I went into the store to price candles for my mother and grandmother. I had been in the store earlier in the week to look for something else. I had no problem earlier in the week with the staff but was told on this occasion that there was a problem. According to a staff member named Derrick, it is an issue whenever someone comes in to look and does not buy anything. As far as I am concerned, this store has lost my business. Heres a tip Yankee Candle: Teach the people you choose to represent your company about customer service before you put them out on the floor.

Very small store, but has great variety in products. Friendly staff as well. Good discounts around the holidays.
