Be careful what you pay for!I specifically asked for extensive vacuum and some internal cleaning. “Chad” tried to convince me to go for deep cleaning that starts at $150 which was nonsense. So, the option for me was $18.99 and after like 40 minutes or 50, they gave me the vehicle after which I just returned to them. Imagine that a tiny “cola” spot was left untouched with all the dust near the gear. More importantly, bread crumbs were left on the seat not to mention that under the seats was never touched with vacuum. Upon arrival there was another customer, VIP, who was really unhappy about his vehicle either. After sharing this bad experience with “Chad”, he said (I told you.. you need the deep cleaning for the spots). In fact, guys, for one dollar you can get three car wipes and can extensively clean your dashboard and other parts in this vehicle. Additionally, you do the vacuum yourself as these guys want only your money period without even providing a service in return. They don’t vacuum under the seats ….not even the seats themselves though I made myself clear about my needs. Guess what happened next! The VIP unhappy customer and myself ended up cleaning our own vehicles by ourselves. So, in short, the message I learned was with this terrible experience …” give us your money and then do the work yourself. “The real question ..are the superior managers in Full Circle really unaware of that scam that is ruining their name?
Terrible service there! I paid for a towel to wash the inside that they said they were out of, they never wiped down afterwards, and then I couldnt even have my car vacuumed. So basically I paid extra to get everything done, and literally just ran it through a quick wash. I do not recommend them at all, any other car wash is better
I had to call the front desk to get someone out to vacuum my vehicle and put their marks for type of service on my window. It wasted 20 minutes if my time just to get the first step accomplished. Then I sat for 45 more minutes fir my vehicle to miraculously appear out of wash area.Only 1 person was outside to wipe down vehicles.The service at the Chandler location is unacceptable. No wonder there were only 2 customers.The girl behind the counter was very nice.
Honestly this place doesn’t deserve a one star! There were still spots and crumbs, they didn’t even vacuum the seats! Underneath the seats still needed vacuum. There was still mud stains in my floor mats. How do you talk me into getting the premium vip and still do the worst job. By the look of it I could’ve just wash and clean my own car!
I came here to get my oil changed. I also wanted a car wash. I was the first car in line when they opened. The sales guy wrote me up, then after about 10 minutes came inside to ring up my sale (9:10 AM). At that time my car was in the bay to get an oil change. At 9:20 I looked and my car was still sitting there. At 9:40 it was still sitting there so I asked about it. Turns out the mechanic wasnt there and would be there until 10:00. If I had known that up front I would not have agreed to service.Ive been coming here for years and this is the first time theyve done this. Thats why they get two stars instead of one.

I called in for the car wash detail and asked for a price catcher give me a good price on the detail. She told me to come in first thing in the morning so I did she told me it only take around 3 hours. It took about 6 hours I was the first one there when they cut out my wife to pick up the car the car wasnt even ready The seats were soaked. Detailer told us to bring it back Tuesday hell finish the job and do a better job. I called the manager and let him know what was going on he told me to bring in the next day so I did they redid the job and looked a little bit better but not great there was still dirt inside marks in my car I will never recommend this place for nobody All they are is full of excuses and you just waste the money. I would recommend go to a place and pay the full price cuz I guess you get what you paid for. Customer service from Justice was awesome other than that ticket rider was unprofessional the cashier was okay its not her fault but I will not be going to this place ever again or recommend it to anyone. The only way Ill recommend this place is if you want to be disappointed go there. I only give you one star cuz it wont let me give a zero
Wasnt to happy with the detail. Paid 180$ and expected a good interior detail but they missed a lot of places. Had to make them go over it again. Now it looks like they removed my antenna, so I have to go back and get it.
Just a really bad carwash. Left tons of water stains and soap stains to the point I had to go to my usual spot and get the entire thing redone. Waste of money, car looked worse then when I took it in covered in rain. Air dryer does not work at all and left my car visibly still covered in water and soap to the point I had to go ask to get a towel and wipe it down myself because nobody wanted to help.
I got the elite car wash that was $45 that included everything and they did absolutely nothing to the inside. I had to ask the attendants for a rag so I could wipe down the inside myself. The men were beyond rude. I will not be coming back to the car wash. I’m better off washing my car at a $3 car wash.
