I have been going to Greenbrier Vision Center for several years. In addition to having a friendly, knowledgeable staff and sophisticated, modern equipment, Dr. Engle is a kind person and excellent doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. I have unusual issues with my eyes due to botched surgeries in the early 1970s. Of all of the doctors I’ve seen over the years, Dr. Engle is the only one to actually read my medical records and truly understand the issues that I have with my eyes. Most recently I had a strange infection in one of my eyes which ultimately landed me with a corneal specialist in Morgantown, WV. Dr. Engle worked with me through all of that, squeezing me in for emergency appointments and making sure everything was healing properly. I HIGHLY recommend Greenbrier Vision Center to everyone, I would not go anywhere else.

All of the staff at Greenbrier Vision Center are very friendly and professional. From the first phone call I made there to leaving my first appointment, they were welcoming. They were also very accommodating and helpful since the appointment was for my two year old.

Both Drs are so great. My teens have been seeing Dr Hedrick for a few years. Took my 3 year old twins to see Dr Engle the other day and was especially impressed with how she found a way to communicate with my daughter that is hard of hearing and has a limited vocabulary for her age. Nothing but great things to say about this office, even loved the personality and humor of the receptionist who scheduled our appointments.

I absolutely LOVE the entire staff at Greenbrier Vision Center!! Everyone is so helpful and pleasant to work with . The opticians show great patience when I am trying to pick out eyeglass frames and will give me their honest option on how the frame look on me. They also use great care in making sure my new glasses fit properly and that I can see comfortably with them. The doctors are wonderful in taking time to make sure I understand what they are telling me about my eye exams and they work tirelessly to make sure my contacts are a proper fit and prescription.

I have been going to Dr. Lynn for several years. She is the beast eye doctor I have ever found. She knows and does her job very well. She takes the time to talk and explain every little thing. She truly seems to care about the people who come to her. The rest of the staff are also fantastic. They are all so nice, and helpful. In myopinion, if you need to see a eye doctor, this is the place you can trust. I have talked my GF, my Daughter, and my Granddaughters into going to Dr. Lynn. They are all well pleased.

I take my 10 year old son here for his eye exams. There is very little wait time before being seen and everyone is so patient with a very wiggly inquisitive little boy, always answers all his questions and doesnt talk down to him or ignore him.

I was seen at Greenbrier Vision Center yesterday. All I can say, is God bless every employee associated with this office. They have brought me to tears, literally . I, like many other citizens in WV, am very low income. When I mentioned this to Dr. Hedrick, he gave me samples of eye drops to use, with two coupons to get a discount on the two bottles of eye drops I need to use. But, the most surprising event occurred with the Blonde haired lady who fits frames and makes sure your glasses are in alignment, for bi-focals. I asked that she find me the cheapest pair of frames available, because I cannot afford to buy glasses and contacts. She gave me the most stylish pair of frames, attached my old lens to the frames, and when she told the cost, I almost burst into tears right then and there. It was unbelievable. I will not disclose the cost, due to the fact, unfortunately, that some people would attempt to take advantage of the cost. Ive never been treated so respectably, anywhere, in my life, and I am most definitely a Senior Citizen. Dr. Hedrick always has time for questions, and gives the most definitive description of the information you need to know. I will never go anywhere else to get my eyes examined, purchase eye glasses, or contacts. I made that mistake once, NEVER again. Also, I lost my left contact, and believe it or not, I was mailed one, to do me until I came in for my appointment. The whole staff is there for YOU. When you are in that room, you are the most important person in the office. Thank you so much for your assistance with the lost contact, the frames for my old glasses, and for the samples of eye drops, that will do me until I get my check to purchase them. God bless and keep each and every person in that office. You all are angels in my heart. It matters not if you are a believer or not, I am, and I know you earn a jewel in your crown each, and every time, you help a person in need. Ill see you again on the 20th. Until then, know in your hearts that you have a life long customer. Again, God bless and keep each and every one of you.

I have been going to Dr Lynn for a few years now. From my workplace I have Davis Vision and when The Greenbrier Vison Center was no longer on the list I continued going because of the care I receive there.
