By far the worst experience I have ever had. I took my 2010 Mercedes C300 with only 81,350 miles to trade in and they told it was only worth $4,000.00. What a joke! The low end on trade is $7,000. After talking to one of the managers who was so disrespectful, trying to tell me there was hail damage. There is NO hail damage on my car but did not want to hear about the scratches all over his 4 year old car. I mean if we are going to hold my car to a standard, lets hold yours to the same. Plus I had a Auto Power Check from SECU in my hand. Beyond furious, Tanner was great but the manager needs to learn how to talk to people. Arrogance will not get you far and it will destroy a business. Please show me where its only worth $4,000.00 Hendrick Mercedes does all my service but they just lost a very loyal customer. Never again and back in May they did 3100.00 in mechanical work to my car but its only worth $4000.00, how disrespectful. Very shady because I told the manager that he would send my car to auction and he said no with that mileage I would place it on the lot for sale. What kind of fool do you think I am. These times we are living in has turned GREAT auto dealers into shady used car dealers. Seriously, high end pricing for your car and below pricing on mine....take a long walk off of a short pier.

Had my regular oil change service yesterday. The good is that Hendrick Honda called me about my appointment when I could not go as per the appointment due to urgent office work and quickly rearranged a new appointment[. The bad about my experience with service associate was that I had to hurry since I had hardly 18 min to reach Hendrick Honda for my rescheduled appointment. Of course I made 2 min before the scheduled time. While hurrying to reach on time, I forgot to take the service coupon which could save some money for me as Middle class customer. The associate did not even try to help to find some discount, but gave an interesting suggestion you can use that coupon next time. May be she was aware that these coupons will have a short term expiry and still provided this piece of advise. Normally, my experience with other associates was they provide expert advise and review the things before taking the vehicle and after servicing the car.. The associate did not advice me about the tire rotation before taking my car for servicing. Also, the associate who was attending my case never wore a mask where I saw most of us 99% were wearing masks. May be Hendrick Honda gave this associate the privilege not to wear mask what so ever. Felt Hendrick Honda does not care for customers wellbeing during the pandemic. Also, normally, the associate includes car wash coupon with the bill ( of course Hondas free service is really pathetic) but this associate hesitant initially and when I asked for it then gave. The associate may be good, I had not received the guidance and support I needed. I suspect if at all Hendrick Honda has changed the oil at all. I checked the settings tab oil is showing as 100%. But I suspect that. It is simple software setting and can be changed easily to make it show 100% without changing the oil.. Of course, Hondas software is very Low graded anyway.. the reason for my statement here is that I can definitely feel the difference from my previous oil changes. My car engine would feel much smoother whenever I changed the oil. This time I did not find that smoothness. Also, I did not find any dirt pads or papers inside the car when getting serviced. It was raining as well yesterday. However, I am not all satisfied with this trip of service at Hendrick Honda. I will not go with the associate who attended my case this trip. May be I should seek other options I have.

Buckey Dakotas is very nice!But there is a lot of hidden lies! Sorry! I had to change my review to 1 star. They told me so many things and once you get the car, nothing is what was promised! Since the beginning everything was a lie. I went there for a 73k Pilot, called, they told it was available, I drove over 35 mins. Get there and the car was sold! So they told me we just got this one, magically same color, same model... but it had 83k miles, that now I find out does not qualify for Honda Certify. (Found that out today!) Almost 3 months after. I got today to take the car for a A/C check and they were charging me $111.00 I was confused I told them I had 90 day certified warranty, they told me no, your only covered on Trans, drive train and motor... This was NOT what I was told when I purchased the vehicle, they told me it had bumper to bumper for 90 days! Also had a issue with a financial manager that didnt want to return my calls, had to email his boss to get him to call me. I am so disappointed with them. I was very happy at first. But little by little these lies keep coming out.

Let me start by saying that Carter Nast has been a great reflection of all that we have come to expect from Hendrick Honda over the years (this is vehicle purchase number eight and only the second used car that Ive purchased as an adult). Carter is everything that youd hope to find in a salesperson when buying a used vehicle. Carter is a mechanic that has moved into a sales role. Every question that I asked was answered quickly and with confidence. And, when I asked for a contingency that I would only purchase the vehicle after being inspected by the Honda service staff, Carter worked with his support team to ensure that my request was documented. I picked up on Carters work ethic immediately. Hes a hard working young man who knows what hes selling. Hes proven himself to be a great communicator with timely texts and calls. Carter has gone the extra mile by helping us navigate the purchase of after-market safety products. Service is always great when I come to Hendrick Honda. This time I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. I did take into account it was a Friday and I didn’t set up an appointment until the Tuesday before. This was poor planning on my part. But, I will say, the service at Hendrick Honda is always SUPER! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will continue to take my car to them.

I recently bought a car from Hendrick Honda and they were really great. I cant recommend working with MANNY DASILVA, putting it in all caps because he was legit great. He didnt pressure us, or anything like that, just made it as stress free as possible. We went to like 6 dealerships before Hendrick and we left with that gross pushy car dealer feeling. Not the case at all with Manny, or the rest of the Hendrick crew. We love the car and got a great deal on it! Cant recommend them enough!

While there she reviewed what I was should expect during visit. Even after my son had a minor fender bender in the new car, Katie helped coordinate with the Hendrick Honda collision center (also excellent) to ensure that the process was seamless and painless from start to finish. Had excellent service here while I got my car maintenanced.
