Well, let me say that SCOTT in the service department is the constant professional and the dealership should know the GREAT ASSET they have. I brought my convertible GT in from a dealership in Raleigh( I wont mention their name) after taken it to them twice and they couldnt find the problem with the AC not working. Scott and the brilliant techs at Maserati of Charlotte found the issue within minutes and Scott made sure it got taken care of and saved me some$$ along the way, which is always great due to covid hurting my business this year. I would recommend any person wanting their Maseratis serviced to take it to this dealership. I truly mean that because, its a 2 hour drive for me...Stay out of Raleigh!!!

This place is awesome! I found a car online that I really liked so called the dealership and spoke to Sal. He set me up with an appointment to come see the vehicle. I live in Raleigh so it was a bit of a drive but it was worth every mile the whole process was flawless! I was a little intimidated by going to this dealership because the median value of a vehicle they sell is about a quarter million dollars, but that being said the second I pulled up to the second I left I felt welcomed and not out of place. I bought an Audi A4 from them and the car is everything they said it was. When I arrived Sal was waiting for me and was able to help me out with every need! I am cautious about buying vehicles so I had the vehicle checked out at a local foreign cars garage in the area and Sal and the dealership had no issues with this which is nice and makes the peace of mind easier! Although Sal did advise that it probably was a waste of money because they are so good at what they do, which he was right because the vehicle checked out beautifully! Needless to say i bought the vehicle from them 2 months ago and haven’t had an issue at all! If your looking for a place that is going to treat you with respect the whole time you deal with them this is the place for you! Go see Sal and get treated right! When I brought my used car home, I found some issues. The front tires were expired, the tachometer lights didnt light up, and the battery tender was broken. After talking with Bob, the manager, everything was sorted out and taken care at my local dealer thanks to Foreign Cars International. He even called and set up the appointment and kept me in the loop. This is beyond excellent service! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! For my next purchase, I will be going there first. I purchased used Maserati ghilbi last year with Chris blunt of course when I was shopping around him and his manager bob kept calling me emailing me on my Birthday and being super nice to make a sale, everything was sounding so good I trusted them and purchased the car and they asked me for to fill up a survey online and gave them a 5 because they were so nice after that, no one answer their phone no help at all . In a year so far I had to replace the brakes the tires and the engine and the car only has 28k miles on it .. they said the warranty covers up to 50k miles “of course a scam to make a sale” which is not true .. they made everything sound like a rainbow before I decide to buy the car .. Chris said if you need help with your car I promise I will take care of you .. I have spent over $6000 just maintaining the car .. DO NOT TRUST THEM CHECK THE CAR BEFORE YOU BUY IT .. make sure you take the car for diagnose before purchasing sadly you can’t trust them

When I arrived, I was leery; but Craig was able to arrange the annual service and provide a loaner while we waited. This dealership is currently mid-construction. It was difficult to figure out where to park and even more difficult to figure out which building I was supposed to go into. The sales persons were helpful but did not seem to take my interest seriously. Even so they did have a good stock of vehicles. I would return here if I had to in order to fine my desired vehicle, but I would not recommend it, if you could find a closer dealership.

I was concerned about being 500 miles away and purchasing an auto. I spent a good deal of time on the phone with both Harry and Donnie getting as much info as I could about the car. I mentioned several times that if we reached an agreement, I wanted no surprises about exterior/interior condition, price, mechanical condition. When I arrived in Charlotte, I was pleasantly surprised to find the car to be exactly as described and the purchase price exactly as discussed. I took the car for a very thorough inspection (over 2 hours) and nothing was found to be wrong. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealer and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

I purchased an Aston Martin 2009 from them and my agent was Costa in the winter time. After informing them that the roof was not working, they asked me to send them quotes for repairs since it was winter I never got around to send it. During the summer I sent them the quotes for $7000 to repair the sunroof but got a different story from Costa who would not approve the repair. As you can tell from many other reviews be careful purchasing cars from them.

I have bought five cars in my life and this was by far the best buying experience. In response to my original email inquiry via their website, Harry called me exactly at the time I indicated I was available to talk. From that moment on Harry was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me when he said he would. Living out of state, I never imagined buying such a car without seeing it in person and test driving. However, through my continual discussions with Harry, I was so comfortable with him and his responses to all my inquiries that I took the chance of buying the car without seeing it or the test drive. Note that Harry welcomed my coming in town to see the car, but I ultimately deemed it to be unnecessary. Harry arranged for the trasport of the car, and it even arrived a day earlier than expected. When I received the car it was even better than advertised. In absolutely fantastic condition. Harry has even followed up with me multiple times since I purchased the vehicle. Awesome service. Next time Im in the market for another car of this caliber Ill be contacting Harry and Foreign Cars Italia first.

