Worked with Rick M., who was very knowledgeable about the product line, especially when figuring out what option packages actually had what I was looking for. There was nothing in inventory unfortunately, but Rick was able to walk me through the process if I wanted to move forward with having one built. However, Im on a budget in which I plan for scheduled maintenance as I anticipate they will occur. Gary gives me the consideration I need in making the most prudent choices by listing what absolutely is necessary at the time and what can wait. I own other vehicles in which the service reps attempt to sell me products and services I neither require or need. it is most disconcerting. Don’t bother wasting your time here. The mechanics don’t know what they’re doing and will break your car more than fix it. They’ll lead you on for multiple weeks saying they are in the process of fixing your car without ever having started on it. And to top everything off, they will let you to leave the car lot while your car is still broken without telling you they never fixed anything. I went in for a simple back tail light fix and they have had my car for over a month and messed it up even more. They had me take it back without any of the lights working and when I realized and brought it back they essentially told me to kick rocks and leave at first until I told them I wasn’t leaving in a car with no working headlight/brake lights/tail lights. Their incompetence is on another level and honestly they don’t care if they put their customers on the road in broken vehicles. It’s a miracle this place has a good review.

I loved my husband’s Range Rovers and yes I Intentionally put an S because he purchased three from this location. Everything was great until it was not. He purchased a 2021 HSE and within six months the cooling system was not cooling any longer. My husband took it back to have maintenance on it and he also wanted a detail. The advisor told him that the vehicle should be ready within 3 to 4 days. After 10 days my husband finally called and stated that he needed his vehicle back. The advisor on the phone stated in their system the services looked to be completed, but they wanted to clarify so someone would call back within a couple of hours. No one called back within a four hour timeframe, so he called again, and the same information was conveyed over the phone. So my husband went to the dealership only to find out they had only looked at the coolant system and the vehicle was actually even more dirty than what it was when it was dropped off. My husband and I were so livid and disappointed. It was a frustrating experience. One would expect followthrough but there was seemingly little of that. There was lack of empathy, and the lack of making things correct were not in existence. Range Rover needs to have a level of customer service that is beyond the norm. In this case there was no customer service satisfaction at all. There wasn’t even an apology for holding his car over 10 days and not having the service that was requested anywhere near completed. Even after we left the dealership there was no follow up phone call to give any explanation or apology. Land Rover really dropped the ball here. The next weekend my husband traded his Range Rover in for a Maybach. Range Rover has lost a loyal customer here. Not only did they lose him but they’ve lost future deals with me. I’m going to trade in my BMW and I will definitely be going somewhere else to get a white Autobiography. Lastly; my daughter is up for a vehicle and she wanted a Range Rover Sport. It’s a shame that this dealership could have had another two sales most recent, but because of their incompetence and lack of empathy they will no longer see one penny from this family.

It took me a long time to get an appointment and once I dropped my car for a twenty minute job three days later I call just to find out my Range Rover is still not ready. Three times Ive taken my car to Land Rover of Charlotte all three times I experience unprofessionalism. can reach my advisor, no return phone calls and no update on the status of my carI take my Mercedes Benz to Hendrick and these two dealerships are a world apart from each other. I wish someone would investigate my claim but I feel like Im just a nobody pushed aside
We went to Land Rover Charlotte over the weekend. Riaan was our sales person and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable of the cars and all of their capabilities. You could tell he had a lot of experience and was very helpful but not pushy which was awesome. We went in to look at one vehicle but came out with a different one after the test drive and more knowledge of the vehicles. The whole process was very smooth. I had the pleasure of meeting the awesome Service Advisor Gary Buss. I brought the vehicle in for service but my husband couldnt be there and Gary made it the most welcoming and comfortable experience I have ever had at a Service Department. While he addressed the needs of the truck he made sure I was very well taken care of. He even made sure I had transportation home. The staff is phenomenal and the new facility and show room is beautiful. Highly recommend. Customer for life. The Land Rover logo says it all. Above And Beyond.
I recently purchased a 15 year old LR3. This is my first Land Rover and I have enjoyed it immensely. I had some concerns of a couple of items, so I visited this dealer where I met Gary Buss & Jeff Johnson. Both made the experience as pleasant as possible. At the conclusion of my first visit, I was presented with a detailed report of their findings, along with recommendations. They made me so comfortable, that the decision to return to get the recommended updates was an easy one. Kudos for excellent customer service and as pleasant experience as anyone can have at car dealer.
We have been working with Hendrick Range Rover in Charlotte for over 3 years. We have followed them from the old service location to the new location (which is REALLY nice). While amenities are nice, its the people that define your experience. We have been lucky to have a constant service coordinator to work with, Gary Buss. We always get a call with updates on our vehicles, so we dont get left wondering when the work will be done. It really is a comfortable feeling knowing you can trust the people you are working with.

