Jacob is the man. I used to order the screen protectors through the web but it would take weeks before the product would arrive and then I would install with a 50/50 probability of air bubbles. Best customer service. Friendly, professional and fast. If the make errors, they will fix it with no issues. I come here all the time. Got kids that like to wreck my protective screen. I was able to switch protective material that would last me a bit longer with no extra charge. My replacements last a bit longer now. But I still go there. Dont have to worry about damaging my screen and waiting on a replacementto be sent to me. The Cerritos Mall should be thanking them. Only reason why I go there. First time hearing hearing about this company got my screen fixed in 5 minutes the price was excellent for a lifetime warranty and if it cracks within the next 10 days replacement is free and after that every time it cracks it’s only $10 dollars. There is a variety of choices that will fit your individual needs. I have the one sensitive to eyes and it’s not super dark or super bright just perfect. Highly recommend visiting.

If they can’t get an air bubble out of the screen saver they will start over until it’s right, it was so nice not having to worry about doing it myself. The gentleman we very nice and fast. I was on a call and the team member was able to change the cover out without ending the call, now that’s what you call skills! They were out of the privacy screen protector today because apparently the company has been out and would be out for another 3 weeks or so, so I ended up having to get the regular clear screen protector, all though the one I had and traded in was the privacy scree protector. The gentleman said he would make a note on my account so that I wouldn’t have an issue getting my privacy one back when they were back in stock, and I hope I don’t have an issue getting it back when they’re in stock again. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars.

I bought my iPhone cover years ago from this company. I was told there was a lifetime warranty so I went ahead and registered it. Thinking I wouldn’t find a place to ever get it replaced or remember. But my friend said there was one at the Cerritos Mall kiosk. So I jotted that down on my receipt. And kept it in my wallet. Years later looking at my cracked up screen because I had dropped it several times and what not I remember the receipt and sure enough I went to the mall and for a nominal fee they replaced my screen right then and there. And they will do it again next time I need one!
