I own an auto shop and placed an order with Michael Mallett in the parts department for eight engine components for my Cayenne. Michael was pleasant, accommodating and very professional. Its not uncommon in the auto repair business for dealerships to view other repair shops as competition and so they provide what can be best described as poor service. This was certainly not the case with the folks at the Hendrick Porsche parts department. The parts arrived on time, they were correct and they were obviously packaged with care. This is the only place for any car service needs. Ive been to several locations, including the Porsche service dealerships in Washington D.C. No other service team are like the team in Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte. I know that my car and my best auto interests would be taken care of. I live in Houston, Texas and found the perfect 991.2 GT3 I had been looking for at Hendrick Porsche in Charlotte, NC. I was nervous about purchasing a car out of state but all concerns were laid to rest after talking to Herman McCrae. Herman and Albie Blanco made the process so easy and painless. Being a car guy, I couldnt help but slow walk the showroom and observe the technicians from the glass walled shop.This will sound corny, but the sales process, in house finance and customer service was just as transparent as they technicians servicing the cars. I made an appointment to see a Cayenne GTS, upon arrival, it was sitting out front and within 2 minutes Justin had me on a test drive. Its my first Porsche, he thoroughly explained vehicle and more importantly, the Porsche Certification Program. Upon return he reviewed the Car Fax and service history with me, no smoke and mirrors and no surprises.Yes I bought it, but I was blown away with the lack of pressure or hype as Ive experienced so many times before. Safe to say its my 7th Hendrick purchase in the 10 years Ive been in Charlotte and while Ive certainly had good experiences in the past, this was by far my best. The icing on the cake was when Justin introduced me to Padej Yakamna, Finance Manager. Padej guaranteed he would find me the best rates and he listened to my preferences in regards to rate and term. He came back with an excellent rate, and I would have moved forward, but he said I have one more bank Im waiting on for a call back so please be patient. Well that patience paid off, the lender offered a rate nearly 1% lower than the rate I had originally thought was excellent considering the vehicle and term. Padej didnt have to do that, he didnt have to go that extra 10 miles for me, but he did.My experience at Hendrick Porsche yesterday couldnt have gone better, I took the time to write this review to show my appreciation for Albie, Justin and Padejs commitment to their customers. This time its a Cayenne GTS, but as Justin said its a bridge to a 911 and I just cant argue with that logic.

Lady at front desk was super nice and was really quick in finding a sales person who can help answering my questions! However, Herman was rigid and unprofessional with his responses to my questions about different Porsche models. He in fact had us stand by the front reception counter for 15 mins to go over what they don’t have as far as inventory. Never offered to walk to his desk and go over options that I was interested in. Was just sent out of the door with his business card and was told to visit their website if I wanna learn about their vehicles!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I just picked up my first Porsche two weeks ago (Aug 8), after ordering it on February 15. My sales associate, Greg Bancroft, was there for me every step of the way - every text, call, or e-mail - as I worked through the process of ordering, asking questions about options and even originally planning on European delivery. We had the pleasure of working with Rupen Patel in the service department. He listened carefully to the concern we described about our 2017 Porsche Cayennes lack of power and conveyed this to the technicians who were familiar with the issue and recommended a software update. We traveled from Virginia for them work on our vehicle. Rupen was friendly and professional and arranged to have our Cayenne queued up early the next day so we could travel home. The technicians quickly identified and resolved an issue with the turbo boost, and the repair was covered under warranty. We purchased our CPO Cayenne from a different dealership whose service department could not verify or fix the issue and appeared unconcerned about the problem we were experiencing. We are so grateful to Rupen and the Hendricks team for the many ways they exceeded our expectations. My Porsche is driving beautifully now.

My experience with this dealership has been horrific.It was a remote purchase so I never stepped foot on the premises but let me start from the beginning.there were paperwork errors, there were paperwork delays, then came the damage to the car upon shipping from the carrier they set up then the multiple weeks of dealing with the carrier and their insurance claims, Then the delayed letters from the management that were promised the following day, that took over a week proclaiming their standing behind and damage caused by the carrier.I now sit a week remove on an expired tag and still no communication from their title company that they set up to process the title. Poor communication from the start never again will I deal with these guys

Herman McCrae is a consummate professional, well-versed on all Porsche vehicles and a pleasure to deal with. Hendrick, as always, has a great assortment of vehicles and a nice dealership. I would definitely recommend Herman if looking for a Porsche.

Went to Hendrick for a pre-purchase inspection on a 2016 Porsche Macan. Given the car was from another dealership, I wasnt sure what to expect. Their service center looked state of the art, and the staff was hospitable and friendly - treated my like I was a long-time customer!Chris Cavazos was my service advisor, and did a great job with the inspection and follow-up. I ended up purchasing the car, and going back to Hendrick for CPO warranty work and additional upgrades. Such a pleasant entry into the Porsche brand, this dealership is first class!

When I called, Greg Bancroft answered the phone and since the beginning of the process answered all questions, produced detailed videos and descriptions since I was buying a car sight unseen. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and is very organized. Communication was always great and that makes the process seamless. I wish he was local to my town and I would easily go back to him even though Hendrick is 700 miles from my home.I would not hesitate to buy a new car or used from Greg in the future.
