Awful customer service at the Minute Clinic here. Have tried to book appointments with the Minute Clinic twice in the same amount of months and both times I signed up and then was not able to be seen even though they had sign up times available online. Went here with an appointment to be talked down to and when brought back and told them of my problem was told the nurse was not there and I couldnt be helped after already asking for my insurance. Why waste my time if you knew I would not be able to be seen? Clinic staff were extremely rude and utterly unhelpful. Would not recommend this Minute Clinic to anyone who actually needs help as they will waste your time and be awful to you.
Made appointment for covid test. Poor signage. Line was around the building. Waited for almost 90 minutes. Watched several cars in front of me give up and drive away. CVS is not helping us control this pandemic with such poor management of the testing.
I took my son to get a COVID-19 test and found the personnel to be friendly, helpful, and very efficient. The test was performed quickly and we had results within a few hours. I would highly recommend this CVS to anyone.
Made appointment for 1pm Covid PCR testing on Tuesday. Arrived at 2 minutes to 1pm and there were 5 cars in front of us in line. We waited and waited patiently and finally pulled up at the window at 2:15 only to be told that the NP is not there (went to lunch), so they cant offer the testing. We told them we had an appointment at 1pm and the pharm tech said What have you been doing? The line has been empty. Did she mean we were lying?? We afrimed that weve been waiting for over an hour (1hour 15 minutes to be exact). After 10 more minutes of waiting, she said she can do the test just cant answer any questions. We were fine with that and finally was able to leave the site at 2:40 for our 1pm appointment. No more going back there.
Signed up to receive a pcr covid-19 test. Upon arrival saw conflicting signs of where to go. Parking lot signs equated the rapid and pcr test. I went into the trailer on the outside and was unpleasantly greeted by staff. I was told to wait until I was called. I never received any information about receiving a call. After my appointment time staff came out and asked me which test I signed up for. I indicated pcr and was told to go to the drive thru pharmacy line. Im not sure why the rapid and pcr test are not given at the same place. Makes no sense. At least have Clear directions. A very disorganized cvs.
I came for a Coronavirus test and everything went smoothly. Tosin was polite, helpful, and patient and helped me follow instructions properly
The customer service at this CVS pharmacy prescription pick up window is terrible. The way they talk down to folks is unacceptable they need some help from chick fil a
Absolutely worst pharmacy there is. If you call, either the pharmacy staff will accidentally cut your call off over and over again, or you will be put on hold forever. If you physically go to the pharmacy, several of the front-line staff cant answer basic questions. Whats odd is they have lots of people working in the pharmacy, but never seem to have experienced staff working the counters.
One of the worst places as far as service is concerned, perhaps should not be even called service because they dont the concept as of yet, no time Mgmt, extremely obnoxious attitude, STAY AWAY
The doctor at the pharmacy isnt worth the money you pay him. I asked for a simple request, but hes to lazy to get off his little chair. Very disappointed in the service here. The minute clinic is A1... (Amy) was so helpful and took care of me even out of state. I love you so much woman! Everything else there is #WORTHLESSWith a score of 1.8 you would think the store MGR would care.
My husband and I went there yesterday evening for flu shots. We arrived approx. 6:55pm. The minute clinic was empty and We asked if they had time to give flu shots. The gentleman at the front desk told us yes but since it was late (??? They close at 7:30) we had to go to the pharmacy to get it. He was kind enough to walk us over and checked us in then escorted both of us to the flu vaccine booth. He seemed very efficient and it took less than 10 min. We then waited for approx 40 min before my husband checked to ensure we were not forgotten. The pharmacy area was busy so we understood but the entire time we waited, there was no one at the minute clinic and the nurse practitioner and front desk person were engaged in a busy conversation. Granted, I do not know the specifics but it did not appear that they were busy with work related tasks. The pharmacist, Sean ( ?), did an awesome job with the shots. It was fast and relatively painless. He gets 5 stars but the entire minute clinic issue bothered us. We were there well before they closed with no other patients in line so I did not quite understand why the nurse /practitioner could not give flu shots. Also, even if it were the pharmacist’s job, given his busy schedule, why couldn’t an employee of the minute clinic step up and help out. The minute clinic gets 0 stars. 2.5 in combination.
Frequent call notifications are really annoying. the pharma staff doesnt properly relay how to stop notifications. I finally talked to someone today who told me to call 800-SHOP-CVS. It take 24-48 hours to stop notifications.
