Staff very courteous and helpful. Store has large variety of synthetic and human hair. I gave 4 only bc I frequently buy from Amazon and eBay and am used to slightly lower pricing, but if I cant wait, I will still shop here!

Always friendly staff who are more than willing to help... Prices are fair and they carry all the products needed for natural hair. For the store to be smaller in size its still easy to get list for an hour or two just browsing their inventory from hair care to make-up to jewelry to numerous accessories and even clothing

There are several reviews stating that this store is the best because of lack of competition/other hair retailers in the Charleston area. That is completely irrelevant to me. This store will always hold a special place in my heart. I began getting my first bald patches (due to medical reasons) when I was 9 years old. At this point in time I visited the Patrick Street location for the first time. I got my first wig, and with time my hair grew back, only for the issue to reoccur throughout the years. In my teenage years i lost all the hair i had, brows and lashes included, this store was the only place i felt safe to come into.This may be the only beauty supply store of its kind in the area, but there is another, very unwelcoming, very overpriced, wig store in the Charleston area, unfortunately I have not been keen on the concept of a $700, basic cap, synthetic Hillary Clinton wig.I have always been welcomed and put at ease by the staff, and often times it has been the highlight of my day, week, month even.It’s incredibly important in both the beauty and retail industry to have the charisma and kindness the staff all exhibit, faces may blur through a day, especially in a retail setting, but in this particular business you have the potential to touch lives. i can personally say most times i have visited have been some of the most difficult periods of my life, and just the small interactions and new little trinkets brighten my mood and lift some weight off.I’ve brought along friends through the years who have all fallen in love, and will continue to recommend this establishment to others, because its always been magical to me, even just browsing hair selection, in brick and mortar fashion gives me nostalgia and provides inspiration. Keep doing your thing. You are more appreciated than you realize.

Wow was I amazed with great service here today me an my two boys went inside look for hair extensions..... they were super friendly and helpful explaining everything I need to know about them!!! I drove good 45min to go there an will be back!!!

Only place to get what we need

Absolutely love love loved this store years ago when It was in the transit and was so ecstatic they were back. Theyre on u like white on rice when u come in m stuff but cant blame them with all the thieves nowadays. Prices on most things are pretty darn good n I am pretty darn cheap so thats saying something.

Staff super friendly, small but well supplied. Has most of ur hair needs for weaves, crochets, ponytails and braids. Not so much of other products. You can get some shampoo and conditioners, gel, oils, colors etc.. You can get some nail products, hats scarves, clips. Accessories such as dryers, irons, rods etc. Family owned. Ample parking. Good location.

They have everything from wigs, extensions, dye, oils, treatments, specialty shampoos & conditioners. They also have a variety of hair clips, earrings, mani/pedi things and so much more! They are always so friendly and accommodating! Def my go-to place!

Dont get me wrong the owners are very nice, respectful and provide great service. Its just when you compare what your use to to this store there is no comparison. Im use to big hair stores on almost every corner with a wide variety. This store has a very small limited variety. Not even the slightest sense of selection.

Theyre the same as Lulu hair salon or Lulu Barn theyre nice friendly people I believe they mean well but their products they have a nice quantity they know how to sell it but false advertisement about how good their merchandise is I believe its up to 1 to take a chance