Ive been a customer at Full Circle Autowash on W Chandler Blvd in Chandler for almost 3 years now and Ive never been disappointed with their work! The staff there are always friendly and smiling, and they actually listen when you have a special request regarding your car care and maintenance. If you have pride in your ride you can feel secure that theyll get you taken care of at a price that will make you smile! 😎😁
When you go to a car wash you have a reasonable expectation that your vehicle will be returned in one piece. Not so much with these guys. I dont know how but they managed to rip my rear view mirror off my windshield. Then there assistant manager and manager both accused me of trying to pull a fast one saying my windshield was already cracked. I take great care of my vehicles and I am very observant. I would have seen the crack they were blaming for the mirror. The crack is on the inside of the glass not the outside. And if you know anything about automotive windshield they are two layers. Nothing hit the outside. Im going to give there corporate office a chance to do the right thing. If they do Ill update this review but as for now STAY AWAY. also very high pressure sales. And when you say your going to wax a truck you need to do the top too.Edit. Guess what... corporate office never responded. Avoid these people. I had to have my insurance replace the windshield. And I had to wax the top of the truck myself since they did not do what I paid them to do.
45 minutes for a basic wash is ridiculous. 30 minutes just to get vacuumed!! Never coming back.
I have been a regular at this carwash even though they are known for bad service but last week they completely messed up my car. Look at the pictures after the VIP service. When I showed these damn stains to the cleaning guy, he said he had no idea how these stains got there and told me to get the car detailed next door. They don’t even do the vacuum properly. Never going to this place again.
My car came out with all these water spots on it. It was a $12 wash.
Honestly if I could give it no stars I would. I dropped my car off last Saturday to get a full detail. They had one car ahead of me. Told me it would take two hours an to come back after wards. I came back after the two hours was up an they were just barley starting on it. Mean while three employees were sitting outside smoking. Fast forward some time. My car was the only one there still. Only one being done. Five hours later my car was finally done. When I got into my car it was still dirty there was writing on my back windows still. Dog hair on my seats an the didn’t even clean my dash off. Or vacuum the entire car out. Highly dissatisfied. They offered to wash my sisters car for free an did an awful job on it too. They didn’t vacuum it at all an she had spit on her window an door.
Dont waste your money on this car wash. While the employees are nice, the wash itself is extremely outdated and does not clean your car. Soap residue remains afterward, had to go to a different car wash to remove it.

I paid for a detail, wash, and headlight restoration. I came back for the service and was told no, not enough staff to do the work. Came back the second time, they said no but offered to do my headlights, they ran out of sealant so after buffing my headlights they turned out worse than they started. Came back a 3rd time to get my headlights corrected and my detail and was told NO again by the same lazy worker at the gate that sold me the package in the first place. Asked for a refund and was also told NO. What the hell is wrong with this place? I will be back to get my refund this is absolutely the WORST CAR WASH I have ever visited in AZ
They should learn that wheels are part of the car too.
I am very disappointed on the type of service I got yesterday when I took my car to get wash, they didnt have many customers ahead of me and they left my car super dirty from the inside they didnt bother to wipe down the dashboard or the doors, the carpets didnt even get vacuum and on top of that I gave them a tip. I will not recommend this place and will tell all my friends from Bank of America and other business that I know. I will never go back to these people who rather be standing doing nothing than to provide an honest service because I didnt ask for a free service.😡

I wold like to compliment them for the great service I received last weekend. I have been using Full Circle on and off for years hit and miss at times.I have never seen it this busy! The new salesman are more friendly and well informative not over aggressive! I finally purchased a complete detail. Which I truly needed! I broke down and didnt cut corners. The detail shop was packed. I was informed that it would be 3-4 hrs.I cant complain just needed a deep cleaning. It came out great. I was very pleased with the detail. Keep up the good work! You guys care it shows! Love the new look!!!
