Customer service is not good. I left my car here for almost 5 hours without an update. I finally went to pick it up. They told me they had the part to fix the AC. I brought it back the next day to get the part replaced and they magically didn’t have it anymore. The part had already been paid for! Now I have to wait another day to get the part replaced.

Definitely a change in professionalism could be noticed within the service department from previous times when my vehicle was serviced here. I was almost at the point where I was going to drive 30 miles out of the way to have my vehicle serviced to void dealing with your staff. However my attitude has changed and I actually look forward to doing business here again.

Even Town & Country had better service. Didn’t think that was possible, but apparently it is. We shopped around for cars online and kept coming back to the Hendrick Automotive Group. We set an appointment to look at and test drive the car and bought it 3 days later. Most of the sales transaction took place online which was convenient and then went in to sign some documents and pick up the car. This may have been the easiest auto purchase Ive ever been involved with. We never felt pressured and our client advisor, Ed Ward is a true professional. He made us feel like family. Every one was very nice, but I had an appointment at 11:00 for oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and twenty minutes. There is no reason for a basic service on a vehicle with 12000 miles to take that long.

Besides being welcoming and interested in our business, the sales person - Jonathan - carefully listened to our needs and concerns and asked relevant questions to understand what we needed. When we mentioned this was to be my wifes vehicle, he made efforts to include her in all conversations. He was respectful of our time and quickly had an Avalon he thought we might like ready for a test drive. He was so tuned in, we ultimately purchased that particular Avalon. He brought other relevant people into our conversation at the appropriate time and facilitated the entire process from beginning to end. Equally important, he was flexible to our situation and made the sales process work well. The entire team worked hard for us and we had a great financial and personal outcome.

The service Department was excellent friendly and caring but Mae I think that is her name was not so and extremely pushy and overly aggressive!!! Rushed me and my daughter through the paperwork brutally therefore making it impossible to read the literature and therefore not allowing my daughter to learn about the important financial process of buying her first car!! Terrible!! It was extremely stressful and sleazy. We felt disrespected and bullied! Not a great first time purchase to observe for my daughter! Not at all what I had expected she would experience! NOT FROM HONDA!! There is no way that I can ever purchase another vehicle from your company with people like her that have no respect for the customer! No way!!Now all we have from this experience with that woman is what to watch out for and to run away if anyone ever makes her feel disrespected and used.God Bless

I went to Honda Cars of Rock Hill to get my oil changed. It was packed when I got there, and I just assumed many people were trying to get their cars serviced before going on vacation. Phil was great. He let me know that it would probably take an hour to an hour and a half once my car was back to get the oil changed, which it did, but I was fine with it. They also did a courtesy multipoint inspection, and Phil even used a coupon for me for my oil change. Ive never had any issues here, and I will continue to go here to get my car serviced.

I took my 2018 Accord Sport to Darrel Waltrip Honda for a factory recall and oil change. I called to schedule the appointment for Friday 9am and they put me in with Giorgio Lanata as my service consultant. Worked with Roy in service department. Brought vehicle in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Mentioned for them to look over brakes for vibration issue. My schedule is very tight with two kids with me and needed car back in 2 hours.Roy was able to get my vehicle to the mechanic within minutes. Roy called and explained the maintenance issue and offered a courtesy vehicle. Roy took out both car seats and had vehicle waiting. Very good attention to my needs and great customer service. I purchased a bmw 530i which id found on autotrader.com . i live in the state of MA and the car obviously was in pleasantville. i had some qualms about purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. i had the opportunity of workin with a gentelman greg. A from eastBayBMW. he was as responsive as one could be with a 3hr time difference as was the finance manager of the same dealership.my buying experience id imagine is atypical as the documents and car itself needed to be sent back or forth . all things happened in a timely manner. upon delivery of the car, i found a few missing cosmetic items which i shared with Greg A. hes assured that everything should be mailed to me within a week or 2. it was a very pleasant experience. i would absolutely buy online and from eastbaybmw. more importantly because of how seemless this experience has been i wouldnt have any reservations about buying a car online at all.best of luck to you who is reading :-)
As has been the case for too many years ( somewhere around 2007 ) my husband and purchased our vehicles and received service from this exceptional service department. The service we received has been top notch. In the last couple years, I have enjoyed the professional experience of Mr. Jay Moore who has guided me through the ups and downs of auto care. What I like best is that he just doesnt say this has to be done, he explains what it is, what will happen and will help me (or any customer) understand. While I was in school, he helped me to set up a schedule what should be done and when and this has proven to be a big success. I trust Mr. Moore explicitly and have told him this consistently; he has helped me keep my car in tip-top condition. I believe Mr. Moore is a tremendous asset to this service department and dealership.

