They never have anything in stock... I feel like I’m always running around trying to get what I need! It’s annoying because I’m trying to be successful in my career. They just need to keep up with there supplies and try really hard to keep everything in stock.
Store is never opened and no one ever answers the phone. How can Cosmoprof do business like this. Then you try to order something from the reps and it takes weeks to get only part of the order. I used to love this store and now I’m canceling my account. This is totally unprofessional
Derp. All I have to say. Worst customer service, and they never have anything in stock. They are clueless, and the lady that helped me brought the same item out from the back that they had on the shelf already, not paying attention to what I was actually asking for. She even pointed to the wrong item when I corrected her. I felt like I was schooling her on products I knew more about. When I went to check out, the price was way higher than marked, and she told me it was right. I made her walk over to the shelf with me and she pointed to the empty space saying oh, theres no tag, this is the price for the other size. Instead of crediting me for not labeling things properly she just cut me off and said have a nice day. Hate coming here. Might go all the way to Goose Creek when I need products from now on.

Poor customer service . The sale associate didnt offer me help, informed of sales, or even knowledge my presence. No one was there but me. She was so busy doing nothing is didnt even realize I was ready to check out. I just left the stuff on the counter :-( and walk out!
I have always been treated nicely and I think the store has a large selection of inventory.
I went here yesterday and spent $120 in products. One bottle of gel polish was a mini and there was a gelish gel color that was the wrong color. So, I decided to return the two this morning and purchase other products in the place of them. While looking at polishes I drop one and immediately heard someone from behind the counter say “If you break you buy.” I ignored the girl behind the counter and continued shopping.When I got to the register the cashier had the audacity to ask me if I’ve used the polish! I told her I just bought it yesterday and proceeded to ask her why would I use it! She explains that sometimes people use it and bring it back bc they don’t like the color.” So I said, “So what does that have to do with me? What does it matter if I had it a month! I work at a nail shop and see colors all day!”At the end of the day your ignorant! Your customer service is so unexceptionable! I wish owners would get Chic Fi la to train ALL of their employees at there establishments so they can really see how customers should be treated!
Theyre very unprofessional, dont recommend anyone to visit this store. Hand my license to young woman and she places my license on the counter when I explained it to her she acted like I wasnt there..... REDNECKS ARE EVERYWHERE
