Normally in past, went to Tempe/Elliot vision center.. no more,,. This location/staff Josie & Jill are super, da best !! Solved my request ☺️, professional, nice, 🤓. An asset to Wal Mart, !!! Plus good savings !
I’ve been going to the Walmart Vision Center on Chandler in Chandler for several years to get my eyes checked and get fitted for new glasses. The doctor is very thorough examining my eyes and my prescription is always great. The technicians do a great job fitting you for new glasses. Great service and price!
I was told one price for an eye exam on the phone. When I arrived they told me it would actually be anywhere between $25 and $45 more expensive. I do not appreciate being given false information to get me in the door and did not stay to complete my eye exam. If the quality of the exam is anything like the quality of setting up the appointment, stay far far away.
Dr. Bhakta and the entire staff were great. I needed to take my 10 year old in for her first eye exam and glasses and they were all fabulous with her. Both the doctor and the optician took their time, answered all our questions, and helped her pick out some truly lovely glasses. I was also able to get a same day appointment. We didn’t wait at all when we were there. They took my insurance without any problems. I am very satisfied.
These guys are excellent. Even called to remind me a year after my eye exam that my prescription was expiring so I could buy more contacts if I needed them before it did. Fantastic customer service.
This is the best walmart vision I have been to around the US. I have been going here for the last 3 years for myself, my wife, and 4 kids vision needs. The front staff, juliette, Lori, and Jill are the best. Very courteous and helpful.... they always go above and beyond. While I moved 20 minutes last year from this Walmart, I still continue to drive here for my vision tests and glasses. Worth the drive to see the great people there.
Came in today to get contact lenses. I worked with Maria. She was lazy and doesn’t care about her job. First I had to page her, she was in the back on her cell phone. I asked her if my contacts were in stock. She looked at my paper and said “no”. Then I asked how much they would be to order. She said “ I don’t know”. Then stated I couldn’t get samples either, to hold me over. Save your time go to Target. Walmart’s employees always stink.
Worst service ever. I paid over $120 to get a vision test which was advertised at 69.99 because I allegedly have a stigmatism. I was never given my prescription, just the glasses I ordered which broke the very next month. No one called me or anything but when I went back for my prescription I was told I had to pay for a new exam $40 more dollars out the door. Only to be sent away AGAIN without my prescription. These people have not called me or given me my prescription, Im assuming theyre holding it hostage so that I can only order through them. Smh. I have been wearing these pos broken glasses for 6 months now because I dont have a prescription to reorder.
Theyll call and wake you up before 9:00 am, and leave a message on your phone, but try to call them back and you find out they dont open until 9:00 am. Annoying,
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER!!! Unconcerned and very unaccommodating!!! I hate this Wal-Mart!!😡😡
Looking for a new eye center and read the reviews here. Its disturbing to see a micro-managing/control freak comment from staff saying theres no Zack Mollett on file. People do use aliases, and thats OK.
