Hunter was phenomenal 😍 he installed both headlight assemblies on my Nissan Maxima. When I tell you I can see while driving at night now.... crystal clear. Their pricing was pretty fantastic too. Thank you so much. All around great service and I love the end result.

Contacted this location about getting my underglow kit done and my guy Hunter hit me back immediately to let me know what he had available and when it could be done. Literally set up an appointment the same day I contacted them!! Got there with really no intentions of doing my tint at the same time but when I got there and talked with Hunter and he explained some stuff I was like “fuck it let’s do the tint too!!” These guys did a wonderful job with the services I wanted done and they took care of everything within a decent time frame. I brought my car in for the tint to be looked at after installation at a different Tint World location. Hunter looked at the windows and did not hesitation to correct their mistake. I had the windows tinted on my 4 door Civic Si. I requested 20% tint but they installed 35%. The job took about 4.5 hours. They offered to correct the tint but I didnt have 4 more hours to wait. Instead, they discounted the shop fee and 4 door upcharge which saved me about $75.Would have given 5 stars if the correct % had originally been installed.They do offer way more services including ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, stereos, and remote start systems.

BUYER BEWARE!! Contacted this business for a price quote to install an alarm system on my car.First they quoted me a price for the alarm at $599.....the alarm sells online at most retailers for $399. Then when I let them know that I can buy the alarm someplace else much cheaper than the price quoted the installation charge suddenly jumped up from $100 (original install price quoted) to $349.Very sketchy business practices!!! Decided to take my business elsewhere.....

Trevor did a amazing job tinting my Tesla Model 3. Got the ultimate tint 40% all around with 80% on the root and installed a blackvue 750 dashboard camera as well. Both jobs turned out great and they got me in and turned around in the same day! Very profession and great advise. Thanks so much!

In January I had underbody lights installed tint world supplied the kit . 1 year warranty. 1 month later there is problem and driver side doesnt work. I bring it back and Im told that it needs to be replaced and they have to order parts. Almost 4 months later (and after several phone calls I had to initiate)and I finally get them replaced. They did good work but the amount of time it took to get the problem fixed is unacceptable. I was never offered a refund or a discount. For something that I paid over $700 which is an overpayment when talking to any other installation shop. Most average $250-500. Kits typically are less than $200.

I had Tint World install tint, protective wrap and chrome delete on my car, and was super happy with my experience. Trever was fantastic to work with and provided some great suggestions on products and services. There are lots of intricate areas on this car for chrome delete so I was a little concerned with how it would turn out, but I could not be happier. you cant even tell its a wrap and not painted that way from the factory. Overall, The service, prices and workmanship were top notch and Ill definitely be back.

All staff professional and courteous. Just be clear with what you are getting. While I am very pleased with the work, the price and the service, when booking the appointment I understood my tints were to match my rear door factory tints. When I brought the truck in, I was asked if I wanted legal tints.. assuming my rear windows were “legal”, I said, “Yes.” But when the job was complete I realized the “legal” tints are lighter. With that said, I am fine with the tints- but they do not match the back as initially offered. Don’t let this deter you. I’d hate to have “illegal(?)” tints and be requested by law enforcement to remove them.

Horrible experience. Called to get a quote. They refused over the phone and had me bring my car in. They then tried to upsell on everything. Just wanted a standard tinting, which I had an idea of how much it was going to cost, just wanted to shop around for the best price, warranty and service. Tell me why these people charge 3 times what everyone else does, on top of not giving a quote over the phone. I could be petty and post where I ended up going for a great price and its still looking good to this day a year later. Im not sure if they quoted me on their top line tint but the tint I asked for, and the one I got installed with another company was 3 times less expensive and I made sure I got the brand I wanted.

I was having issues with my HID lights I had installed at another place. Stopped by Tint World and these guys gave me a great price to switch out my HID with LED with warranty had me in and out within an hour. Great knowledge and service! Thanks Guys!!

The owner is rude. I received a Groupon for Christmas to install remote start and the owner refused to honor it. I have never experienced who could be this rude before.

I took my mother’s car to Tint World yesterday with no appointment. These guys were so kind, no waiting time at all, they welcomed us (my pup, mom and I) and right after they started working on my mom’s car. I was able to be in the manager’s office with my pup as well, while they were working on the windows! That’s a big plus for me.I really recommend this place. Excellent professionals, they finished removing the old tint from my mom’s car in the time they said since the beginning. We are very happy with the professionalism, remarkable quickness and positive attitude of all team members.