I paid for the best exterior wash and made sure they knew I had quite a lot of bugs from my previous road trip. They wrote bugs on windshield for wash people. Not only is the writing still on the windshield but so are the bugs as well as the rest of the dirt. I could have paid a 10yd old for a better wash. Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Salesperson told me business was slow so he would cut me a deal on a full interior and exterior detail. When I took my car back the next day the manager on duty complained to me about the low price I paid. Then when I picked up the car it was poorly done. Inside had several spots that were not even cleaned, many other areas with some sort of cleaning fluid not rubbed in. Very amateur.The exterior was worse. I am not sure anything other than a wash was done. Greasy material that appeared to be overspray from the tire cleaning fluid was around all four wheel wells. Spots all down the front doors...sticky material on various spots of the body. I spent half an hour on my own just trying to clean up the mess that was left. Ive gotten much better basic washes at other places. It would seem to me a business like this would have some quality control, but obviously not. They sold me a half price deal and did a half-ass job.
Want to know why so many do it yourself car washes are open? Come visit this place and you will find out. Overpriced washes and whats the end result? Barely vaccumed floor or seats. Smudge marks on the interior windows and despite paying $45 for an Elite wash, the seats arent allowed to be wiped without out it being a detail (add $69.99).
BE AWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car with custom but not crazy rims here and their car wash scratched my rims. When I spoke with the person in charge(not sure if manager) they said it wasnt their fault because the scratches were already there and it looked like i didnt take care of my car anyway. No apology or anything, the guy was a total jerk. I will never be bringing my car to this car was again.
Close to two hours to get an oil change. I spent the last hour watching Laurel and Hardy doing the oil change. Two people could not have moved slower. The upfront service advisor was fine but the cashier could not be bothered when I shared the time it took for the oil change...too bad this place has declined this much since it is close to my house...

I too will never returnOn one hand this story is kind of funny, on the other pretty sad.I took my 2017 4Runner in and decided on 18.99 wash.While in the waiting room the cashier told me my vehicle was ready. I was like “wow” that was fast. She replied that they had two people on it so it was quick.After returning home I opened the back door to find the floor mats on the back seat and the carpet not vacuumed (see pic). I drove back to the establishment, was greeted by the attendant. I asked if the 18.99 wash included vacuuming and windows cleaned inside and out? He replied “I think so… inside for sure”. I then explained I was just here an hour ago for that, and showed him the back seat. The guy didn’t apologize, but did offer to “run it through again”.I mentioned that since the earlier vacuum guy missed it, and the window people on the other end didn’t even open the back doors, I’d like a refund please. I was directed to the cashier inside for a refund.The cashier directed me to the manager.The manager (Kevin) comes out to look at vehicle with me, says he’s not sure how this could have happened, he also notes the rear (way back) hadn’t been vacuumed either. He also acknowledges that obviously the rear windows hadn’t been cleaned either. Kevin apologizes and offers to “run it through again”I politely declined and asked for a refund for the wash, the $5 tip we’ll just write off (see pic). Kevin said unfortunately he is unable to give refunds for anything, but would be happy to “run it through again”.It sounds like having to “run it through again” is a fairly common practice at this place.I declined, said if that was my only option, I’ll just chock this up to a bad experience and call it a day.Some lessons learned:1) The work quality of work on the front end is bad.2) The quality/integrity of work by the “Two” people on the back end is Horrible.3) The company policy of absolutely no refunds is really really bad.Do not waste your money at this place.I will not return, and will share this story with anyone I can.Thank you for your time.
My husband has been going to this carwash for a long time even though their employees stole gift cards out of his console (caught red handed) and one of their employees ran my car into the trailer hitch of a truck in the car wash tunnel. Last visit he had so much oil on his windshield it took multiple treatments at home to remove the grease. Now this - he refused extra service for his seats and instead of putting his license plate number on his claim check, the ticket writer put a vulgar phrase. Pretty sure if they were the last car wash in town I’d wash my car with a cotton ball first.
Came here with our work trucks and the detailed cleaning took twice as long as they had quoted, plus it was $50-something more expensive than I had been quoted over the phone. The work done was quality, but the price/time inconvenience resulted in this lesser review.There have got to be cheaper, more efficient places in the Phoenix metro area.