I recently had to bring my Range Rover Sport in for routine service and new tires. I brought it in a couple days before my scheduled appointment because I was traveling out of town the day after my appointment. Gary explained up front that they were facing the same labor shortages that our company has been and it may be a few days before they could get to it.I completely understood, and they were extremely gracious and gave me a loaner car when I returned to town. They could not have been more accommodating and they stayed in touch while I was away to let me know the progress on my vehicle. Great experience!

We have a 2018 Evoke Convertible that has been in several times now for the same issue with the 4 wheel drive system having a warning that it is not working. Land Rover Charlotte has been so far behind on service that appointments for a persistent issue are 4 weeks out. Then, when I do take the vehicle in it sits there for a week before it is looked at and I have to call them to get updates.
I decided I wanted a Land Rover before visiting and thought I’d already picked out what I wanted by looking at the website. I made an appointment with Will Smith (I know, I know). He took the time to show us everything and answer all my questions. Turns out I liked the one on the showroom floor better than what I originally had in mind. I love my car. I loved the experience of picking out what I really wanted and I love that Will took the time to help me make that decision. 3000 miles in and I’m still loving everything about my car. Wouldn’t change a thing!

We had been thinking about a new certified preowned Land Rover for some time. When a low mileage, 2018 Discovery came up we immediately called the dealer on a Saturday morning. Lucky for us, Greg Davis was the only sales rep on duty that day. He sent us photos, and gave us the opportunity to put a deposit on the Discovery to ensure us of first rights. He kept in touch with us until the vehicle was ready for us to drive. When we arrived at the dealership we were delighted to learn that Greg is a true Land Rover guy. Not only does he talk Rover, he has lived and loved Rover. He spent a lot of time with us and never seemed in a hurry. A lot of the paperwork was already done which we really appreciated. As always, Gary Buss who has been my service advisor for the last 6 years that Ive owned my 2012 LR4 has been fantastic! He sends clear, timely and knowledgeable service details on my vehicle via text and email and calls with any urgent items that need attention when my vehicle is serviced. He alerts me to future items to address at the next service and provides quotes on items so I can budget for it. Additionally, the dealership is always clean and organized and free snacks and coffee are always available. The personable staff always help me find a place to work if I wait for my vehicle and if not Land Rover or Jaguar loaners are provided. Appointment was easy to setup and right now there is covid protocol to space appointments with drop off and sit /wait.Reminders are sent conveniently.Mario was very helpful, friendly and engaging and had experience with the 3rd party warranty vendor. And no problem the car being from another dealer. He also gave introduction to service recommendations and brought up and serviced any recalls. Im a car nut and have had many high end cars. But the service writer at Hendrick Jaguar named Mario is by far the best I have ever encountered. He stays everyday until he returns all his calls. I got one at 6:30PM to bring me up to speed. I would buy a car again from Hendrick just to have Mario be there to take care of me. He is the best!!!!!!!!!Howard K

He made sure we were informed through out the process and took meticulous care of us on the day of delivery. I brought my truck in due to a recall. Service called to tell me my vehicle was ready after a few hours. Once I arrived I was told everything was fine. They did nothing and less than two weeks later there was almost a horrific accident on the interstate I-85 due to the piece they should have repaired flying off in traffic! I am livid!! Now did they do this because Im a woman or because they do not care? So today my husband takes it in on the scheduled appointment and they send him home with the wires sticking out waiting for the part. The best service option would have been to offer a rental or some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience. So disappointing 😞
