I called on Monday as I had to urgently leave town for a funeral on Tuesday. They were able to get my windshield ordered and fixed with less than 24 hour turnaround and before I had to leave out of state. I would highly highly recommend them! They were kind, understanding, and ready to help me in my situation. Bonus they also helped me figure it my insurance which saved me $500. I cannot say anything but great things about my experience. Justin was great with getting my windshield replaced for free through my insurance. The installer he sent to do it showed up on time to my home and installed it quickly and correctly. I would recommend anyone in South Carolina to use this service.

Awful communication, no follow up, and in the end after many confirmations and promises, we had to drive 3.5 hours home with a severely damaged windshield. The job was even placed by the company rep as an emergency replacement. Terrible experience with empty actions.

I do not typically write reviews online, but I felt that this service deserved one. I found Justin online after some big truck with tires (that probably never touches mud) slung up a rock and put a huge crack right at the eye level of my drivers side windshield. When I called Justin, he answered right away. He was friendly, honest, and even got the job done while I was at work. He came to job and by the time I went to get lunch, it was done and I had a brand new windshield. Not only does he provide great service, he is able to help in a way that is most convenient for you! I would highly recommend Justin!

Waited over a month for my windshield to be repaired by this business and never heard back. At the initial point of contact they took my VIN number, helped me process the claim with my insurance company and then completely fell flat on communication and timeliness. Took my business to another local shop and they were able to get the job done within the same day.