When you first arrive, the vultures (attendants) see you coming from a mile away. Apparently saying no doesnt mean much to them because you say no several times and theyre still trying to sell you upgrades. I went 01/31/13 and got a seat shampoo with the works car wash for free. I didnt get much of the works besides a car wash. They barely wiped down my interior and wanted to charge me extra just to scrub a little harder. The seat shampoo job was great. No complaints there. As for the car wash, The Works, they didnt dress my tires, poor effort with the interior and a spotty vacuum job. This is the reason I never leave a tip. In my opinion, you actually have to do what you say you will and possibly go a little beyond for a tip.I will not be going to this car wash ever again. Even though it is the most convenient location, I need to find a car wash that actually does what theyre supposed to do.Big fail.
When our car overheated during the recent dust storm we were extremely lucky to be near this location. Not only did Tony go out of his way to help and get us back on the road, he worked after hours to do so. We appreciate both Tony and the gentleman at the Chevron next door as they went above and beyond to take care of us. We are from Washington state but highly recommend this location to others nearby for their excellent customer service and kindness.
Not a five star car wash. $160 for a detailing job is not worth it. Spots everywhere. untouched spots all over the exterior and interior of my car. Inside was so greasy. It looked McDonald french fry oil as a interior cleaning solvent . Detailing was super lazy and not a professional job as I image. I guess my expectations was much higher then what i received back. half assed and fingerprints everywhere. they did not even touch the rims. better off sticking to a different car wash.
This car wash will rip you off. Everyone there is trying to make a dollar off of you. Quality is alright but definitely if you are semi-satisfied with your 3 dollar wash I would stick to it before every going here. They come off as very nice but are quick to trying to trap u into upgrading/tipping them for just ringing you up. Kinda scummy actually
Best place Ive ever been at. The car was so bad looking but now it looks like new. I tipped them nothing the first time because I wasnt sure if they were allowed to accept but was so happy with how it looked the second time that i tipped them anyway (I know now that they can accept tips). Im now a regular and go every other Sunday. My kids love the waiting room and actually look forward to going every other week.
Worst company with a scam. The splash pass is an unlimited 30 day pass. I was not advised that it would be a reoccurring monthly membership. Been paying the last 4 months and never used. There is no account number they just keep your credit card info. The only way to cancel the membership is to go online and it takes 7 days to process. I am going spread the word and I hope you do the same.
Great place to get a wash and lube work done. There is also a chevron in the parking lot that you can go grab a hot dog and a drink if you want. Tons of gas pumps. And an air machine. If you go inside and ask the cashier to turn on the air machine so you dont have to use quarters

UPDATE - I told my wife not to go, but...Yeah, an hour and they didnt even vacuum the back seat or floor. Spots all over the windows. So now they lost her business too. This is the second time I’ve used Full circle after I bought a Groupon for 3 VIP washes.The first location on Baseline did a great job but this location on Chandler fell way short of VIP cleanliness.My 4RUNNER was still very dirty on the outside and the inside console and dash barely got wiped. The carpets had been vacuumed but not very well.And when they hailed me over that they were done, I actually spent about 5 minutes wiping down the outside of my vehicle after I gave the guy my claim ticket because I had asked him to wipe the areas that had obvious dirt and he made a few swipes and moved on to the next vehicle. I definitely will not return to this location. I’m very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.
Tony part of the management team was very friendly and personable. I was a girst time customer of this location and went simply for an exterior wash. There was a bit of a problem with the gate but he made the trip worth returning to this location with his pleasant attitude and by being apologetic for the minor wait I had. Great first experience! UPDATE: Oh yeah, another Great thing about this place is when you go get gas here which is the only reason I stop by here now, is that they have a bunch of guys that come and check out your windshield, my daily driver has a small star chip in the windshield and they bug me EVERY time to fix it for free, and I am NOT INTERESTED. Yesterday I had to tell the TWO guys NOT INTERESTED. I will get gas elsewhere. there is really NO reason to go here anymore... so for you might be fine, not me. OLDER REVIEW: Took my 2500HD to this place for a wash. They washed it. They just didnt dry it. I watched this lazy a hole go to every other vehicle and the one BEHIND mine to dry it off. Guess they dont like big trucks. The supervisor got mad at ME the CUSTOMER when I finally walked over and said give me my keys I am out of here. Too bad, I work about a mile from this place and I go out of my way to tell everyone I know to avoid the car wash there since I had to stop by the do it yourself car wash and redo it myself on the way home. I used to get oil changes here, but not anymore, the service is probably the same everywhere there.
