Excellent service all around! They took care of the insurance part, came to my office working with my schedule, and then 1 hour later....a brand new crystal clear windshield! John and Tim made this whole process incredibly easy. I had contacted two other companies at the same time, and not only did AAA give me the lowest quote by far, they were able to come out to my house sooner than the other two companies - two days after I first called.After my original quote, I asked John whether I would be receiving OE equivalent or aftermarket glass for the rear slider window on my pickup truck. I was told it would be OE equivalent, which turned out to be untrue. John called me back to apologize for misspeaking, and proceeded to get the OE equivalent special ordered for next-day delivery and gave me a discount due to the misquote and his cell phone number in case I had any further questions. The price for this OE equivalent was still lower than the ridiculous quote I got for Glasspros aftermarket glass.Tim came to my house and installed the window. He was an hour early for the appointment window and was one of the friendliest guys Ive met. He walked me through the insurance process, and between him and John, that was no problem at all. He also did an excellent job with the installation.I would highly recommend AAA Glass. I will absolutely call them again if I need work done on any vehicle.

I had a great experience with AAA glass. They showed up on time to fix my windshield, and the person that came out to fix it was very friendly and professional. My automatic windshield wipers didnt work well after the windshield replacement, and I called to let them know, and they sent a technician out the next day to fix it at not cost and now everything works great. They made everything so easy to schedule and get my windshield repaired.

After having an appointment canceled at one of their competitors, I called and AAA put me on the schedule for a time that was most convenient for me. They called before coming to my place of business to confirm Id be there and arrived promptly.They did the work almost as expected and I would have given them five stars if they hadnt made two very minor errors. As I pulled out onto the highway, I realized my hood was not latched and they would have had to have opened the hood to complete their work...no problems occurred but could have...and the original windshield had a strip of tint at the top that they did not replace which isnt a big deal but it did earn a lower rating on this review...I would recommend these folks to anyone!

What can I say, these guys do great work. I received friendly, prompt service from the man on the phone and the installer. They made the process easy and pain free, I will use AAA GLASS anytime I need auto glass and would recommend them to anyone.

Wow. That was the easiest thing Ive ever had to do with my car - easier than pumping gas. I made an appointment online with special instructions on when to call. The phone call had a little hiccup because my insurance was a temporary card, so we had to do a 3-way call with my insurance to get the permanent policy number, but AAA handled the whole thing perfectly and professionally. The guys showed up and the whole process took about 25 minutes - how do you say... EZ peasy, stress-free...zy

Some of the worst service i have ever recieved! Called AAA Glass to have a windshield replaced in a vehicle for a friend. At first the service was amazing they came out installed the window and were on their way. Then it rained, and the window was leaking, so we called them back they came out after several calls and sealed the window again. Yet again when it rained it was still leaking, so once again we called and they said they would send their tech out again, and then no show! We waited a week expecting the person to come out and finally called back again, they said our guy came out and said it didnt seem to leak or need to be sealed again and left a note on the windshield a damn note are they serious? So once again we called and they said again they would send out their tech, again no show, we called again and they stated our tech came by and resealed it my wife was home all day and no one stopped to work on the window. So yesterday another call and we were told im not sure why he didnt come but we will make sure he comes out today once more a no show! Today we called and were told the owner would call us back immeadiatly, after waiting for a call for 4 hours we called back and only got an answering machine. This is the worst company ever to deal with, they have a supposed 100% satisfactory warranty against leaks, it should not be this hard, or this much of an issue for a company to honor their warranty. We will be contacting the insurance company first thing monday morning. If i had the option to rate this company a 0 i would.

All around great service.

Called them at least 3-4 times. Owner said they would be out or show up where I was and never came. I would use someone else. Even after my insurance approved them to do the job they did not come. Call someone else!!!
