Long story short is that a guy came into the hazard lane and came close to side swiping the entire driver side of my truck. Luckily, he only smashed my mirror and when that happened the plastic cover came off and struck my rear driver side passenger door. The guy admitted fault and agreed to pay and wanted me to fo to this auto body shop. Well, Scott ordered a mirror, but it wasnt OEM. Additionally, when I brought up the mark on the door he insisted that it was touch up paint. In the end, I went to Fix Auto in Gilbert, which is what I should have done in the first place. Oh yeah, the mark turned out to be a scuff that was able to be buffed out and the dent was corrected by the PDR guy.

Had an appointment to drop off my truck, showed up and they told me that they couldn’t take it that day and pushed me back a week. Truck was there for over a week, never got an update. I had to call to make sure I could pick up my truck on the date it was promised. Was told they were still waiting on some parts the day before. Showed up to get my truck, work looked alright. They left my LED headlights in my cup holder. Went back inside, they told me that the lights all of a sudden weren’t any good but my passenger side and fog lights still worked. Got home, had to take my headlight housings out and put in the bulbs myself. They worked fine! Definitely not a pleasant experience with them.

Brought my Hyundai Elantra in with considerable damage to the rocker panel and passenger door due to smashing a curb. Rick was polite and quick to help me out with an estimate on the repair - which was about $1,000 less than the other shops I took the car! My budget was pretty tight, and they were able to do the work for exactly the estimate price, which was incredible. It took a little longer than I was told to expect, but since it was over the holidays and for a good price I cannot complain. They were quick to respond over the phone, and really the entire process was reassuring. I will be bringing my car back if/when any further repairs are needed!

They repaired my car for within about a hundred dollars of the estimate which I consider quite good for a body shop which are notoriously way off from the estimate. They did take about twice as long as they estimated, which is exactly on par for all body shops in my opinion. Its not for being malicious its for the unpredictability of ordering parts. After we paid, I asked them if they could check the tire pressure on my other car and they went ahead and checked and filled up all four of them for free.

I have used Chandler Auto Body on several different occasions and have ALWAYS found them, specifically Rick, to be not only professional but EXTREMELY helpful. I found him to have the highest of integrity. He goes above and beyond what a reasonable person would expect. In my case spending countless hours dealing with the other guys insurance company. My truck looked remarkable! I cant thank him enough for taking the time to help me with the stubborn insurance company.I guess for all of you who take note of other 1 star ratings my only advice is to always remember there is always 2 sides to a story. I cant imagine a business around very long if parts are flying off causing vehicle collisions.Anyway, 5 stars from me! Highest of recommendations from me!

I had some minor body damage to the rear bumper cover of my Sienna. Addison and Dean were both wonderful to work with. Addison had the work done in two days, including adding a missing piece to my roof rack. The car looks beautiful. I had expressed interest in having the headlights buffed, but decided against it. They went ahead and did it at no charge. The car was beautifully washed and waxed. It was a totally pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Be very careful taking your car here. My experience was not good. The owner is rude and mean and does not value customers. My car was taken in for an accident in May of 2017 and its September 2017 and Im still waiting for one small part to be fixed---he has more excuses than I want to hear. They replaced a door and mirror--the mirror just fell off. They wont fix or replace it even though I was told their work had a lifetime guarantee. I have no idea how this man stays in business. Beware. They promised my car would be done this week, then next week, then the next week. You get my point. Be careful. I would only use them if your insurance company required you gather several quotes. My two cents. Good luck. If the owner reads this, I guarantee Ill never get my bumper tow plate painted and installed.

Was not impressed. When quoted was told 3-5 days to fix the Honda. Scheduled work to take place in 3 weeks, dropping off on a Monday morning. On Thursday dropped on by, they said couldnt have it ready until Friday. They called, I arrived to pick up, they were still cleaning it up and waited 20-30 minutes. Upon inspection pointed out a scratch that wasnt there before but more importantly pointed out dust under the paint. He put the blame squarely on me stating how I needed the car over the weekend and they didnt have time to buff it out. They wouldnt have said a word if I didnt notice it. I left promptly and will never return.

Chandler Auto Body has done another great job on my car. Four years ago they repaired extensive damage on my Lexus after an accident and made it good as new. Recently I took the same car in for their help with restoring a paint problem on the hood. They did a great job and took care of me with a rental during the work. My hood now looks like it is brand new. I recommend Chandler Auto Body for your repair and body work.

