All the staff at this location were professional and provided great customer service! I recently took my 97 years young grandmother for her eye exam and new glasses. My G-Ma is still very sharp mentally, but does have mobility issues. Dr. Yeh, Fury, Priscilla and Eric were all very patient, respectful and accommodating. We left there with a very nice pair of bling frames that my G-Ma loves (thanks Fury) and we were very pleased with our overall experience!

I needed an emergency repair on my glasses. The woman working the front desk took the time to help me fix my glasses despite her busy day!! I was so grateful for her help, she made a frustrating situation so much better.

Although we had to wait 3 weeks to get our glasses (COVID?), we enjoyed having Eric # 33034 take care of us at the 3165 Alma School Chandler Store. We appreciated his caring attitude and his expertise. Thanks for helping us “ see” things better.👀😎

The employees and ophthalmologist were replaced when I visited the store again this year. The reason I went back to the store rather than the nearest Nationwide is just because of their excellent service for last few years. My visit has been always easy and fast just for contact lenses and annual eye exam to renew my prescription.This year I had terrible experience and wont go back again. The person who scheduled me told me that the cost would be same as last year, $40 out of pocket using my health insurance. At the time I already had an appointment at Costco because the store had been closed due to Covid19. Since I was told that I could use the insurance, I cancelled the appointment and went to the store. When I went there I was told that my insurance would not cover the cost and it would be $106 instead. I asked her why she did not call me ahead since the store had my file for years. She claimed she did and in fact told me a lie that she left a voice message. I showed her my phone no voice message at all.Since my eye exam was overdue, I agreed to pay the amount and completed the exam. After the exam, I was told that the exam cost now $153.10. I reminded her again the store had my file and she actually was looking at my file when she quoted me. I paid full cost just because I did not want to be late for my next appointment.I wrote to the Nationwide website so that I could give them a chance to make it right when I went back to the store for follow-up visit. She apologized for her poor customer service, but nothing else was done. No refund of difference between what she told me before the exam and actual cost.The store deceived me with the lower price over the phone to come to the store, again another false price to perform the exam and ripped me off with higher price after the service. Good customer service keeps their word and will charge what they quoted if employees made mistakes. Not in this store.I don’t want other customers to experience the frustration I had and remind everyone to record every single word they say and don’t pay what they demand afterwards if different.

They are amazing with my kiddos (ages 6, 4, and 4). My husband and I have been going to them for 10 years and we are very happy with their service. None of us have vision issues so we are in and out fast which is important to me since 3 kids in an office setting is a lot to handle.

My VA went through Nationwide because they are backed up. After setting my appointment I had a nationwide employee call to ask me who doctor was when I didnt know she said shed call back. 20 minutes later she informed me my doctor wasnt covered and canceled my appointment. The day before the canceled appointment, I got an automated phone call confirming the appoinment that was not canceled as well as a letter from VA about appointment. Upon arrival greeted gruff by what I would call the worlds worst customer service oriented non-professional ever wearing a managers name tag ive crossed paths with. Ive was given a huge stack of papers to fill out which most seemed unimportant or unrelated when inquired to said mgr. standay policy, (polite way of saying tough cookies). At this stage I nearly walked out but instead I decided to just hunker down, the rest of the staff was pleasant and even nice, but that manager omg never been treated as a 2nd class citizen before, im convinced she was also the rude one on the phone a week prior. Hence this 1* review, id give em a negative star because of that manager but they dont rate worse than one. Go anywhere but here or find out if managers gone and schedule then. Good luck.

Very dishonest. Not professional. Lies to Insurance company to not return refund. Bad doctors. If you value your vision and your money, do not go here. Dont waste your time.

I DONT RECOMMEND to visit Nationwide vision Center if you have problem with EYE. My wife has eye irritation recently and visited this center and paid $165 for an optimist consultant, they DIAGNOSED COMPLETELY WRONG and eye went in serious vision problems.