Every single time I go to pick up my prescription they never have the correct insurance information on file. It always takes half an hour to get a single prescription. This time I came in after receiving the automated phone call letting me know my prescription was ready. As usual they didnt have the insurance information and spent at least 15 minutes processing it even though it should already be in their system. After waiting a half hour in the Drive-Thru line Im informed that they dont have my prescription and will have to order it. I moved the prescription immediately to Harris Teeter pharmacy down the street and will never return to CVS.
Very unaccomodating and unreasonable staff, especially Shaun, schwartzman.
Closing the pharmacy by 6pm on a Saturday is pretty ridiculous, but being open late on weekdays is nice I guess. Otherwise its a fine establishment.
Very disappointing. The drive thru is being used for testing only so you have to go in to pick up prescriptions and inside there is no social distancing, the aisles are very tight and people push pass you as you are in the very long line for the pharmacy. I felt like I had to take a shower when I got home. The least they could do is to make aisles one way. They are very good at protecting the staff but don’t care about the customers. I will not be back.
Bad lady manager. Yelling at employees and customers.
I just drove to this CVS to pick up medications via their drive-through and discovered that you can no longer pick up your medications that way. You have to go in the store. The only thing you can do via the drive-through is get a Covid Test. While I am glad they are providing Covid Tests, it is not safe for many of us with compromised immune systems to go IN the store either. I am moving those prescriptions to Walmart who at least provides curb service. I am getting my other prescriptions from Southern Village Pharmacy who also provide curb service and are extremely good about customer service. I feel sorry for the employees at CVS who are overworked. And I am finished relying on CVS, especially this one, for any of my needs.
This is now the third time I have ordered something from the photo department and it is wrong. And when you finally get someone on the phone its like I am in the wrong, or the order i put in must have been incorrect. Like how hard is it to process a photo order correctly?
Not great customer service. Very limited availability to get a person. I wait on hold for an average of 30 mins when I call. I have to call a lot because stuff gets messed up a lot. miscommunications happen a lot. I know they are probably stressed out right now and they are working such an important job, but they are consistently rude. very frustrating
Went to pick up prescription. Pharmacy was drastically understaffed. Was told 20 minutes. We had already waited about that long to wait through the line to ask for our pickup. We got back in line and waited 17 minutes. When we got up to the help kiosk the lady rudely told me, rudely, that “I just told you it would be 20 minutes about 5 minutes ago”. I offered to grab her a timer off the shelf as it was apparent she was struggling with her timing awareness. I left, went through the drive through, and waited another 8 minutes to get my prescription. This is why I do all of my prescriptions and prescriptions to 501 Pharmacy but, unfortunately, they close at one on Saturdays. I would rather wait until Monday to get my prescription rather than having to deal with these clowns again.
Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. The staff is always so rude and information is always different depending on which employee you get. Can we just go ahead and shut them down or hire new people that are all on the same page and have some kinda decency within them.
Why pay $50 more for such rude service!? I called to ask about the price of my waiting prescriptions. The pharmacy tech was abrupt, condescending, and unhelpful. With a quick call to Pittsboro Walgreens (good people!), my prescriptions were transferred there and I cut my cost from $122 to $71 (used the Good Rx app instead of my insurance). CVS would NEVER have helped me do that. Never going back there.
I never have a problem with my prescriptions at CVS. Every one is courteous and helpful. The one thing that annoys me is the constant speaker announcing there is a pharmacy call. They are so busy, no one ever answers the phone. I only live a couple minutes away, so I can do the drive thru or just go in. But sometimes I have a question, but noone ever picks up. Otherwise I have no problem.
The purpose of a pharmacy is to recieve and fill prescriptions and they cant seem to get that right. Every scrip Ive had sent here is never recieved by the pharmacy, even days later. The pharmacy always states my provider has not sent the prescription yet. This causes me to have to reach back out to my provider to check if it was sent and then RE-send it (because it had been sent the first time). If its a weekend youre now SOL. O/10 would not recommend if you rely on timely medication for, well I dunno, your health and wellness?
Don’t ever try to call this place. They never answer the phone. The night manager of the pharmacy is a very rude person.
My husband and I went to pick up a prescription yesterday and the person working the register at the pharmacy was extremely rude to us! This is no way to treat sick people that need their medication. We will no longer use this pharmacy. A matter of fact, we called the doctor to have the prescription sent to Walmart. Worst experience ever at a CVS pharmacy!