I recently brought my car into this shop to get a shield and fender liner replaced, because the parts busted off my car while driving on the freeway the day before. The only reason I went to Chandler Auto Body was because Subaru had a 5-day wait time for getting my car in, and this place had openings. As a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, I picked up my car about 6 hours after dropping it off, and within 10 miles of driving my fixed car, the SAME EXACT PARTS - the shield and fender liner - broke off my car and started dragging on the ground while driving on the freeway, almost causing an accident. I pulled over immediately and saw that the fender liner was stuck under my tire, so I backed up and pulled it out from under my car, and realized there were NO NUTS & BOLTS holding the fender liner in place!! The shield was also dragging on the ground as only half of the bolts were attached!! I called Chandler Auto Body asking if they could come meet me where I was stranded on the freeway or send me a free tow truck, but they REFUSED! They said I have to drive it to their shop in order to get a repair, and they promised to get it done for FREE. I told them my car was not drivable but they didnt care!! So, I had my husband meet me to temporarily put the part in place before I drove back to the shop. Upon arriving back to the shop, the owner didnt even bother to look at the damage and quickly said that he wont be able to fix my car, because its not their fault it fell apart and he trusts that his guys put all of the bolts in. But then, he says that he was NOT in the shop during the hours my car parts were installed. This is AFTER he told me on the phone that if I came back, you would fix it for FREE!!! Then we asked him if he still trusts his guys after showing him the busted parts, and he said YES and he will NOT be firing the guys who made this mistake. If you take your car to this place, be certain that youll end up in a bind like I was because he doesnt hire experienced professionals! Instead, he wrote us a refund check and told us that its not his problem, thinking he would get away with poor customer service!! He does not care if you get into an accident, your safety is NOT his concern. If you want excellent service go to the Subaru Dealership on Gilbert Rd & Pecos! Dealerships might charge a few extra bucks but they use NEW (not OEM parts) and dont make these mistakes!! Customer service at Subaru has always been amazing - Mike the service manager is the best guy in the area who has fixed minor issues free of charge or only for the cost of nuts & bolts (only $7) on a few occasions. It definitely was worth it to wait another week to go back to my trusted Subaru mechanics after this mess!!!!

This auto shop quoted me twice what another auto shop in the area quoted to do the very same job. Can’t speak the the quality of the work since I do not move forward with repairs here.

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP! My sons vehicle has been there for 6 wks with no end in sight. 1. They have NEVER called me to update me on progress or status. I have to call for updates. Even when they say they will call back, they have not. 2. We picked up the finished vehicle over 2 wks ago; my kid drove it 3 miles and the check engine light comes on. Also they installed an incorrect light and released the vehicle thinking we wouldnt notice. Car went back in the following day. 3. When the engine light came on, my son took the car to another shop to have them run a diagnostic; their diagnostic said and issue with a fan controller not operating. TODAY after 2 wks the body shop said the light came on and they ran a diagnostic, the fan controller isnt operating. We told them that 2 wks ago! 4. Ordered incorrect parts multiple times causing delays.Worst experience ever.

NoThe initial estimate of 4-5 days sounded totally unrealistic to me given the repairs needed. I had no doubt this was never going to happen and i wonder why they even gave me that estimate to begin with!Kept Informed during the entire process? NoI received a text message that they will keep me up to date but i actually never received an update via text! Again, i wonder why they are creating false expectations (i did not except constant updates from them - i had to call in every time). Thats ok because thats what i was expecting, but why would they say something they dont deliver? That doesnt make much sense IMO.Cleanliness of the vehicle when it was returned? 10Couldnt be better! The car was sparkling clean!Would you recommend to a friend or colleague? 9Yes, i would definitely recommend them.Additional work? NoPaint-job wasnt 100% perfect, but then again, it never is. Not at all happy with the service. car was picked up from my house i believe the 7th of june, i had to keep calling to get updates on it, i finally picked it up on the 6th and it was sitting out front dirty, my white chevy malibu ltd. which is my baby cause its the vehicle that i bought with what my gpa left me when he passed, so it has sentimental value. When i picked it up, he said oh i wish i knew you were coming we would have cleaned it up. yet no one called to let me know it was done, i just happened to be right next door dropping off my rental and figured since the last time i talked to someone was that previous friday WHEN I CALLED and they told me they were just waiting on a new wheel and would call when its done, yet they didnt. So i drive the car around the block, everything seems fine. i take it home, and notice that theres a giant crack in the windshield!! definitely wasnt there before as i even asked my insurance inspector and they said they did a full overlook and it wasnt there before either! when i called, i was told oh sometimes these things happen when it sits in the yard. that was it. not oh sorry we will fix it for you, NOTHING. so now the crack continually gets bigger and bigger and im getting screwed for it! ON TOP OF THAT everytime i get on the freeway and my car reaches 70 mph or higher, the front left tire or car area hums. and gets louder and higher pitched as im driving. im a audio engineer so i can hear annoying frequencies like these and im deathly afraid that somethings rubbing or creating friction and will catch fire or if i take my car to the car wash, the windshield will shatter! DEFINITELY not the level of service i expected to recieve after my first EVER accident in my entire 18 years driving and after seeing so many good reviews. wont be referring this place and may seek legal council.

I have a 2014 Dodge Durango and somehow got grey paint all up the side of my vehicle. I thought it was going to be a major clean up job.I stopped by Chandler Auto Body last week and I think I spoke to Rick. He told me it was no big deal to get it off. He took me in his office turned his computer monitor towards me and showed me exactly what to buy at Walmart to remove it.
