Crown Flooring in Chantilly came highly recommended to me by two friends that I trust. I saw their installation job of carpet and laminate flooring. My friend told me their prices were competitive and they were very happy with their flooring. Crown Flooring in Chantilly was very easy to work with and extremely professional. I also used them for carpet and flooring. Their product selection was great and their install time was very short and convenient. Their installers came on time, we’re professional, and clean. The installation was flawless. I’m very happy with both products. I used cortex which is interlocking flooring and a neutral carpet with an updated pad.

Great experience with Crown Floors and working with Willy. They installed wood flooring in 2019 after a kitchen remodel. May 2021 installed new carpet in basement to include stairs. Shared a better quality carpet was on sale and close to orignal selection price. Even recommended a better color choice after understanding what we were looking to do in basement and the amount of light coming in. Friendly sinstallers and very neat. Crown Floors installed carpeting for my condo and I was so pleased with the work, that I had them install luxury vinyl tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. Willy Amin gave me a very reasonable price, and I find him trustworthy and honest. The installers were pros and were careful to keep my place tidy. They did an excellent job overall.

They called my insurance company to tell them that my floors are fixable without replacing entirely. Then now everybody is saying there’s water damage and entire floor needs to be replaced. Insurance refuses to pay since crown floors said it’s not a major repair. This put me out of pocket $ all thanks to the way they Crown floors handled it

We’ve got our entire ~ 5000 sft wood repolished with kitchen floor replacement. We also got all new carpets for all 3 levels done by Crown Floors. Crown floors made picking out floors and having them installed painless. They helped us choose the flooring. When they came to install the floors it was quick, they ripped the carpet out and moved the furniture. They floor was done quickly in less than 2 days.

Great Customer Service! They put new carpet in our whole house. Beverly was kind and helped us find the exact carpet we wanted and perfect for our budget. I purchased stain resistant carpet for my family room, which has already stood the test and cleans easily. I was also looking for a decorative bound carpet for my stairs that was non-traditional and neutral. Willie pointed out a carpet that I would not have chosen, but when I took a sample home it proved to be a great choice. The carpet was installed timely. Everyone I interacted with was professional. Willie stopped by during installation to make sure all was going well and that I was satisfied; he even assisted his team in moving the furniture back in place. We had been heavily considering Home Depot for carpet since they were doing their free installation, free stairs, free furniture moving, etc. deal. We identified what we were going to get at HD and then rolled over to Crown cause two friends had highly recommended them. We were not disappointed. Willy was very knowledgeable on the carpet types and helped guide us to a comparable scenario. We paid a few hundred dollars more than we would at HD, but got a better carpet type, and the benefit of having the same company 1) sell us the carpet, 2) install the carpet, and 3) ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. The other thing we really liked was Crown didnt nickel and dime. All the stuff that HD was offering us for free is standard service at Crown and included in the price per sq/ft (old carpet removal, stairs, furniture moving, etc.). The installers were great and diligently ensured to put screws in the sub floor in as many places as possible to minimize squeaking, and to tuck ethernet wire we had running along the baseboards back behind the new carpet. Highly recommend.