Recently purchased a new Toyota Venza from Hendrick Toyota. This was the third vehicle Ive purchased there, the last two my sales person was Randall Torres. We very much enjoyed working with him as he is very low key..no pressure..and everyone at the dealership is very friendly and accommodating. Ive also used their service department since 2007 and have found them to be honest and reliable.
They were able to take me twice as a walk in when my low tire pressure light came on. We found the nail in a tire on the 2nd visit and they had it replaced and back to me in under 2 hours.
I am very pleased with my Service Advisor Becky. Her patience and knowledge was helpful. In addition, I love the paperless process which sends everything to your phone. I travel to the Merriam location because of the remarkable staff. I have been a customer for 6 years and will continue to do business with the Merriam Lexus Dealership. Excellent service experience working with the leasing manager Amy Furey and service staff. This is my first visit to do a maintenance since I came from the DC area. Amy is very hardworking, amazing, kind and professional. I felt like she truly cares about you as a person and not just a day job kinda thing.I appreciate that she is there even cleaning the loaner before handing it off. She takes the CDC seriously and I appreciate her doing that. The staff also sent me a video link about the diagnostics which I think is pretty neat! The mechanic seems to be very detail, knowledgeable and efficient.The next day, I went to get my car and I was in and out. My car was parked in the driveway. Amy greeted me and handed me the keys . She got everything set-up quick. She saw my daughter and I totally felt I won a friend! I highly recommend this place.
Brought our car in for service. Easy to get an appointment. Lovely area to wait with drinks, snacks, tvs, a quiet space, a space for Children to play, and comfortable socially distance chairs. Car was ready 10 minutes earlier than the estimate. We felt valued by the company.

Scheduled simple Oil and filter change with appointment time of 1PM. Was told it would take 1 1/2 hours as soon as I dropped vehicle off. An oil change should not require more than 45 minutes with an appointment. When truck was finished a little over an hour and a half there was no sheet showing that a courtesy inspection had been conducted. When I asked about it I was told there was nothing wrong so they didnt prepare an inspection. Makes me wonder if one was actually conducted. While waiting I encountered a customer who had a 9AM appointment to handle a minor problem and was still waiting at 2:45 with her 3 children. Spoke to a friend who had picked up a loaner at Hendrick Lexus at 9 am and returned around 3PM and was told car had not gone in the shop yet. He was told to keep the loaner and bring it back the next day. Seems like Hendrick dealerships are overscheduling maintenance and appointments dont count for much. Got multiple emails and texts reminding me of my appointment but it seems once you have the vehicle you lack a sense of completing the service in a timely manner.
All I can say is that Andy my salesman was very professional and answered all our questions and made sure we got car we wanted. Could not have been more pleased, also followed up to make sure we are still happy answered more questions A+.

Hendrick always goes above and beyond. I brought my car in due to a screw in my tire, no appointment. Not only did they get that fixed in a short time, they also checked the other 3 tires and found a nail in another. Saved me from making another trip. That is customer service done right!

Eastbay BMW has always been a great BMW dealership to get my car serviced. They are my preferred dealership because their store is clean, the work is clean, and lately they have added a video share of the car inspection and a written report on the vehicle status which is great! The SAs are very responsive, respectful, and are no pressure, no hard selling service folks that make the customers feel at ease and in control too. Btw, compared to an MB dealership service that I do for my wifes MB, BMW service cost is not bad at all. I would recommend Eastbay BMW to bimmer owners because the dealership service experience is what makes owning a BMW worth it.

Salesman we spoke with was great, helped us extensively search for the right X3 that fit my needs. I wasnt really looking for a new vehicle but my son was. We both ended up buying and while I got an o.k. deal, my sons car ended up being a bit overpriced. This was my fault for not negotiating tougher and for not taking the time to do some of the math while I was at the dealership. The problem I have is that the Salesman told us they missed their quota for the month and accordingly would be able to give us a great deal....it was month end. My deal was far from great and my sons deal again, was overpriced. I wanted to help my son and this salesman who really did provide a lot of help and in the end I allowed myself to be lulled by the pleasantries of the exchange and took my focus off the deal at hand. The moral of the story is that the car salesman is not your friend and you push them until they break.....otherwise you will pay more than you need to. The cars are great and I am sure we will be happy over the long term but we could have gotten a better deal.

Recently had 85K service for my MDX. Rob was very courteous and professional in inspecting the vehicle and advised required services. Since the car hasnt seen much driving and was kept in the garage most of the past year, Rob advised oil change only, and avoided unnecessary tire rotation, etc, which saved some service cost for me. Good service including a nice complementary car wash at the end.
Total team effort. From the initial call to the exchanging of the keys. The entire Hendrick team worked very hard to make the experience great. Not at anytime during the experience did we feel that our business wasnt important. All of our questions were answered in a professional and timely manner. When an issue came up, the team quickly resolved it. If all dealerships would take the time to listen to their customers the way the team at Hendrick did on this occasion, the bad car dealership experiences that weve all had would be a thing of the past. Nice job.
Great customer service, Darrel, one of the service agents at the shop really took the time to explain services I needed and suggested important recommendations to me without any unwanted pressure. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. I would recommend this dealership if you are on the fence. They even offer to wash your car if you wait while it’s being worked on. 5 stars for me.