I went in for a regular car wash and ended up getting my seats shampooed because they assured me it would only take 45 min, and I was on a lunch break. It took an hour and 20 minutes. I let them know my car had a kill switch and they said they would leave it running. Well they shut it off and didnt mention to the next person working on my car so they called me and said my car had been just sitting there for 15 minutes because no one knew how to start it. When I finally get my car, they did not wipe down the cup holders or the little compartment under the stereo which was empty, all they had to do was run a rag over it. I had spots all over both side mirrors, I have water marks running down the side of the car, and scuff marks on both the driver and passenger side panels. I wouldnt recommend this place. They are friendly and the seats came out fine which is why Im giving them 3 stars.Obviously if I would have read the reviews first I wouldnt have came here, thats what I get for rushing to the closest car was on my lunch break!
This place is Great!!!! I take all my vehicles here great staff and awesome management!!!! I had purchased a complete detail at 5:05 on Saturday from Mike the service advisor who explained in detail what needed to be done. I worried that we didnt have enough time to be done he asked the manager Mark who assured me that my vehicle would be done and time wasnt the issue. I came back after 6 and they did a wonderful job!!!! Thanks !!!!! Go see them!!!! Will be back!!!!!

Ive been coming here for a while now but today I got such good service all around. But what made me extra appreciative was the guy drying and polishing my car brought to my attention spots on my chrome accents and how to get rid of them inbetween washes so it doesnt damage. I respect that a ton. Thank you!

Auto wash was broke down and got a hand wash instead. It was awful and the wipe down folks had to spend way more time cleaning what the hand wash didnt get. Dont get a hand wash. This place is falling apart. Check out the scrub protectors on the track and the drain at the exit,,, falling apart.
Husband took my car to get washed yesterday and paid for the expensive wash. When he gets the car back, the outside was nice but the inside was not done. They didn’t vacuum nor did they take out whatever trash was in the car. The cup holders are still dirty and I still have wrappers and water bottle on the side of the door. My dash board wasn’t cleaned and my seats weren’t vacuumed at all. This place is a waste of money. I took my car last year and had the same problem. He took his own car today and they did a good job outside but once again, the inside did not look like anything was done.
Changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Had an issue with something small but still valuable missing from my vehicle. I called them right after we realized and spoke with manager. They more than 100% corrected the problem plus gave us a free full service wash. Glad they do honest business and take care of these issues when they come up instead of just saying we are not responsible.
Said I needed a shampoo to get a little bit of dog hair out of my brand new car.....$80. Nice try. Regular 6$ car wash was fine and worked perfectly, for the outside though.
I go here because it is close to my work and they offer some discounts. The manager tends to get combative when you try to ask for your discount that they have clearly posted in the lobby. The price might be right but dont expect a great customer service experience.
We moved to chandler last year and we have been using full circle ever since. Its close to our apartment and they have taken care of us every time. All the people have always been very nice even if there was a problem. I would recommend Anthony Mark and Dave when coming here !!

