The cashiers there are rude and unprofessional. This morning I requested a document printing on Walgreens Photos website and it says pick up by 9:09 AM at this location. I walked in at 9:20 AM and was greeted by an old, skinny white guy with a weird attitude who seemed inconvenienced by my presence. After explaining what I was there for, another cashier sluggishly walked to the printer, and it turned out that they didnt even print my order! And it took him over 10 minutes just to print out two sheets of papers!

After being on hold for almost an hour the call was disconnected. I can understand being busy but this hold time is unbelievable. Its so sad that you guys treat people like this.

After calling in a prescription two full days in advance, Walking 40 minutes to get there, and waiting in line for 20 minutes, they still told me my prescription won’t be ready for 2 hours. Incredibly terrible service.

Pharmacy continues to not fill up prescriptions on time, hand the wrong prescriptions, and give the wrong amount of the prescription. additionally, it’s very hard to get ahold of the pharmacy techs, so when they do mess up, I have to waste another 1+ hour on the phone to fix the problem. also, I went through the drive through to pick up my prescription, and they saw me in my car, but chose to ignore me for 15 minutes. so exhausting to deal with and unprofessional.

I had to drop off a FedEx package and Brian greeted me at the door and called for assistance. No one ever came so he came over to help me himself. He was hilarious and extremely helpful! Get that man some support staff, pronto!

Worst Walgreens ever. I write this as I sit in line for 45 minutes and counting to pick up a prescription that was ready 2 days ago. They don’t acknowledge anyone, 5 people have left the line and if I could just take my business elsewhere I would certainly have done so. Particularly annoying as I am stuck looking at a photo that claims prescriptions in 30 minutes.

The worst Walgreens I have ever used for prescriptions!! I don’t know if they are short staffed or just incompetent! Regardless it is unacceptable to still be waiting on an important prescription to be filled after 2 days!! I was told they are too busy because of Covid to fill prescriptions in a timely fashion. If they can’t fill them they should shut all acceptance of prescriptions down! I have been trying to get ahold of someone again after the second day of not having my prescription filled and after 20 minutes still on hold and then they hung up on me. I called back and talked to the Pharmacy manager and he was not apologetic at all and was very blasé about me having to wait TWO days for an important prescription!

Gave us a $5 coupon, collected my info to sign up for mandatory mywalgreens account then said i couldnt use the coupon today. This is probably a corporate thing rather than a local store issue, still im upset my time was wasted and my info was collected under misleading info

I am so glad I switched pharmacies. The wait is ALWAYS very long no matter what time you go. They seem to be understaffed, so I almost feel bad giving this 1 star review, but it accurately reflects my customer experience.

First things first, don’t let the first thing you say to a customer at 8:30A be condescending, impatient and inconsiderate. Tramy is rude AF. WHICH SUCKS because I always choose Walgreens for everything quick and my prescriptions. She really needs to take a second breathe and then understand that her behavior effects other people. Thank goodness I have been meditating or she would have gotten all this mouth and knock roll on this Monday morning!

This place is horrible. Please don’t buy any medicine there. I went there twice and both times I got expired medicine (expired for 2 years !!!!) when I complaint to the manager. She didn’t seem to care at all. Just tell me grab another bottle to exchange. And there were 4 bottles expired for 2 years!!!

The pharmacy is terrible. The last 3 times Ive tried to use the pharmacy, Ive had to wait over 20 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription. The most recent time I gave up and left after 20 minutes. The 5 person line had moved forward by one person in 20 minutes and the pharmacists were just kind of standing there waiting for something to happen on a phone call. Avoid this place.

Love waiting 8 hours for a prescription that I need that day. The prescription got called in at about noon and I didnt get my medicine until I demanded that they fill the prescription before they closed because they didnt answer their phone all day. And then they didnt read their voicemails until 4:30 evidently and at 7:30 they told me that they hadnt had time to fill it yet. I said that wasnt acceptable, so they told me they would fill it before they closed. Im changing pharmacies. They couldnt even fill the prescription that I was trying to fill. So now I end up paying more. Hard to understand why I have to pay more when Im already inconvenience by making another trip to the place that takes literally hours to do anything. I am displeased with the service there.

I waited on the phone for 20 minutes trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy before their answering service cut me off. When I immediately called again, there were more calls in front of me than there were before. This is the last time I use their pharmacy.

The first time I went to the pharmacy the lady at the drive thru said my medication hadnt been validated by my doctor yet, but I just got off the phone with my doc saying I was all set. I told her that and she looked again and then processed my order. Confused why this happened.When I went back a few hours later to pick it up, now a man at the drive thru was explaining to me why the price was so expensive and sort of got an attitude when I kept asking questions because I didnt understand. I felt a bit uncomfortable about asking anymore questions and just paid.

Worst Pharmacy experience ever!! they dont even deserve 1 star. Unprofessional, extra long wait time (4hours), they did not apologize all they said was its just one person here as if its the customers fault. They had the wrong name and address on my prescription and had to rerun it which was 30 more min. Very rude as if it were the customers fault that they are under staffed so we deserve poor customer service. All we ask for is correct prescriptions within a reasonable amount of time. Considering ppl are sick waiting for the prescription youd think theyd be a bit nicer not horribly rude. The only resolution she had was have your prescription sent somewhere else.We will not be going back there again!!!!!!

Got a vaccine today and i waited 40 minutes past my appointment. They let multiple people go ahead of me and when i was next in line. This isnt my first bad experience with them. Completely unorganized.
