A few weeks back I had a vehicle pull out in front of me on the highway and caused a bad wreck then fled the scene. It almost totaled a vehicle that I have been working on for years now and put thousands of dollars into. I had never been in an accident before and was not sure what would happen to the car I loved. My vehicle was towed to Williams Collision Center, they were quick to respond and gave me a call to inform me that they were working on the quote. My insurance company wanted to total the vehicle and call it a day, instantly. I told Mike, at Williams how much the vehicle meant to me and I wanted to do everything I could to get it back. He was incredibly helpful with throughout the process. He explained everything to me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. We worked together to get everything repaired on the vehicle while staying under the total loss amount. Yesterday, I got to pick up my car from them. It looks fantastic, just like new, they did a wonderful job taking care of my car and repairing it the right way. If it werent for Mike and the team at Williams, I would not have my car back today. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with collision damage or body repairs. Great body shop!

After mishap involving trailer hitch that partially ripped off rear bumper I went to Williams Collision next to where I bought my car. Had checked with several other shops also but they could not even get it in for over a month to look at. Only waited a few minutes for Mike to come out and look at the car and work up an estimate. Less expensive than I thought. He was ready to set up an appointment when and if we decided to drop off the car. We took the car in 3 days later. Received text updates on when car would be ready, which was a day sooner than originally predicted Looks like new, you cant even tell anything happened. Crystal had everything ready when I went to pick up. It took 5 minutes. Thank you all for turning an unexpected catastrophe into a manageable mishap. I was lucky to have found Williams Body Shop. I highly recommend. Would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

They repaired my Mercedes convertible after a little accident and did a great job on the work and letting me know the status of the repair. mike did a great job for me.

I brought my truck to Williams to fix a botched repair job from a different collision center after being rear-ended. They were fast, professional and delivered my truck back a couple of days ahead of the anticipated delivery date. I would recommend Williams to any and everyone.

This was my first time ever needing repair work done to my vehicle and my main concern was hoping they would be able to get my less than a year off the lot car back to top notch shape w/ no noticeable changes/repair. Not only were they great in the entire process, but they even took it in earlier than previously scheduled and they finished it WAY earlier than expected. I was rear-ended June 2, and the tow truck sent my vehicle to Williams Folger Automotive for repairs. My muffler was barely hanging on, and a bunch of stuff in the back was scratched up and bent out of shape. Marie, at the front desk, was extremely helpful with keeping me updated with the initial documents from the insurance company to start services. I also received e-mail updates on the completion date. They completed my vehicle a day early, on June 11. Crystal, the manager, even worked on patching up the front scratches for me. It looks amazing! It is waxed and polished, even the rims/wheels. I am so grateful for the staff who took care of my vehicle. They also provide vehicle manufacturer recalls in the service details of your final invoice. Communication and services are A++! Thank you so much!

Service was excellent. Crystal responded quickly to my need to have the side view mirror replaced. I was able to handle the arrangements and estimate via email. The repair was completed on schedule and looks great. You cannot even tell there was an accident. I also had other work performed that was also done wonderfully. Awesome job!

Weve purchased cars from Folger for years and I even worked there for a bit a long time ago. So, when someone ran a red light and totalled my wifes car they were our first choice. Crystal has been running the body shop for years now and they were great about helping with insurance and putting us in a car so we didnt have to deal with a rental. The sales staff were great with my wife and showed her the various trim levels if Forester and Ascent. Once we got word the car was officially totalled we quickly were able to get the Ascent she wanted with minimal fuss on the price. The new concierge service to learn about the cars features was great!

Brought my Subaru in for some dent repairs. After talking to my insurance I called ahead to set up an appointment and they worked me in the very next day, and had a rental car setup quickly upon arrival via Enterprise. Mike was great at keeping regular updates on the repair process. The completed work looks factory and is color matched nicely. Ideally I hope Id never have to, but if the need arises, Ill be a returning customer!

The Best in service. These people are experts in body work!!!! If you want quality work that you are proud of.. this is the company. They have recently changed their name look them up, I think it has been changed to Williams Automotive. Ask for Mike Fletcher, he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers! Please never go to Service King ..the work is horrible! I took my car back four times in one week later to find they had put 21 broken parts on my vehicle. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

If you need body work done to your vehicle. Then look no further then Mike & his team at Folger Kia. They have exceeded my expectations with my 2016 Dodge Ram. My son needed body work done to his car. Mike and his team went above and beyond yet again. They gave us a loaner car while his car in shop. Some parts came in that wasnt that great. My son car is 16yr old had to find parts. Mike could of said I tried this is the best we can fine. Mike said Ernie I am not satisfied with the parts I ordered. I am going to try again. Well, the second set was just as bad. However yet again he said I am not satisfied . His crew went as far as Ebay to order the tail light. That is customer service! I will have had the loaner car another week just because of parts not being of Mike standards. That is customer service. So Call Mike tell him Ernie sent you. Dont think twice. You will be beyond satisfied. Thank You Mike & Team