First -class from top to bottom. Michael Sullivan checked me in and walked me through the entire process so I would understand what to expect. He asked if I needed a loaner car but I told him I would wait in the lobby and catch up on some work. Michael said the service would take approx. 3 hours. Two and a half hours later, he came to the waiting room to tell me the job was done. My Lexus was washed and ready to go.
Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve EVER had. I’m 32 and I’ve been purchasing cars since I was 16 🤪 I’ve seen my fair share of craziness on a dealer lot. As a single mom many times I felt pressured into buying cars I really didn’t want and then later hated the purchase I was stuck with. Obviously I take responsibility for those purchases not like anyone actually forced me to buy but you get it. I recently went to Hendrick Ram for an oil leak on my 2018 Ram 1500. Jeff was my service advisor and was awesome. He was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very transparent with all the information concerning the repair.The entire service staff was super great to work with. The quality of the service was great, but It took over two hours waiting for an oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Are you short on technicians? I had an appointment, but it appeared many customers in theWaiting room had similarly long waits.

After scheduling an oil change a week in advance, I was treated like I was imposing on the service advisors time. Was told they were short handed and would not be able service as scheduled. Although they managed to complete the service within 2 hrs, the advisor was very blunt, would not reply to my comments, and did not mention the multi-point inspection or the condition of my vehicle.
The car and the deal were fantastic, however I was an out of state buyer and they said they could not issue me a temp tag, so the pit the tag from my trade in on it and sent me on my way with no transfer paperwork, just the sales contract. I had to drive 51 days on illegal plates. Other than that I was very happy with most of the experience.
The service engine light came on so I took my 3-series in and got to know Clint Wong, the Service Manager. Every visit to BMW of Kansas City South not only means great service but Ill probably make a new friend, as well. Clint was not only very helpful but we talked about many other common interests. I knew I was in good hands.While waiting on my car I wandered in to the showroom where I spent time with Guiseppe Baldin, who sold my car to me, Michael Matson, the Sales Manager and Ron Smith, the Business Manager. We visited like old friends. I was still there long after they were finished with my car. These guys are about so much more than just selling cars. They treat you like a friend or neighbor. While there, I asked Guiseppe about something I wanted for my car. He said hed be right back and a short time later - problem solved. That is so typical of their great service. I would highly recommend BMW of Kansas City South to anyone.
Customer service is worse ever and when the recommended something that my car need like new air filter and lug-nuts missed and i fixed by myself all but still they didn’t remove that problem until you they fixed.
Best auto buying experience ever! My salesman, Vincent, was extremely knowledgeable, listened well, and offered great suggestions for meeting my requirements. I felt no pressure when buying my new car. The finance officer I meet with was great too! I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in buying a Subaru.
Every time my vehicle has been in for servicing at the Rivers Avenue service department they fail to have all the work requested done. Last oil change and tire rotation-did not rotate tires. It was clearly on the work order. Service Department Manager is aware of problem but no apparent changes have been made. Service Department at other location is much better per customers who have left and gone there. Shouldnt have to go so far out of the way. Same level of service should be at both locations.

One of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. That says a lot because I have owned many cars in my lifetime. I love BMW. Since the first 5 Series that I bought in 2005. Chad Rybar was great, he got me everything that I needed to make the decision for buying. He also directed me to Matt Smith to arrange the shipping of my vehicle to Hawaii where I live. Another great experience. I planned and facilitated our move to Hawaii, I know what it takes with the sail scheduling, etc.. I would highly recommend them for your next BMW purchase. Aloha!
I was very satisfied at Honda Cars of Rock Hill. I did not have an appointment, but Connie Underwood, service manager, or someone else was nice enough squeezed me in for an oil change. My vehicle was a 2015 Honda Pilot. It is in very good shape. My oil light came on that morning, indicating service soon. I also had the transmission and brake oil flush and replaced with new oil. I was well pleased. If I have any problem, I always ask for Connie Underwood because she has been there a while, while others seem to come and go. She knows her job and does it well. Matt was my service person who wrote up the service agreement. Because of good service, I do buy Hondas. This was my third Honda purchased. Service after the sale is very important.
Service was great-had to wait very little time to select and close on a vehicle. I do not like waiting at the dealer for all the back & forth, so once I found a vehicle I liked, I left for a few hours while they drew up the paperwork and then came back, signed, and drove off. Very simple.