UPDATE! I returned and had a very lengthy meeting with the District Manager (Timothy) and Chad (Store manager). I was honestly expecting to debate my situation and justify my idea for fair compensation. Instead, Timothy could not have been more apologetiic. His idea fair compensation FAR exceeded mine. Their approach for dealing with the attendant was also within reason. I left very pleased and will continue to be a loyal customer.THANK YOU FULL CIRCLE MANAGEMENT!I have been a loyal customer with this place for years. Car washes, details and oil changes. Theyve never let me down until recently.I took my Dodge Ram in for an oil change. The minute I left, mycheck engine light came on. I immediately drove to have the code checked. The Dodge Dealership determined that the Full Circle staff was not focused and inadvertently drained my transmission fluid and over filled my oil. I returned and spoke to management that promised they would get back to me. Its been a week and NOTHING!I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED. IM GOING BACK MONDAY FOR ANSWERS. 🙏
I went to the Chandler location to get my car washed I had some scratches on my door and I asked the gentleman if there was a way they can buff that out the black gentleman that was working told me they can do a spot buff then he told me to go get $20 from the Chevron station and pay him $10 and another guy $10 but dont say anything to the ladies inside and then he told me i would get a deal on a platinum wash which cost me $32 after he brought my car back the scratches looked the same he apologized for not doing what he said it would do but still kept the money I gave him and told the other guy hey I got your money I will never use this wash again 52.00 dollars for a car wash hows that a deal oh and one more thing GET RID OF MARK THE so called manager hes a worthless person I get treated better by strangers he knows nothing of customer service I will be filling a dispute and a complaint with the BBB first thing on Monday about the bribery from their employees

I received terrible service I waited 2 and a Half hours for them to tell me they hadn’t started because they thought I left (which I was there the entire time) I would never recommend ever never received updates when I asked I got blew off by the brown haired lady and I asked for her manager John and she never asked for him! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
This place is the worst. If I could give a review with NO star I would. I took my car in for inside detail. I returned 2 hours later and had to have the guy wipe out the inside again as it didnt look like it had been wiped. The sides of the seats were untouched and filthy. After waiting for them to do another less than par job I left. When I got home I realized I had nothing that had been left in the car - CDs, sunglasses, windshield shade, umbrella, etc. Roughly $200 worth of items.I contacted the store and the girl that answered said she would go look in the detail area and see if she could find my items. She called back and said she couldnt find anything. I asked to speak to a manager. I was connected to Chad. Chad said he would go look. He called back and said he couldnt find them. I said what can you do about it? He said I could get a refund, but he couldnt do it I would have to call the manger Sean on Tuesday.Called Sean on Tuesday, told him the whole story. He said he would go look in the shop area and then look at the video to see if he could find anything and to see who the detailer was. Didnt call me back. I called again and he said that he talked to the detailer and he remembered he put my things in a bag but didnt remember which car he put the bag in. The manager said maybe I should wait to see if anyone returns the items. I told him his assistant manager said I could get a refund of the detailing, he stated he couldnt authorize that and would have to fill out paperwork. He also offered to detail my car again for free. Really?After not getting any satisfaction with a refund, I asked to speak to someone over him. He gave me the name of Charlie, his phone number and extension. I have called and left 4 messages on his voicemail and have not heard anything from him. I have read other reviews that say they were give the name of Charlie and he has never called them back. Im beginning to think Charlie isnt a real person, just a voicemail to take all the complaints.Dont waste your time with this place. I had a really bad experience and am still waiting on a resolution. Dont get caught up in this companies horrible customer service.
Wish we could give them zero stars, but it is not an option. My wife took our new SUV with 3000 miles to Full Circle Chandler for a car wash. One of the blue washing pieces got stuck in the roof rack. When the car came out of the wash, an employee was yanking and pulling on the piece and the roof rack ended up getting cracked. The local manager was going to have it fixed, but his boss stepped in and decided that it was somehow a defect in our SUV. We had to replace the whole rack at a cost of over $500. Small claims court inexplicably sided with the car wash. We wont be going back. I wish I had read the reviews about all of the other cars that had been damaged. BTW, this car wash also knocked the mirror cap of my Dads car.

I am normally skeptical of car wash places, especially because of the way they try to sell you services. This location did an outstanding job on an interior detail for my vehicle. My 10 year old SUV looks brand new inside. My kudos to the detail team.
Did the outside of the car just fine, didn’t even touch the inside! Dash was still dusty and dirty! Passssss! New management is going to need to try harder to keep anyone’s business!
Mixed feelings about this place. Be prepared for the workers to try to upsell you to more expensive wash option, and to not really see a difference if you choose it. Also be prepared to wait a bit, as it will take a half hour or so for them to vacuum and clean your car. Also, in my experience, you will need to point out the spots theyve missed if you want an excellent job done. That being said, they usually do a decent job if you dont want to detail your car yourself. Its better than a 5 dollar pull in wash with a spray wand, and they do a good vacuum job usually.