It’s probably a good idea to find another place, especially for the price paid $330 and the lines aren’t even straight and there’s dust between the film and the glass. Wish I went somewhere else.

After my car was vandalize, I had Tint World do a deep detail on the inside of my car to ensure all the broken glass was removed and tint my front windows to match the factor install on the back windows. A little pricey employees were SO nice but my tint was two different colors im unsure why I thought maybe when it dried it would even out but no. also my back window wasnt completely tinted but I was told it was because older cars the ridges on top of the back window its hard to tint over but for almost $500 I expected a bit more 😐 this is my car being pulled out from the shop not a bad job at all just a few little things I noted the car is gone now if I still owned it I would have brought it back in.

The staff doesn’t wear mask. When I asked about the lack of a mask the response was “I don’t have one”. I didn’t appreciate while looking at samples having an employee stand close to me, risking my health when it clearly states when entering the building face coverings are required We are in a pandemic!!I also called ahead and was told to come in for window tinting services. When I arrived I was told the employee that does tint had an appointment and I could come back tomorrow.Very rude and short.I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

They did a great job of explaining the process and options I had, and then got the job done in the time frame they said they would. Staff was great too. I appreciate that, and the job they did on the tint. Cabin is cooler inside, and looks cooler outside. Ill come here again if I want more work done. Thanks.

I took my car to Tint World (South Blvd.) for Ceramic Coating and defogging of my headlight... First let me say, OMG... car looks absolutely AMAZING!!!! They left my Maxima looking wet... almost glasslike. For kicks...i used the side door panel as a mirror. I only wish I could post pics here. But secondly, the staff I came in contact with were knowledgeable and very professional... Great personalities!!! Thumbs Up Tint World... you definitely have my recommendation.

Having had my vehicle tinted this location several years ago I returned to have my car buffed out. They did a great job it did take him a little longer than expected but I was happy with the result. Because of my experience I sent my brother to get his windows tinted this week. First our appointment on Monday is prepaid in full and perhaps this is where my mistake was at. I guess I shouldnt pay up front in the future because not only was my appointment on Monday broken and they were unable to complete his car but, its now Wednesday at 4:30 in the car is still not completed. The car was in the shop for 5 hours on Monday and today has been in the shop for an additional seven hours for a simple tint job. On Monday I understood that they were running behind and I agreed to bring the vehicle back on Wednesday but they told me that if I had it in at 9 today it would take about an hour hour-and-a-half complete the job. Its now almost 5 in the afternoon and I just received a call saying my vehicle would not be completed until 6 p.m. tonight? Guys you had the car for 14 hours to put tint on. I was planning on returning to the location to have my stereo put in but after this experience I dont think I will be returning to tint world.

I had a chrome delete done on my 2017 Jaguar XE and from making the appointment with Jason until the completed job I could not be happier. Jason provided a great customer experience and the results were top notch. I will definitely be going back for some additional work I would like to have done.

After calling yesterday to try to book an appointment after purchase a Groupon for their company, I was given the runaround since they are under new management and claiming they are not accepting the Groupon. First it was anything purchased after Dec 1st they were not accepting, mine was purchased November 30th. Then it was i was going to have to buy the Bypass and I explained my Groupon included the Bypass. Then it was they dont have the part and have no confirmation on when theyll get it in. And apparently their other location is out also. I was informed by Hunter that Id would just have to keep calling back to see if they got in the part. If this is how new management treats people, Im not sure that I want any of my vehicles there. The Groupon was given to me as a gift.

I came to Tint World a little under a year ago and everyone was super friendly. They gave me a quote and immediately started working in my car. The time frame they give you is super accurate and the quality is amazing. I can back recently needing to do some additional work and they fit me in quickly and worked with my work schedule. They do everything by the book and have experts in all types of fields. For those that don’t know they also provide other services like remote starts, audio upgrades, light and more. I highly recommend talking to them even if your just looking around And they’ll be %100 straight with you.

They did such a great job with my car! This is my first car that I’ve ever got tints done on them so I had no idea what type or how dark I wanted but the owner helped me to choose what was best suited for me and showed me what tint was legal in my state. The other staff members who worked on my car was were very nice and outgoing as well. The only issue I came across was that I had scheduled an appointment at 3 because the guy that I spoke to on the phone told me that I could come in at that time, but when I got there I guess my appointment was not put on the schedule. Even thought my appointment wasn’t made, they tried their best to get it done as soon as they could, and worked my car in. They were super busy the day I went to get it done so I did have to wait a long time. I decided to leave and come back to pick up my car. They called me about 30 min before it was complete and when I got there, they gave me the most expensive package when I had bought the supreme package because of the time I had to wait to get it done. I paid 360 for tints that were worth 600! I initially wanted to get the ultimate package but it was a little off my budget so I was excited to have that package instead of the one I had bought. I was very please with the way it turned out and the staff even had me check it out before I left and offered to fix up anything for free in a couple weeks if I had any issues with it.