God awful service. We waited in line for a RX and when picking up, she said she had to reprocess it (wasnt it already processed when we were called to pick it up?!) and wanted us to drive back to the end of the 15 car line! Meanwhile, theyre giving free service to COVID testing right beside out car and tying up a much needed rx pickup lane!
One of worst pharmacy i have even been a customer of . Staffs are impolite and simply don’t do what they are suppose to do .. prescriptions are never ready.. they make you wait for 15-20 mins ... staffs are not knowledgeable. I feel sorry for this pharmacy. I wish i could rate them in negative.
I have no complaints with this CVS. They get my prescriptions renewed as though they never needed renewing.I think my favorite issue about this CVS is that I dont have to deal with city traffic to get there or to park there. This may change as growth continues in the northern Chatham area.
We need a replacement pharmacy as this one is terrible. Walmart it better at answering their phone which is a shock. You can spend a good hour on hold at CVS.It’s a convenient location as others have mentioned but the service sucks!!!!!
My wife went to pickup my prescription on Monday afternoon after it had been called in Monday morning, unknowing to her it was suppose to be two different ones but she only had one, she said that’s all they gave me, in her defense she didn’t know to ask for second .But they should have known when they looked up my name it should have been two .So I had the doctor recall it in on Tuesday morning, my wife returns Wednesday at lunchtime and asked for it and they tell her, oh it’s not ready it will take a little bit to get it ready dumbfounded she says it was called in Monday and Tuesday and today is Wednesday why is it not ready, idk is all she gets. She is unable to wait because she must get back to work and she calls me .I call and ask the pharmacist after explaining my wife has been by twice it has been called in twice two days prior what is taking so long his response was oh we didn’t have it in and we just got it, clearly a lie . So I asked if you didn’t have it and someone’s been by twice to pick it up don’t you think you should have told them so other arrangements could be made instead of just say idk why it’s not ready
I admit this pharmacy is very convenient to us, and we enjoy stopping by to get things we need. But I really dislike their pharmacy services. They push prescriptions on you incessantly, even when you ask them to stop sending these text alerts to you. I really cant start that type of aggressive marketing, and if you try calling to complain, you are put on hold for interminable periods of time. Im switching to a local pharmacy thats a little further from me but that puts their customer needs front and center.
So my pharmacy called me to say the RX called in this am they did not have. I was told to try CVS. They not only had it but also had it ready when I got there. I don’t know what the v stands for but the c and s are for customer service!!!
Arrived and waited more than 30 mins for flu vaccine after registering online. Ended up leaving
Love my CVS always ready to help.Had to see the clinic FPN.She was honest with me and I appreciate that.Thank you
Rude and liarsI have never had to deal with such rude people in my life.
Not a friendly place at all. Takes FOREVER to get prescriptions!! Go to Harris Teeter or Walmart!
Stopped by this location because I needed a few items I forgot on my stay at nearby hotel.I was in CH for medtests.A clean well laid out store and they had everything I was looking for.The great thing about this location was our cashier/csr Jasmine.Friendly and engaging-a real asset to CVS.Look forward to our return visits in the future.
Tashera (cashier) always seems bothered and angry. I’ve witnessed this with several customers. Unfortunate because others at the store are very helpful.
This pharmacy is most convenient to us, but their customer service is deplorable. They aggressively push prescriptions on you incessantly, even when you ask them to stop sending you automatic refills. If you call to complain, you are put on hold for long periods of time and told that you must call Corporate CVS. As a retired physician, I can vouch that the staff is extremely rude and condescending, even hanging up on me on occasion. They are the worst Customer service that I have ever experienced at a Pharmacy.