Worst car wash Ive ever been to.I came into to get a basic wash, was told Most people go with this better oneI figured getting the interior windows cleaned, washing the mats, etc would be worth it, so I went with a $24 inside out wash.When I get to the counter to pay, I am offered a $39.99 a month unlimited pass. Im told its the same wash as today, but unlimited. I figured, mathematically this made sense, so I signed up.When I get to my vehicle, I notice the inside hasnt even been cleaned. There is stains on the vinyl floor mats that can easily be wiped off, and around and under the mat it is full of dirt.Not only did they not properly clean the inside, they didnt even blow the floors out.When I asked to speak to someone, the manager had to come out of his office and do it himself. They are clearly understaffed.So I return today to use my pass again, and guess what?Not only did they not clean ANY part of the inside, they tell me that is NOT included with my pass.Nice, huh?So I basically am paying $40 a month for the outside of the vehicle to be washed. Do these people not realize you can get a $10 unlimited outside only wash from tons of places around town?To make things worse, the outside of the vehicle has been left with water spots on both washes.There was also ZERO air freshener smell the first time, even though he asked me what scent I wanted. I even mentioned this to the manager and still, I left with no scent in the vehicle.If you like constant upsales, a window chip repair guy hassling you, and outright lies, go here.Oh, and it took over an hour and a half for the second wash. Yes, an hour and a half. This place is severely understaffed. Not enough time for them to do a good job.Worst experience Ive had with any local business in a long time.Zero stars.
Absolute total dog****. Just go through a drive through. Kids there wrote 420 on my front windshield before giving me the car back... also left little seed pods in the area surrounding back window. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH
They did not provide a menu for the services so had to depend on the representative to tell us what the services and was anything but straight with us. All we wanted was the exterior washed and the dash wiped down and initially told us it would come only with the $30 service. After drilling him for answers finally said it came with the $16 service and would not shut up about the detail.
Ive been going to this spot for the last 6 years. Good low cost car wash, they vacuum, pressured air blow dog hair out of the car dash, wash & dry just ask about the cheapest wash if you are looking for low cost and inside and outside cleaning. They sometimes have specials for holidays and I get wash tickets at best price.
This place takes FOREVER!! I surprised my boyfriend by getting his truck detailed while he was away on a trip. I was told a full detail would take 2ish hours. I WAITED 6 HOURS TO GET MY TRUCK BACK! They use sooo much polish on EVERYTHING inside interior that I was literally slipping off of the seat on my way home. I mean the floor mats were slippery and getting out of the truck at home I slipped out due to the polish on the bottom of my shoes. Honestly, if I knew it would take 6 hrs... I WOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF.
The check in service and staff inside were very kind and took care of my needs. The detailing crew were not attentive to detail and I had to ask 4-5 times to clean the inside of my vehicle as I had paid for and it was done poorly at that each time. I felt so inclined that I had to leave a voicemail for the manager to give me a call back because of the poor service. This is after I had already pre paid for multiple other washes to be done. I expect the manager to contact me and would caution others to keep a close eye to the detail of the service you pay for. I believe its not what you do but how you do it that will depend on if your successful.
Just a typical Arizona Car wash. its about the numbers no the quality. So just remember that a basic is a real basic and dont plan on your car being perfect and having streaks on all windows if that bothers you good luck. haha. I go there for the convenience and for a quick wash but i know what im getting and still have to do more for myself to satisfy myself with my car
Literally the worst wash I’ve ever had. I’ve never written a google review before but this was so bad that I felt compelled to come on here an write one. My car is still almost as dirty as when I drove it in and I had to hand dry the whole thing on my own because their dryers don’t work. Waste of money, go elsewhere.
Pricey though but I love the car pampering. You might be fortunate to snag some deals on some days
Made me wait over a half hour, when I was one of two cars getting washed. The lady at the counter didnt let me know my car was ready, but yelled to alert the customer before me that theirs was ready. Wasnt loud or hard to hear in the lobby either. Car was as clean as it would be if you went through a $3 wash. Interior wasnt noticeably clean. No sent either. First visit, not coming back.
