I’m not sure why this particular hub has such horrible reviews. Can’t speak for FedEx in general locally, but every time I’ve been to this hub, the lady behind the desk has been absolutely wonderful! Worth the hour drive each way for me to come here to pick things up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The year I’ve lived in my home every package they deliver takes about 4-6 extra days as they keep saying they attempted to deliver but business was closed or no one was available. I have my phone number on the app plus delivery instruction and description of my home as well on there! I also have cameras proving they never even attempt when this is noted. I call and get the run around all of the time. The one time I did get to speak to a manager they stated they would talk to the delivery driver. That hasn’t changed anything at all. This isn’t just a one or two time fluke incident. This is happening literally every time I have a package. My grad school books were 2 weeks late because of this. I am on the phone weekly on hold spending so much of my time trying to figure out why this keeps happening and no one can give me answers. This is pathetic and ridiculous.

Like the location . Associates are friendly and helpful. I personally like that it is not in a high traffic congested area.

Tracking says to be delivered today. Later it says Delivery Exception to be delivered on the 7th. Call Customer Service they said a hold was put on it. have him Transfer to the local manager at the distribution center and she confirmed a hold was placed on it for Delivery but I could pick it up. She could not tell me who put a hold on it or why she said there was no information on that. Total incompetence. How can you say something is being HELD if you will release it to someone if they come pick it up themselves. Its not being held they were just too lazy to pack it on the truck in the morning and are making excuses. No logic in the Policies and horrible customer service all around.

I seriously despise FedEx! I ordered a cat tower which clearly is a big box, had it shipped to my grandmothers house who is home all day. She said she watched FedEx drive past her house and DID NOT stop. They then write my package as delivered and I drove through the entire neighborhood looking for it without being able to find it. I file a lost package with them and they investigate and deny my claim saying they delivered it. Whatever, thankfully the company that sent me the package refund my money, but this is why I hate when my packages come FedEx versus UPS. 😡🤬🤬

The worst FEDEX in country. I’ve never received any packages at my resident. It’s always dropped off somewhere but the driver never know where. They have cost me money on reorder and reshipped packages to other residents. But Corp never wants to reimburse me for the lost package like Im the one at fault. If you live in Kanawha Village Apartments I repeat do not use FEDEX and if you have to get sent to another residence.

I am wearing a heart monitor and had to walk to the end of my driveway where I found my shipment of monitor leads laying on the ground at the top of my driveway. I have had several pkgs delivered here by fedex that includes medication that is very expensive and also pet supplies just left at the top of my driveway. The medications are a 3 month supply and worth more than eight thousand US dollars. I expect my pkgs to be put on my porch by my door. Not left for someone to possibly drive over and be destroyed or possibly stolen. I will call in to file a complaint as well. A very disappointing and unsatisfactory job by your delivery services! The heart monitor leads left on the ground at the top of my driveway was the last straw! I have I’m lauded a picture of the pkg he should have placed on my porch.

Easy in and out service and its great that they are open past 5p each day.

Guy didnt want to look for my package.said was not there.showed him the text confirming package was ready for pick up. Lazy didnt want to look for it.

Ive lived at my current address for going on four years now. In that time I have had at least half a dozen Fedex deliveries. Out of that half dozen I have had ZERO actually make it to me. Fedex has literally the WORST customer service with almost no means to be able to speak to someone about the situation or complain. the website is trash and sends you on an endless loop of broken links. The absolute worst of the worst in the shipping business.

They said they made a delivery attempt on my very important package today @ 8:55am--They did not, someone was home and their are cameras on the property. No door tag was left either like they said. And goodluck trying to call and talk to anyone about these lies they tell. Its UPS from this point forward for me.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Ive been waiting on an overnight priority which FedEx has failed to deliver. The driver lied today and stated I was not home for delivery and a door tag was left. That is a complete lie. Driver DID NOT ATTEMPT DELIVERY!!!! These are urgent documents needed for appointment tomorrow. They suggested that I driver over 100 mile round trip to get them if I want them. Lousy liars.FedEx also said they would send the driver back with the package this evening before 8pm. LIARS!!!! Nothing but liars.

