I hit a deer on my my way home from work, I wasnt to sure who to go threw to get my car fixed being that I wanted to get a aftermarket hood instead of an OEM hood. When I called Williams Subaru they of course recommended to Manpower. When I called Tim he was helpful and understanding from the start, we met a couple times and discussed everything that would need to happen to make everything work. Carbon hood finally was delivered cracked. Manpower fixed the hood within 2 days and got it to fit like OEM on the car which is hard to do with carbon fiber. During the whole process of replacing and painting the bumper and fender I built custom headlights for the car and Tim took on the challenge of installing them, Manpower went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. Tim and his techs have amazing workmanship, and you can really trust them. 10/10 recommend

Manpower collision and 1 important specialist are 2 companies that operate under the same address and managed by the same person(Tim) and act that theyre separate when trouble comes their way. I tried to contact them to solve the issue but they ignored me multiple times by their master mechanic (Billy Keo and Tim)November 2018 I took my 2000 honda s2000 for cylinder head service that was supposed to take 2-4 weeks and I ended up waiting for over to 2 year because I was given multiple dates to pick up the car and it wasnt ready.my honda s2000 had a pristine wrap job when I took it there to be serviced. The wrap job was done by the best professional in Charlotte nc that cost over $2700.1 important specialist/manpower collision left my vehicle out in all weather conditions for 2 years even after they assured me that it would be covered and it wasnt, and if it was my wrap would not be damaged.The car was still not ready (mechanically) when I picked it up at the end of June 2020, I only took it back because i was tired of them lying to me for 2 years.I need to be compensated for the damages done to my vehicle.

Tim and his team are very professional and did a great job with my car and with my moms car.Some construction work in our neighborhood left both (new 2020 vehicles) with a generous dusting of concrete that reacted with the morning dew to bind to the paint on out cars. Apparently, if not removed and the paint resealed, this can cause long-term damage. The cars still had a grubby look to them even after we tried to wash the concrete off using a normal car wash.Tim and his team at Manpower literally made both cars look better than when we had driven them off the lot less than 4 months ago. Not a cheap procedure to have done to your car, but certainly worth it.

Brought my 2019 Audi RS5 here for some pretty in depth ($7500 worth) of repairs. Audi sales manager told me to bring it here. Car was done on time, and the quality of the work was great. Tim always answered the phone or promptly called me back and answered any questions I had. Handled insurance company with no problem (rental car, supplemental claim, etc) to make sure I was taken care of. When I got the car back it looked as good as it did when I took it off the showroom floor. They took the time to wash, wax, and seal the exterior and wheels, and even detailed the interior. Very thorough, customer satisfaction is very important to them and it shows. Highly recommend.

Dont look any further for a body shop! There is no better than Tims. He made my 2004 look like i just drove it off the lot. He prides himself in his work and doesnt cut corners....Tim is motivated by doing a great job for his customers and not about making a buck. Everytime i get into my car, i feel like its brand new. Update from my previous 5-star review. Long story short, the door that was repaired on my rs5 was not aligned properly and missing multiple seals which allowed rain to get in the car. Took it back to get it fixed. They fixed the vertical alignment and seals but now is still not aligned along the rear edge of the door. This whole process took over 9 hours of driving and 30+ days, and is still wrong. Tim is a nice guy and I would love to leave a good review but the attention to detail and quality of work is straight up unsatisfactory. I will either figure out how to make the adjustment myself or pay to have a competent body shop fix it if it’s too complex for me. You’d think after the first debacle they’d get it right, but no.

I used Manpower to repair some body damage on my beloved BMW M235i and they did a fantastic job. There were lots of other high end cars there which all looked pristine when finished. I work a local dealership close by and recommend lots of my clients to go there when they ask me who Id recommend for body work. These guys are professionals.

These guys went above and beyond to make me feel special. I dealt mostly with Timmy and he was very nice and professional. They repaired my hood, headlight and front bumper to make the car look like it was never smashed into by a boat. The paint blend was spot on and could not even tell which parts were replaced and or fixed. Thank you ManPower for the great work you did to my vehicle. I would not hesitate to refer this collision shop to a friend or family member.

Took my car to Man Power after being rear ended. Tim took care of everything including handling with the insurance to have my car fixed. Zero effort on my end to have a brand new bumper! Would highly recommend Man Power!

OMG! I will never go any where else! Manpower Collision was recommended to me by a car sales manager at a dealership in Charlotte. My 2011 Traverse was rear ended and had massive damage! Tim handled everything for me from getting in my rental car, dealing with the other insurance which would be responsible for the repairs....which to say was a total nightmare on how they dragged their feet...and also talking with my lawyers. He documented everything for the lawyers and the insurance adjusters to make sure everything was taking care for so that I got the best results in my repairs! My car looked brand new no sign of any damage...paint job looked awesome! His professionalism on how he handled this was beyond what a person should go through. He kept me updated through emails and phone calls of the process. I will highly recommend him and his business to anyone and will always take my car and my son’s cars to him! When it was time to pick up my car, he personally escorted me to my car...explained everything...turned my rental back in for me! Beyond beleviable service!!

Took my car for engine rebuilt and they took two years and never completed, on top of that they left my car outside and let the paint fade. Ended up selling my car to the shop for their cheap work. If the owner knows owes you, he’ll never pick up your calls or return them. Aviod that car shop. The owner Tim is as fake as the words comming from his mouth. He’ll tell you your car will done by this and that date so that he can end the conversation and aviod you.

I have taking all my cars for the past 8 years here I love this body shop Tim is great never have any issues highly recamended!
