Great place to shop for those with less than perfect credit. But better bring the wallet youre going to have to pay a hefty price.

Great store, staff likes to make up their own rules. Clerk will tell you you cant do something but the manager says you can. Other than that I have a great experience here.

Waited around all day just for them to call me when it’s an hour passed the time they gave me to say they can’t bring my things today. It’s irritating to have to wait on something I need, and work my schedule around there’s. At this point I don’t even want business with them.

Nicole is a wonderful. She has went beyond to give great customer service. They stand behind their merchandise.

This store is a joke! The manager Lacole or nicole whatever it is today, is completely unprofessional. We got a washer and dryer from them on December 8th... never missed a payment, maybe doubled up on weeks weve been cutting it close but never missed not one payment... yesterday morning we get woken up by an alert from the phone telling us that rent a center has tried to run our debit card for a transaction without our consent. When I called and spoke to Beth, she claims she thought shed had permission to do that every Saturday morning... [weve only paid with debit once and thats because my wife was at work and I had too. I usually pay with cash], I asked Beth why did she think that was ok, weve never told them to do that? She thought thats what we wanted without us ever discussing this, and Ive never signed anything for auto draft. So not only do we get hit with over draft fees because our checks havent cleared the bank yet, but now that we said something to them its a issue for us to pay our payments bi-weekly now.. imagine that🤷‍♀️I told them to come get their appliances, its not like weve had to replace them both once each since December because their equipment is always tore up. Id rather spend my money wisely and with better quality of people! Watch your account guys.. got proof to back this long comment up.