Eh..I do better at a free vacuum car was. 3 stars because they said thank you, and wiped the exterior. Vacuuming was not good at all.They def need improvement.
I was a customer for a while but no longer. I went today for a $10 wash. They no longer pre-wet the car before it goes through the wash and they have a guy immediately towel drying the car when it comes out. My car left with dirty water spots all over it. The front grill was not dried nor were the mirrors. The windows were done quickly and in the sun it is clear that the towel used was dirty. Its clear that they want to rush you through, unless of course you spent $$$ for the full wash, including interior detail.
The place is OK. The guy that first meets you tries to sell you more than you need or more than the carwash package you ask for (this is my experience most of the time). The prices are a little expensive (on top of the cost of the package, there is an additional cost for cleaning the mats, and if you have an SUV there is an additional cost as well, and then tips). The guys that finish the car after going through the automated tunnel (not sure how to call it) usually dont do a great job. At the end of the carwash, there is always something they miss. I still tip them because I can see they make a great effort to clean as much as possible in a short amount of time.
Dont waste you Time, or your Money!!Horrible, you car is just as dirty leaving as going in. Paid 35.00, they gave me the 3.00 wash. Exterior Only. Was done in 2 mins! They ran it through, got it wet, and pushed it out! Treated Like a Prostitute!!
Excellent customer service. Did a great job on washing the car inside and out. Highly recommended.

I have gone to this Full Circle Auto Wash since I moved to Chandler 3 years ago, and have gone to many other Full Circle Auto Wash locations around the state. I have never had as poor of an experience as I did today (9/6/17).I arrived at 8:30 and asked for an oil change and a VIP wash. It took over 2.5 hours as there were 2 cars ahead of me and, as I learned later, no one there to perform the oil change (he got in at 9). While the technician (also the shop manager) apologized for the wait, he forgot to deduct the $5 coupon indicated on my window decal. He presented it to me afterward and suggested I hold onto it for next time.By the time my oil was changed and my car washed, the technician came back out to apologize that he was unable to get the maintenance required light to turn off. He suggested I take my car to a Toyota dealership.Finally my car was done. I sat down in it and the entire back of my drivers seat was wet. Additionally, the interior did not appear to be cleaned at all. Upon additional inspection, there is still bird poop on my car.Im disappointed as I now need to find a new car wash/oil change establishment, as I will not be returning.
The prices they post are for a crappy job. Its a car wash, the people who work there take zero pride in their job. They wipe it down and I have to wipe my windows because they just do a terrible job. I only drive thru and then wipe down myself and vacuum myself. Last time they cleaned inside my car, an item went missing. Coincidence? Maybe misplaced the item...maybe not. Hmmmm.

Ive been to this location at least a dozen times and I ask myself, why do I continue to come back here? There are always water spots on my car and I have to ask the attendant to continue to dry certain areas, everytime. it takes at minimum 45 minutes to get a car wash whether there are 5 people or 50 people there. The only thing they have going is the staff is polite and they are in a convenient location.

4 and one half stars...The staff at this full service auto wash are extremely congenial and friendly, the automotive detailing center is fantastic! This particular location has a big carwash appearance with a small carwash feel. If you want your car cleaned the way you would do it yourself, then I highly recommend visiting this establishment.
Excellent customer service provided with the best detail show room experience . definitely worth the money and the wait.theres this young girl I believe that goes by the name of Cecelia,was very helpful and friendly,this employee took the word urgencyto vacuum my car,and to get the job done right to another level its employees like these that makes me want to always come back with confidence. Mark who is the owner of the car wash treats his customers and his employees like total garbage. Ive witnessed him screaming at his employees in front of customers. He told an employee to send my car through the wash even though the employee wasnt finished. I even said something to him about it and I got nothing but attitude and poor customer service. Seems to me like the employee needs to train the manager on how to properly wash cars. I will never go here again due to the unprofessionalism of mark, the poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!!! save your money and frustration.
I brought my truck in to get oil change and car wash, came to pick it up 5 hours later, truck not washed and 3 people standing around with no other cars in line. The reason I bring it here is to save time by getting two things done at once, this was very inconvenient.
