What a place to bring in the Autumn Season with all the Smells of soaps and lotions. Walking through the mall was kinda of sad to see so little shops that were once open with happy faces shopping and enjoying treats along their excursions thru the mall. 😪 once you reached Bath and Body your find all your favorites and get to sample them before you buy. Staff was very helpful / cheerful describing the products.Its one of those shops that if you can buy on line however, if you order something before you try it then you wasted money. We all have to support businesses by getting out there if not they will die then the only thing you have is ordering things on line and who know when you will receive then or if your going to like them.

Bought a set of Belize tropical cabana. And got two items free. So I chose the key west coconut water and melon mist and body cream love it

Ive never stole a thing in my life and Im not about to start over some stinky candles and hand cream... Next time if I ever decide to..go back.... I wont calmly request through clenched teeth for you to give me 6 feet of respect. We dont do disrespect here EVER. Be mindful of what you do and say. I must have told that story no less than a hundred times since it happened a few days ago I cant imagine how many more times Im going to tell it just for the sheer fact of not being able to believe the audacity the rudeness and quite frankly the guts no matter how ill mannered they were towards me took a lot of nerve.for. somebody to be that rude. Not smart.....just rude!

Candle Day was a success (still had to order online as they sold out of one scent I wanted) The store was well organized and staffed. We got there early (they opened at 6am!) so it wasnt crowded and we had room to check things out and all registers were open and we got checked out smoothly.

I entered the store today with several items to return due to the smell of the candles not being what I expected. As I entered the store the young lady(Netta) greeted me with a welcoming smile despite my load of returns. After returning my items and suggesting other items she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I made a return the day before and the other associate remembered me and ask if she could assist also. Im a regular at both Charleston locations and spend a large amount however after today the Citadel location will be my go to spot. Netta and Kim THANK YOU BOTH for making this trip stress free and quick. I appreciate your help and your kindness. This is how customer service should be.(the lady with the candle closet )

Love shopping here. Wish I caught the candle sale before they sold out. Thats not the stores fault they are only limited a certain inventory but corporate needs to get it together for next year because this is a sale you can not beat!!

Bath & Body Works in Citadel Mall in West Ashley is a great place to get all of your bath and body items all in place. This store has a really good selection and seem to be very well stocked. The staff here is very friendly and helpful in making sure that you find everything that you are looking for. I have been able to find exactly what I was looking for each I have been there.

Had the hand sanitizer I wanted. purchased several

Candlestick, holders, soaps, and hand sanitizer for yummy flavors. Great selections, people and so much fun finding new scents.

I gave this location a 3 star rating because they didnt have the items I wanted. However, the staff was very helpful in helping me try to find the items at another location.

I have a small obsession with this store. Im really amazed the one in Citadel mall is open still, but appreciate it for being so. Anytime we go to grab a bite at Sesame, Ill typically detour (the opposite direction of the car) to bath&body works.The staff is always friendly and quick to help. This is not their fault, but I never find the sales really worth it. If you do the calculation, you dont actually just save more money buying one item instead of three.

Cant get enough of this place, Ive got my own mini B&B at home, Im out of space to keep it all 😫

The manager here needs a lesson in customer service. She was incredibly rude to my cousin over an issue that was the stores fault and not hers. I will be shopping at a different BBW from now on. We spend too much money there to not have excellent customer service.

Its the usual Bath & Body Works. Upon entering the store you get a headache and everything smells like sweet stuff or savory stuff or cantaloupe or cucumber. You can get it as a body spray lotion or even a candle. Just the same stuff as usual.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt uncomfortable. 2 of the sales women were very loud including one who claim that she was a manager. Very very unprofessional attitude towards customers. She would scream conversations from the back of the store then got mad because I didnt scream back. A simple nod would have been fine but instead both women went on a screaming mission. She then relentlessly pursued me doing my shopping visit for candles. If I didnt want that candle as a gift for someone else I would not have made a purchase. I just dont understand the screaming at customers for acknowledgments very very annoying.😲😲😲

I love Bath & Body Works! I just wish they could have a store in Walterboro, SC, where I live. Sometimes 50 miles is too far to go for last minute gifts; especially during the week.

I purchased some of there hand soap and it was on sale 5/$23 and the next day they had a one day I it sale that was $3 a piece so I took the hand soaps and the receipt back in and they made a price adjustment and let me use the 20% off coupon so I purchased 6 more hand soaps for a 1.75 they do price adjustments up to 14 days of purchase I was really happy so I got 30 hand soaps for $37 yahhhhh

Not as crowded as the one in Northwoods. Whenever Bath and Body Works has a sale, I skip the one in Northwoods and go to this one just to ignore the long lines and rowdy crowds. Even though its smaller, It has the same products that the one in Northwoods does. Its an easy hassle-free shopping experience.

Unfriendly and not very helpful. Not my usual experience at BBW. Some clerks busy being social while several people waiting to check out. Will shop online next time

Went to purchase three candles that was on sale for 50-75% off. My bill was over $53.00 because the clerk didnt discount my bill and I didnt notice until I was well on my way. The candles however smells great I heard.
