. They apparently have not learned how to do anything but take payments in person. Cricket - PLEASE - Get out of the dark ages.
