I went to the store on Windermere in West Ashley and Dalton was a pure Pleasure! He made a great recommendation as soon as I came through the door and that was the selection I made. Literally, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Anyone looking, I recommend Dalton in West Ashley!

I was promised a quality mattress, one that would last and rival Mattress Firm and the like. Received a mattress that went flat in the center after less than 6 months.Extremely disappointed. Am a younger professional, so spent a considerable portion of my low pay on my first owned mattress. Did an incredible amount of research but still was taken advantage of. Buying a mattress is hard enough, so the whole “family owned” and “local” feel definitely influenced my decision, which makes it suck all the more in the end.I would highly recommend paying the premium for a real mattress elsewhere. Please take my word for it.

Friends and Family Treatment! In most great reviews you read about how amazing the customer services was, but No Bull Mattress and More treats you like family. They really care about the products they sell and do want to find what fits perfect for you. Todd and I worked together to pick out the perfect matress for my husband and I. Todd made the whole process easy, comfortable, and fun! I wish that I would have found out about this location before dealing with the hassels of finding a new mattress. I wish all my shopping experiences could be like shopping at No Bull Mattresses and More!

I didn’t realize that lower prices also meant lower standards of customer service. It seemed like one false promise after another. First we were told that we could take the mattress that we had picked home same day (forgot to disclose if we picked a certain frame that would no longer be the case). Second, we had to wait a week for the bed to be delivered. Third, we had a delivery date of Friday, called the night before and said “oh sorry 2 of our 4 bases are damaged so we have to move your delivery”. My fiancé had already taken time off of work to meet the Friday arrangement. They called Friday afternoon and said they had to deliver on Saturday between 11-12:30, tried to call back ten minutes later to arrange a different time because both of us have jobs and have to work, and no one would answer. So again my fiancé took the time off of work to leave early to meet this timeframe but they decided to come an hour before the scheduled time, gave us a 5 minute notice via text (which I could not reply to because I was at work), then decided it was appropriate to leave the mattress and base on the front porch. Over $2500 just left on the front porch. The reason we had to have it delivered was because it was too heavy for us to carry, but in the end we had to carry it ourselves anyways. What a terrible experience from beginning to end. Do not go here unless you are looking for low prices and have even lower expectations.

Todd at No Bull was awesome to work with. He never tried to up sell us, he just showed us the how the mattresses were laid out. Conveniently priced low to high, he even suggested a lower priced mattress that was similar to the one we were looking at. Prices were unbeatable, and they offer free delivery! I highly recommend! Can’t believe I wasted 2 days shopping around at the big name mattress stores. This place was PERFECT. Walked in and instantly found 3 mattresses I loved and they were all half or 3 times cheaper than what I saw at other places. Amazing customer service too, definitely will be back!

Wonderful experience. Tried a tempur pedic at mattress firm and they wanted $8,000 for it. Went to no bull and got almost the exact same bed for $3,500. They’re really nice and family owned.

Ive never had a mattress shopping experience like this before. Frank was extremely nice and gave us a quick layout of the store before stepping back and letting us try everything. In about 10 minutes we made our decision and filled out the paperwork with him for the purchase and delivery. We heard about No Bull through a friend and will absolutely recommend our friends to go there for their mattress needs.

It was so easy to just go into the showroom, try out the mattresses and get the 6 that I wanted for our vacation rental. The associates were very knowledgeable but didnt bother me. It was seriously to the point and no bull. Also, I ended up buying really nice mattresses (MLILY)... so much so that I even bought one for myself because it is that nice and comfortable. My husband and I were in the market for two quality mattresses for our guest rooms that wouldnt break the bank. We found just what we needed at Wholesale Mattress. The service was excellent, our questions were answered and we got a very good deal. Christine was so nice! Also, because were realized we could re-use an older mattress, we ended up needing to return one of the two we purchased and it was easy and we got a full refund right away. Will definitely be shopping there again if I ever need a mattress.

We had a GREAT experience. We worked with managers from three of the locations (Mt. Pleasant, James Island, and to-be Summerville) because my husband and I work opposite schedules and needed to be able to test them out separately). I went to several mattress stores before finding Wholesale Mattress. Not only did they have the best mattresses, they had the best prices as well. Rick Baker was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have a bad back and bought the hybrid foam mattress with cooling gel and coils. I’ve never slept better.

After going to the other mattress stores, I ended up here. What they say is so true......... not hassle and great prices. I paid thousands less on my new memory foam mattress and absolutely love it.

I ordered a box spring and side rails from No Bull. They delivered them the next day. My son tore open (shredded) the box with the rails, and then I found that they were the wrong ones (bolt-on instead of hook on). Despite the “no returns for open box merchandise” on the invoice, Todd at No Bull happily owned their error, refunded our money and took the rails back, and called around to find us the correct hook on rails. Excellent customer service, competitive pricing!

Stumbled by during the week and came by today to buy my son a mattress. It was a great selection and Lisa was fantastic. She was very patient with us since we had such a hard time picking one. Only because there were so many great ones to choose from. I don’t know why anyone would ever go to a different mattress store.

I cant believe i ever went to mattress firm on james island. Matress firm is an expensive dump compared to no bull mattress in The Windermere west Ashley spot. You will pay a lot less and have a clean mattress if you go to No bull Mattress.

I was originally dreading the whole mattress buying ordeal because of the reputation most mattress places have but then I had a friend recommend NoBull. Easy as pie and much more affordable than anywhere else. Todd was friendly, helpful, and never once hassled or tried to upsell. I found the mattress I wanted and it was delivered ASAP.

Whole sale mattress at the Windermere location was the perfect place for me! I entered the store and was immediately greeting by awesome music and a friendly face. Lisa was knowledgeable and patient as I chose the perfect mattress for me. The delivery process had a small hiccup as they accidentally delivered the wrong mattress. Although this was a bit frustrating, the store was extremely apologetic and said they would take care of it and ensure I would be happy. The regional manager gaurenteed I would receive the correct mattress and box spring that evening. He also told me to come back in to the store anytime to pick out two free memory foam pillows of my choice for the inconvenience. The owner of the delivery company was also extremely kind and apologetic and decided to toss the check that I wrote them to remove my old bed. Lisa, Rita, and Mark were all wonderful! And my first two nights in my new bed were incredible!!! I will be back!