I went in today and needed the tint removed from my two front windows (they were too dark to pass inspection). The manager on duty used to work there but had moved on to manage the service department of a local car dealership, however they were short-handed on this day and he came in to help out. I think his name was Trevor. He was excellent - very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They did the work in a shorter time than they had promised me, explained everything to me and got me on my way. I would definitely return.......A+

Went to Tint World and Trever and I discussed various options regarding tinting my vehicle. We decided it was best to go with the Premium line. Service was swift. They let me know when the car was done. Upon viewing the work, I was very impressed. Ive had previous vehicles done in the past at other shops but this one was by far the best! Went in this weekend to get tints on my LexusIS250 and couldnt have had a better experience. Despite me not having an apt, they took me and made sure I was a priority. Not only did my car look incredible once they were finished, they were very hospitable during my wait. The kept me updated on where they currently were, the wife brought in donuts for everyone in the waiting room, and they were extremely personable.The owner Daniel, walked me through an inspection once was done and let me know what to do in the next few days. Tint World should be renamed to Everything World. They offer so many other services besides tinting that I was completely unaware until I stopped by. From the first phone call with Allen, the customer service, pricing, and professionalism was apparent. Hunter, the mechanic/body guy, is a phenom and customized my car within a couple hours of work to the point that almost every other body shop around said could not be done. I highly recommend this place for all of your car needs and will certainly be returning.

Just left Tint World. Great work. Tanner did a great job as a Salesman and answered all of my questions patiently. I believe it was Kevin who worked on my car specifically, he did great work. Made the windows look like a factory install.Very happy with the customer service. Had to change my babys diaper while I waited and didnt want to change it on the bathroom as it has limited baby changing suitable space, well they made very reasonable accommodations and that shall not soon be forgotten!Ill go back soon to get the little strip of tint across the front windshield, and probably some cool speakers I saw there. I just got my 2019 Navigator Black Label L tinted last week. I first visited the store and spoke with Trevor a month ago. From the start, he was excellent to work with and deal with. He took the time to explain all the options and answer all my questions. He provided me with first class customer service. The installer was also very friendly and easy to deal with. I also had a chance to meet the owner as i was referred there by an owner of another out of state location. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the Charlotte area. They did an excellent job and took great care of me, and more importantly, my car!!! I will definitely be back with other vehicles of my own, as well as sending friends and family there. I will also take my Navigator back for other services such as paint protection film and ceramic coating.

Great Place! I needed tint off my window to pass an inspection test. They told me it was going to be 4 hours, but the inspection place closed in 2 hours. I needed the inspection done that day. I explained this to the dude in the front and he had me in and out in less than an hour. They worked around my schedule which was extremely important to me. Usually when I tell companies I will write a google review on them, it is a lie. This place is so good I feel compelled to write this review. If you need your windows tinted GO HERE!!!!!

Went to this shop to get my windows tinted on my BMW 435 - without knowing what to expect. But lets just say Im beyond satisfied with the service and accommodation I received from Trevor. Trevor was super professional and extremely patient. He was able to accommodate me last minute, right when they were about to close. I have no complaints whatsoever. Although my work took multiple trips, Allie at the front desk was very attentive and made sure to update me along the way. My work didn’t get done the first day (I needed my car back to take a trip in a busy Friday). They did their best to get it to a place where I could take it and I had a first AM appointment the next week. The owner was very interested in my feedback and experience and I believe that they will integrate it into their process.The work was top notch and I even asked for a quote on a new sound system for my car as well.Would definitely come back, just ask at the counter when booking what is a realistic time to plan on your car being there based on the work being performed!!! (I assumed it would be faster than it was - but I didn’t ask)

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m new to the whole car tinting experience, so I didn’t know what to expect. However, I’m certain it shouldn’t have gone the way it did. I had to go back to have work fixed, not once, but 4 times. The people there are nice. The manager started out great, then he became a bit much to deal with when I had to come back to have work that wasn’t done properly redone. He proceeded to insist that he didn’t see the flaws I was seeing and therefore wouldn’t have someone fix it, even though I purchased a warranty. Kelvin, the lead tech, was a huge help! He saw exactly what I was referring to and made the necessary fixes. However, the overall quality of work was just not to my liking. Even after going back 4 times, there are still imperfections outside of what needs to cure, like improperly cut tint and wrinkled tint. I still have a gap between my window and where the tint starts, which I’m really not happy with. I’m upset because I paid $300.00 for my windows to be tinted and I feel like that money is now wasted. But, I’m just going to eat that $300 and take my car somewhere else to have the tint reinstalled, with hopefully much better quality. I really wanted to love this place and the work they do, because they have really great reviews. However, this was an AWFUL experience for me and unfortunately hundreds of dollars were spent on poor quality work that I don’t have the energy to keep trying to get fixed by these guys.

