Bought from out of state. Overall was a good experience prior to arrival. Upon arrival, I was a bit disappointed by the condition of the vehicle. I was made to believe that the car was in perfect shape with no issues. Bottom line is that there were some issues that were not disclosed. However, the dealer did put a new battery in the car for my trip home, so that was nice. I learned my lesson not to ever buy site unseen moving forward. Cell phone video just does not make up for seeing something live.

Dangerous. Many employees not wearing masks and others with their nose hanging out INSIDE!! A non masker came within 2 feet of me running his mouth. The repairs were done on time and my service writer was very nice and apologized for his nose hanging out. I sat out in the cold for 2 hours to try to minimize exposure to Covid. This is clearly a lack of management issue and has been repeated throughout the pandemic. Very sad and inconsiderate. This virus is deadly for many of their customers but their repeated actions show no one cares.

One of the reasons I’ve been a Lexus owner for over 15 years is because of employees like Ted Funk. He was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I dropped my car of in the morning and was provided a loaner so I could complete my work day. Ted was very efficient in getting me checked in and on my way. I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced here for about the past year. Every time I’ve been extremely pleased with the customer service and efficiency. On multiple occasions, the tech mason, has gone above and beyond to make sure my car runs smoothly.

Inspection was done very quickly, and the service representative Omar did a good job. I verified that the tire pressures are set to my personal preferences on my way home from dealership. The front tire pressure was lower than the manufactures recommended pressure even with warm tires. I am disappointed that the tire pressure wasnt set correctly during my 25K service. This is a very easy service, only inspecting and no mechanical work. Would it be that hard to check the tire pressures? I was surprised that my car wasnt washed during the service, at least offered if I wanted to wait for a car wash.

My family purchased a new Lexus ES350 Hybrid today. We worked with James R. and he did everything start to finish. We didnt have to meet several people, separate finance manager, etc. This is the most pleasurable experience working with a dealership for purchase weve ever had. There was no hard sell on anything from extended warranties to financing options. James has been a Technician and Service Manager here and at other dealerships. He has a very unique perspective, and was sincere about the things we should really consider from a mechanical/repair standpoint. As well as a nice to have but usually not needed, which led us to make our final decisions about extended warranty options. We initially had our 2007 Lexus ES350 in for a repair last Saturday, where we were provided a loaner. Eddie H. in service was thorough when he called on Monday with what needed to be fixed and cost for each. After riding in loaner for several days, seeing all the new safety and high tech features avaliable in a 2020 ES350 we started considering a new purchase. We asked Eddie to hold off on repairs. He also worked to get repair costs down from about $5200 to $4100. He felt comfortable saying, this is likely to be the only major repair in immediate future, so if youd prefer to fix versus buying new right now thats a good option for you. We felt that between James and Eddie we were getting good information, suggestions and service.