My family has been using this CVS for over 15 years to fill many prescriptions every month. However, something has happened there recently, and I have had consistently terrible experiences with the pharmacy and the store. I have been repeatedly given incorrect or outright false information about my prescriptions, I was told 3 times in a row that a prescription was ready only to be told each day that it was out of stock. When it finally was there, I was initially told it wasnt, then she went to find it and told me that okay the meds arrived but my prescription wasnt filled because it got overlooked and would I mind waiting. I was also told my meds would not be covered by insurance when they absolutely are, and have been repeatedly charged out of pocket for medications I should not have had to pay for.I also want to clarify that I always try to separate negative experiences from the staff since it is almost never their fault. However, I find myself unable to do that in this case. I have worked directly with now 8 different pharmacy employees, and every single one of them has been incompetent, misinformed, and at times belligerently uninterested in correcting their mistakes (for example, 2 of them tried at length to get me to pay $6,000 for medication that was covered by a copay card they refused to believe would work even when I showed them the written instructions). I am lucky I knew better and did not listen to them, but that is completely unacceptable. It is not the responsibility of the patient to know enough about the insurance industry and their prescriptions to avoid being swindled by at best incompetent or at worst exploitative pharmacy staff. Patients are supposed to be able to trust their pharmacists to give them accurate and reliable information, since that is their entire job. We never had negative experiences like this before, but all the staff we used to work at this CVS with are gone now. Whoever is in charge of recruiting and educating the pharmacy staff at this point has driven my entire family away from CVS for good.Unrelated, they also appear to have replaced half of their check out counters with self check outs that dont actually work. So now, there are always long lines for the 1 open counter, and almost humorously, theres usually another employee standing by the self check out kiosks who will check out customers there. This CVS has embraced incompetence at the financial expense of its customers, and has chosen to pursue inefficiency at the expense of customer service.tl;dr, go elsewhere, maybe Walgreens. Even Walmarts pharmacy has more polite and knowledgeable employees.
Very understaffed! Nice workers but over their heads. Called ahead for flu shots was told to come in & it was a great time only to show up within 15-20 min. & Told bad time, sorry u will have a long wait. Also hard to get in parking lot, poorly planned entrance. Store is clean.
Yall need help. This month I was told my perscriptions were not on file. My doctors office took the time to call and confirmed they were in fact on file. Three days later I cant get a single employee on the phone to confirm that they are actually filling perscription.
Pharmacy service severely lacking. Went by to pick up badly needed prescription and was told their system was down so they couldnt give it to me even though it was ready. They offered to call once the system was up. They never called. Went by the next day and they said they did not accept my insurance. They would not send to another pharmacy, the other pharmacy had to call them. It will be 48 hours before I get my meds.
Way too slow getting ANYTHING done.
Terrible!!! Been given the wrong prescriptions several times. When I have called them to let them know, its been hours to get the right one. Drop off prescriptions, because we have been told the wait time is about an hour. So we Drop off the prescriptions, and told that it will be ready at a certain time its not!! This has happened more than I can count. Then we have to wait an additional time to have medicine filled. CVS you need to hire more pharmacist or stop lying to your customers.
Shift manager was at the main cash register along with a clerk. I stood in line for check out with a few products that was on sale. At check out I noticed the sale prices were not ringing up correctly. I politely asked if the total will reflect the sale price shown on the shelves. The manager was Ovbiously rude and condescending the way she replied me. She said now did you give me you discount card for CVS that you should get a discount I had no idea I was suppose to present a card, she didnot ask me for a card before check out, nor did she inform me the sale was with a card. I told her I had a card, but she seemd bothered to be checking me out and to be answering my question about the discount. The signs were written in microscopic size letterring, except for the discount amount. Its impossible for any one to be able to read without a magnifying glass. I am also pretty sure any employee is suppose to treat customers with politeness and dignity. and ask if they have a CVS discount card at checkout. I tried to call the store manager several times to file a complaint but he is never there at this store. I purchase all my prescriptions from CVS every month. However with customerservice like this, it might be time to move on.
The worst, slowest pharmacy ever. Rx are never ready on time, plan on making multiple trips and working with an under staffed location.
The pharmacy staff is friendly but the pharmacy manager is extremely rude.
This pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with! They never have the prescriptions I need and would take weeks to get in, while a pharmacy down the street always has my meds available ( 501 pharmacy is the best). Save your time and go elsewhere
I was supposed to wait 10 minutes for gout medication. Instead I waited one hour in extreme pain Never again
THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE - TERRIBLE
Worst pharmacist Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Blatantly tells lies and provides the wrong medication. This man is a scar on the CVS brand and I hope they get rid of him soon.
Constant problems with prescriptions. The pharmacy does not dispense correct amount of medications. The employees are not helpful.
This is the worst pharmacy that I️ have ever been to. I️ had to call three times and come in twice to finally get my prescription filled. The service is also terrible because instead of apologizing they tried to blame me for their mistakes.
EXCELLENT SERVICE
Love them