I got two windows tinted for my work vehicle and the staff was extremely professional. What actually stood out to me was the quality of their restroom facilities! Can’t say enough good things about Daniel and his team at Tint World South Blvd, Charlotte. I put in an online request for getting the windows tinted on my daughters BMW X3 as a Christmas gift late Friday night. I received a call back first thing Saturday morning and they worked me in for service that day. I spoke with Daniel when I dropped the car off and he was very informative with options and helped us make the right decisions that met my daughters needs. He also told me the vehicle would be ready at a certain time and they were punctual with calling exactly when they said they would be done. These guys have my business and I recommend them 100%. Have come here twice now. First time to have my front windows tinted to match the factory tint on the back, then a second because I decided I wanted the back to be darker too. Both times I have had an excellent experience. Trever F. helped walk me through numerous different tint packages, answering all of my questions and being very helpful throughout to get the right darkness combination.

I just got my 2019 Maxima tinted. They did a great job. Car looks great. Set an appointment got it done on time as always. This my third third car getting tinted. They also installed my amp and speaker that I transferred from my old car.

I originally wrote a review to express my frustration with Tint World. I gave them one star at the time, but I can bump that up to 4 stars now. Im not going to go into details about what happened, but if the situation never happened, I would be giving 5 stars. I will say that the owner and the manager, Trever F., did an awesome job to get the situation corrected and I appreciate how proactive they were to correct the situation. They are doing an awesome job running the business and taking care of their customers.

Tinted windows on my new Chrysler 300, I went with them because my normal tint shop was unavailable, had called another shop on Old Statesville Rd but they were closed even though they posted Saturday hours. Trevor was very polite and friendly and when I arrived Daniel took care of me, wanted windows done today and I was happy they got me in even though they were busy. Staff were great.

My first experience with tint world I felt upset about the work that was done for the amount of money I payed It was just poor service by some guys that just didnt care about there work! Thank God for Trevor he did a amazing job on redoing the work and, making sure it was done right!! The last guys that worked on my car did an amazing job they got it right !! Trevor thank you great customer service.

I’ve had two cars tinted at Tint World. Both times they did a flawless job. Obviously you get what you paid for. I paid for the premium package, knowing that it came with a life time warranty. The tint is perfect. It’s dark, and neutral color, no purple shades. It keeps out so much heat. I’ve not had any problems with bubbles or peeling. Very satisfied with Tint World, and if I ever needed tint done again, definitely coming back here.

I visited the South Blvd location in Charlotte NC. I had my 2 front windows tinted. Trevor helped me determine the best product with a competitive price. Service was great. They quoted me the exact time it took to finish. Finished work is great quality.

I dropped my car off at exactly 8 AM like I was scheduled for. (I was the first one there) I was bought a supreme detail for Christmas. They told me before I left, the service would take 6-7 hours. Okay which was fine so I planned my plans around that accordingly. At around 3:30PM I still didnt receive a call that my car was done so I got a ride up there at around 4:30PM. When I got there, they still werent even close to finishing my car. I heard 5 different excuses on why my car wasnt done. One persons transmission went, someone was sick, one was in the hospital, one didnt know to come in until 12, and the other said there were cars ahead of mine. If there were cars ahead of mine, why werent they there at 8AM when I was there too? Or at least say that when someone is dropping their car off so they can either reschedule or plan accordingly to that. That was the whole point of scheduling an appointment in the first place. I ended up just telling the guy to stop where he was at because it was almost 7PM and I already missed my dinner plans for 5PM. The overall outcome of the detail was great but the service not so much.

Trevor and his team did a great job installing LED running lights on my 2003 Porsche. The job took longer than he anticipated but stuck by his estimate. The guys are great and I will be back for their exterior detailing.

Trevor at Tint World understands customer service and the technicians there are extremely skilled. I have had remote start installed and detail services here and have zero complaints with the work performed. Will return for future needs