I was appalled at the customer service here. My husband and I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and as soon as we walked in, the sales person said We are closing soon you will have to come back another day. We had come from three hours away, so that wasnt going to happen. We found another sales person to assist us. He was happy to show us the cars in the showroom and was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in, as well as some of the other cars we had driven at other dealerships. At 20 minutes before closing I had asked to test drive a new Maserati. Apparently that wasnt possible because they were closing in 20 minutes. I am still aghast that they were turning away a potential 100k+ sale because someone might have had to stay an extra ten minutes. While we are still get interested in the Maserati, we will find another dealership to purchase from.

I wish there was zero stars. We purchased a pre owned Maserati about a year ago from this dealership. Maserati is an expensive and a luxury car, we weren’t offered any extended warranty, therefore we weren’t expecting to have any issues with it. After all, it’s one of the best cars in the market, but, after a short while, problems started. Engine light went on, tiers and wheel alignment needed, expensive oil change was due, brake pads were gone, and customer service stopped after we brought up the first issue. Despite leaving several voice messages, our salesman never called back, people in service department told us that they are not responsible for sales, and to our surprise, till now we have not given any responses.My advice for you; do your homework, don’t trust these people, and have everything in writing.

I bought a Ghibli from these guys and found multiple issues with it including warped brakes after the test drive (meaning it had been driven and damaged after I drove it), frame damage from a prior collision, paint issues, and drivetrain issues. Would not recommend!!!!!!

Was interested in a 2009 Mercedes Benz CLK 350 and asked somebody to get in touch with me. I received a call same day from sales consultant by the name of Harry Osborne. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the CLK 350. Right away I got the feeling I can trust this guy. He answered all my questions and promised to check few other things I needed answers for. I saw a pre-owned car I was interested in on the internet and gave them a call. As I live a couple hours away, I negotiated a price I thought was reasonable over the phone as well as asked some follow-up questions over email (which were promptly responded to). When I arrived I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect (despite the fact I was test driving a sub-30k car in a showroom full of Maseratis) and given a test drive of the car I had seen. At the conclusion of the test drive I had seen enough and purchased the car (for the exact price previously negotiated, no games were played). The salesperson I worked with (Luis) and the manager who did the final paperwork (Bob) were absolutely A+ the entire process. Whether youre spending 30k or 300k, I cant recommend these guys enough.

He was a man of his word, all the way, and a straight up salesman. The process was straightforward, and they recommended getting logistics finalized before coming to pick up the car (I came from out of state) to make the transaction smooth. First of all the myth of being a supercar dealership with a uppity attitude does not exist at this dealership. The have a nice mix of Upscale meets southern hospitality.Had a great experience buying a 2013 Audi A7. Traded in my E63 AMG for an AWD sports sedan. Ive had an 08 Maserati QP that I bought new from these folks and have loved the car. It recently developed some issues, though not critical, were going to be very expensive. I got estimates and then began kicking around the idea of trading up. Kind of a where do you want to spend your money decision. Frank Gastelman brought a new Ghibli to my office downtown to let me get a feel for it, which was very convenient. Two days later I went in with a very specific number in my head. I loved my old car and had decided if they made the numbers work Id trade up, if not, Id fix the old one. Two hours later I was on the road in my new Ghibli.Frank was terrific. He made sure he did everything he needed to in order to win the business and he did. Hes followed up a number of times since, something I really appreciate. This is a good place.

In the past 3 years I have bought a Maserati Grand Tourismo MC Corsa Stradali, a new Maserati Ghibli, an Audi R8 and just yesterday I took home a beautiful black Ferrari California with only 6,000 miles on it from Foreign Cars Italia in Charlotte. Awesome experience (as simple as Carmax). Bought a preloved 911 turbo with lots of aftermarket tweeks ( very apprehensive but fell in love w/ the car). Harry and crew gave us a very full disclosure on the history of the car and calmed all of our fears. This is the only dealership i have been to where I could actually ask questions about my car directly from the person who turned the wrenches (Christian)! I hope he doesnt get stuck behind a desk somewhere (unless he wants to,of course). Everyone at this place is an enthusiast (especially the guys in back who bathe these beasts).
