I really like the options that they have available and being able to try out all of the mattresses prior to making a purchase. I needed a comfortable, but inexpensive bed for a spare room in my house and I needed it in a timely fashion. Our sales associate, Ben, was fantastic! He was friendly, informative, and respectful of our budget and time constraints. In no time, we had the bed we needed and were able to pick it up from the warehouse 15 minutes later. The guys at the warehouse were helpful and friendly as well.Also, because of the discounts offered for the President’s Day sale, I was able to get a nicer mattress than I originally thought I would!Overall, this was a great experience and I will absolutely return to this location when we are ready to replace our actual bed (soon)!

I used to sell beds for Sears and quickly learned how different it is as a customer! BUT after visiting a few stores and diving into web worm holes .. my decision became so easy at Mattress Firm ( Orleans Rd) ..the salesmen Heinrich ( I’m sure I misspelled that- sorry ). Knowledge of beds such as when, where and how it’s made is great but laying on them makes scary decisions real easy especially with a true salesmen that was just interested in me being happy!

I visited the Mattress Store located on Orleans Road this past Saturday. I received excellent and professional help from David. He was great and so was the assistant manager there in the store. I found the store to be very large and had many beds and types that I could look at. I liked the spaciousness of the store and i thought it created a comfortable environment so I could take my time and check out each mattress. I found David to be a wealth of knowledge and he was very patient and not pushy at all. Way to go David!!!!

Randy was very helpful walking me thru this process. I haven’t bought a mattress for over 12 years and there are so many more options now. I also had my kids with me and he made sure I wasn’t rushed. Of course the kids enjoyed laying on the mattress too. Randy was super helpful. I had to “sleep on” my decision and he wasn’t pushy to get the sale the first day I visited. I felt comfortable and bought a mattress from him the next day.

I have been to Mattress Firm TWICE now in West Ashley (in front of Bed, Bath and Beyond) and the experience was awesome. Taylor was the salesperson both times and was very knowledgeable of different mattresses and what would be the best fit for us. Highly recommend this store and Taylor!

Fantastic Service - Wonderful Mattress - Excellent Price

Mattress Firm is a bad company to do business with. I purchased a very expensive, Tempur-pedic mattress from them. The day after, I experienced back pains from sleeping on the new mattress. Salesmen told me you need to break in the mattress and give it another month. So I did. After about 45 days I tired returning the mattress because I was still disappointed. The salesmen kind of gave me a hard time when I tired to exchanging the mattress and buying a used one on the sales floor. The mattress I had was $3700 and I wanted to exchange it for a $300 used one since I couldnt decide on something else. He first lied to me and said I couldnt exchange it for that and that I needed to buy the full retain value new model of the used one. I then asked him to refund me for the expensive one and Ill just buy the used one separately, after that he proceeded to process the lateral exchange. Then, when they came to pickup the mattress from my house they inspected it with a magnifying glass (not literally) and refused to return it because some very small and very faint stain. But to me it is not a stain, it looks like someones dirty knee brushed up against the mattress. Someone like a deliver person. May I mention that they were in the bedroom alone for about 15 minutes before calling me in to tell me there was a stain and they refuse to return it. I assure you that that so called stain was not from me. Since the second that mattress entered my home, the mattress was covered with a protector. The warehouse manager absolutely refused to help me and refused to refund my money. I have since had to call the credit card company, Wells Fargo, that the mattress was purchased on and file a formal complaint against Mattress Firm. Wells Fargo is in the process of disputing the charge as we speak.
