SafePro really are pros. I had a fantastic experience with them. Everyone that I spoke with were not only very professional but very nice. Drew, who was my first contact, was very informative and scheduled my windshield replacement. As it turned out the tech came to my home was unable to change the windshield because of the fake convertible top that my car has (which I hate and would love to get rid of), and is a more involved job needing me to take my car to their facility so he said that he would have someone from their center in Chandler call me to schedule an appointment. Got the call soon after. The girl at the counter was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Additionally, they stuck to the original price I was given even though the fake convertible top required more labor. How great is that?! And if that wasnt enough, the front edge of my convertible top looks even better than it was when I first brought it in!! Im really impressed and happy with their work and highly recommend this company.

I talked to SafePro about getting my windshield replaced. I did not want it to have a wave. Its like looking through a magnifying glass. He said that’s a manufacturer defect. I had the windshield replaced by SafePro. I still have a 2 inch wave at the bottom of the windshield. I get car sick and dizzy looking at the road wavy

SafePro just left my house. The glass looks great. Very clean! While driving, a rock hit my windshield and put a 20 inch crack across it. They came on time, fixed it quickly, and did it well.

They take care of all of the communication for payment with the insurance company, which is a huge help. We were visiting from out of town and driving a rental. The night before we had to return the car the windshield was chipped by a pebble on the highway.We called SafePro and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning so we were able to return the car on time and the windshield looked fantastic! This place is awesome!! I dont remember the last time I had phenomenal customer service. Luis was my representative and was tentative to my concerns and answered all my questions. He walked me through the process and kept me informed. The representatives over the phone were also very courteous. The workshop also had a waiting room for customers with snacks, coffee, and water, even a spot for children to play. Only waited an hour for my windshield to get replaced. Their customer service strategies should be in the educational books. It was definitely a great experience and will be going back for future services.

Incredible service. On a road trip I had a big windshield chip and decided to call SafePro due to the positive reviews I entered my phone online for a callback and was promptly called by a very friendly service representative. After I told him I had Progressive car insurance he called my insurance company for me while I was also on the line and was able to get the windshield repair covered. When it came to scheduling my appt, they were booked out for the day but after hearing about my lack of availability for the rest of the week they squeezed me in within 30 minutes no problem. I have never had such incredible customer service from a company and will absolutely be back

My Technician was Drew he was very good at explaining what was going to be happening and how it would be done. 100% recommend them if you need a new windshield with no insurance too.

I replaced the windshield on my sisters truck. Apparently she was a couple months behind on payments. A repo company was notified of the exact location of the truck that same day. The very next day after I purchased a window the trucks gone. Sounds like they report to repo companies. The had absolutely no idea were it was the registration was in Scottsdale across the city. Awfuly dam convenient

Around late January I got my windshield replaced for a great price! Eventually it ended up with a slight crack 2 months down the line, but Safe Pro was very understanding and sent out their best crack repair windshield guy Charlie and let me tell you he made it seem like the crack didn’t exist! On top of excellent service the repair was free. This is a great company and they are always doing what’s best for the customer. 🙌🏼

A+ rating all around! My mom had a cracked windshield that took over the entire thing and we worried she would be driving like that for a while. We called this number and my mom had a hard time speaking English so they connected her to Romely Lebron who spoke Spanish and was very professional and accommodating. He was patient with her and walked her through the entire process. He gave us an appointment the very next day and we were well taken care of. The technicians even went to my moms work (5 min from our house) because that’s where the car was. So lucky to be first to review this outstanding company! Not only do they provide the best auto glass in Chandler but they also back up their work with the best warranty and quality of workmanship. I had my Toyota windshield replaced by SafePro and the process was quick and painless. Their new auto glass shop in Chandler was close to my work so I dropped in and they were able to provide me same day service. I have used their mobile windshield service in the past but I liked getting some work done while I waited in the lobby. They handled my insurance claim and I didnt have to pay a deductible!

This is my 2nd time using SafePro Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. My 1st experience was over the top wonderful. The entire team went above and beyond. I had a need for one of our cars for a new windshield yesterday. They were able to get me in today. Their arrival time frame of arrival was 8a-3p. The tecnician came by 10:30 a.m. He text to let me know he would be arriving within the hour, text upon arrival and then also came to my door. Marco (the technician) was quick and very professional. He even removed my stickers on my windshield for my gate entrance and put it on my new windshield for me! I love that he did this before I even reminded him that I needed it. The professionalism by the staff and installer Luis was a great experience.Luis walked me through their process and lengthy warranty program. I have driven now about 1,000 miles since my windshield replacement and everything is wonderful.It was suggested that I add the Diamon-Fusion coating to the windshield which adds strength against stone chips and a coating which makes water beat off. I have yet had to even turn on my wipers during a rain storm.The waiting room is very large and stocked with treats.1st class all the way!Thank you SafePro

My windshield cracked while I was in Michigan and I knew I was coming to Phoenix in 6 months, so I just waited until I got here to have them do it. Had my windshield replaced on March 12th. Luis was waiting for me in the office when I arrived and immediately went to work. While waiting, the receptionist noticed that I was looking at the sports memorabilia in the waiting room. She then took time to show me all of the owners collection which is a sports nut (me) dream. Next thing I new the windshield had been replaced and Louis went over all of the paper work in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this establishment for anyones auto glass needs.

I waited a while to leave a review so I could tell yall about the quality of the glass. Let me start by saying the representative I was talking to (her name was andi) was very understanding, Knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with. I had the most expensive glass my car could come with (of course I wanted to keep it that way because it would take away some of the features that come with the car) anyways andi got me the best price as well as got me an appointment to have a tech out to my place next day. Next day came, the tech was right on time within the four hour window they give you. He was quick and very polite to talk too. He also kept my stickers that I needed to keep (oil change, parking pass, carwash pass, etc). He did a fantastic job with the replacement and gave me some Knowledgable information on aftercare for the glass. I did exactly what he said even gave an additional day before I washed my vehicle through a carwash. Its been about almost a month and the glass is still in perfect condition, no knicks, scratches, warping, etc. I am very grateful to the tech for his great work. His name was Andy as well! Haha thank you for all the good work from the representative and from the tech! As well as the great price compared to other glass companies and the dealership!! One really satisfied customer and 10 out of 10 will recommend this company to others!

Dont go here!!! I had one of there repair men approach me at Mr Zs car wash he attempted to fix 3 cracks in my windshield but he failed leaving me with a windshield completely cracked down the middle. It took their company 3 weeks to give me a refund. Stay away!!!