Fed Ex is either late on delivering packages or dont deliver them at all. I placed a sign on office door with specifics where to bring our package. Received email that Fed Ex had been to our residence but no recipient at home to leave package. Employee never tried to leave package, just because no cars in driveway does not mean you are not home.....but evidently Fed Ex employees dont seem to think so. Will not be ordering anything else that is to be delivered by Fed Ex.

The driver with our package has been driving past our house FOUR days with our package (two tires) in his vehicle. Each day putting Did not Deliver and putting the next day as the delivery date. We can help him lift those tires if he cannot lift it. This has happened to us MANY times with Fed Ex, NEVER with UPS. I am going to stop doing business with those that choose Fed Ex; Walmart is one. I am going to call Walmart this morning and tell them of the problems I been having with Fed Ex. If everyone would do so, perhaps we could get decent delivery. Today will make five days the driver doesnt stop, if he chooses to do so again.

By the tracking number has my package arriving in Charleston on May 1st. Each day since FedEx has it listed out for delivery. Its now May 5th and of course it states Out For Delivery. This is 1 to 2 day delivery. Wheres my Package?

They do not deliver packages when they say they do. Was told received a package and it was actually not delivered when he the driver said it was clearly a bunch of liars that cannot and should not be working this job

It would be a 2 or 1, but for the polite customer service reps I talked to (once I navigated phone tree h*ll)... the reps were perfectly polite and professional. But it would be 2, 1 or LESS stars, because the driver could not locate a house, despite having the correct address. I had to break down and have the recipient call back with directions... the gift was SUPPOSED to be a surprise, so much for that.

I’d like to let you know about one of your carrier’s acts of kindness and caring. I’m sorry to say I don’t know his name but I live on Hickory Rd, 25314.Every month my cancer meds are delivered by Fed Ex. Last month it was due the day after our tornado. Trees were down and had my road blocked in both directions. The delivery is usually made before noon, usually by 10:30 a.m. Of course this day, June 25, I really didn’t expect it. At approximately 5 p.m. there was a knock at my door. The Fed Ex guy had parked his truck a distance from house and walked my delivery to me as he knew it was my special meds. Just so you know, I don’t live on a flat road so he had to walk down and back up an elevated road. When I opened the door, he was standing there with a very kind sweet smile. I told him I wasn’t expecting him that day but he said, I thought you might need these”. My heart melted.

This company continuously can not find my address. I have given the directions time and time again. Its extremely frustrating. I wish there was an easier way to talk directly to the driver or office.

I came home to a piece of furniture I bought, placed half on my sidewalk, half in wet grass, completely in the rain. The box (which was beaten up) was barely held together with a strip of packing tape. My back (covered) porch was literally 20 feet away. There are no words...But I have plenty of pictures.

The store was very clean, staff were prompt and courteous.

They never deliver my packages to my house, but to a house half a mile away not even on my road, they are horrible call customer service and they dont care. Very unprofessional

Ive spent 40 on shipping becuase I cant get ahold of them they wont deliver my package and keep sending it back I wish the company I had to order this item from would chose a different service 5 days Ive been home waiting on them and they stick a sticker on my garage door and then drive away Ive made eye contact with the guy three times trying to chase him down and he keeps driving Im so infuriated

The worst delivery company on the planet, they moved my package almost three thousand miles, the last twenty they have the problem with, they put my package on a door step that wasnt mine, I asked all my neighbors and no one has saw it, ni help when i call either, sad part is this happens every time i have to use them, I recommend ups or the us mail, fedex sucks, they need to restaff every body there because they shore as hell cannot do their job they was hired to do.

Hate it! Their delivery drivers arent even Fedex employees. Theyre contractors that dont give a darn about your package. Insist on UPS if you want it on time.

Ive lived in the same location for 18 years, same address - FedEx attempts to deliver dozens of packages each year to this location and always fail. How does UPS always seem to get here? Every Time their tracking says failed to deliver due to wrong address. When I get a choice on how packages are delivered to my house I NEVER choose FedEx.
