To my surprise ... inside of this shop looked like I was in Ripleys Believe It Or Not Wax Museum as my eyes immediately zoomed over to Godzilla​, Penny the Clown from Stephen King​s It and my favorite .... Han Solo Frozen in the Carbon Chamber encasing from The Empire Strikes Back​.Jared Hopkins, the man who sold Jeff the products ... was professional, courteous and helpful. If Jeff is pleased with his Reynolds products ... then most certainly am I. I recommend this companys services to any and all individuals who need concepts and project designs transformed into to finished products.

Came to the store today for help with a project. I was helped more than I ever knew I needed. It’s so nice to be in store to touch the different casting resins to see which one fits your project. The staff showed me around to what was appropriate for my project. I couldn’t have done it without them. I can’t wait to get my project done! They also had some of the best safety precaution for Covid I have seen anywhere that was greatly appreciated.

Jared was very friendly and informative. As a new costume maker he recommended all the products I would need to make a good cast of my items. He even gave me tips and instructions on how to use these items, so that it would be most effective. Definitely will be coming back for my bigger projects!

Ever since moving back to NC, Reynolds Charlotte location has been my go-to place for all of my mask and prop making supplies. The folks here are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and always know how to steer you toward the right product for any project. I feel like Im being greeted by long-time friends whenever I call in an order or visit the showroom.The prices are outstanding, and they make it easy for any budding FX artist or modelmaker to get their hands on whatever they need to get a good start on a project. If youre a horror or sci-fi fan, their showroom is heaven to visit! I will continue to be a Reynolds Charlotte customer for years to come.

I am a sculptor learning how to mold and cast. I drove from Durham, NC to Charlotte to buy my first set of materials to dive in to this art. The Reynolds Staff was fantastic, they were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and then some. Very down to earth people with a great understanding of their products. It was like talking to other sculptors, except they were better than me Haha! Id do it all again, any day of the week.

This place is incredible. The staff are very knowledgeable, patient, and will answer any question you have. They will tell you what you need for a project rather than pitch high-dollar products. Its kinda out of the way but 100% worth your time.
