Steve is amazing! Every time I go to see him he always ensures me that the job will get done whatever it takes. I needed my transmission coils changed and he went ahead and ordered me one so i wouldn’t have to worry about it. I recommend Accurate to all my friends and family.

Steve is the best. My family has been coming here for at least 10 years now. He I always courteous. No up selling and if he knows someone that can get it done for you cheaper or quicker hes the kind of stand up guy that will give you the other guys number. Hes my moms mechanic. Hes mine, and when my wife gets her car he will be her mechanic too for as long as we live in, around or near Charlotte!!

I visited this to get a quote to replacement the two front wheel bearing on my 2012 Ford Transit connect and was quoted a cost of approximately $700, several weeks later, I dropped the vehicle off and shortly, after, arriving home. I received a call from the owner to inform me the repair cost would be $1300. I reminded him of his orginal quote and he stated that was the cost for one wheel bearing replacement, at this time, I felt maybe, I misunderstood his early quote. The following morning, I decided reached out to other auto repair shops in the community to get a quote to replace two front wheel bearing, all of the shop quoted a cost of approximately $625, $750 and $800, Which mirrored the owner orginal quote at this time, I felt, I had been lied to and taken advance of. On picking my vehicle, I inforned the owner of the other quotes, that I had received from the other repair shops and he stated you know those guys, will say anything to get you in there. Because, I had agreed to allow him to perform the repairs the day before, I felt, I was obligated to pay. I will never use this business again. My summary is: If, a man will lie to you, he will steal from you. God passes out blesses as well as curses for those who breaks his commands. Be aware!!

Steve was very unprofessional. I wouldnt waste a penny with their service. Ive heard many people complain about him. He is extremely rude and condescending. From what Ive been told hes like this with multiple customers

He and his staff have always been professional and pleasant to deal with. I also recently stepped into the world of high performance and bought a Shelby GT 500. I absolutely LOVE this repair shop. Steve is always so courteous, precise, and informative when it comes to any repairs and questions I have about my car. He never tries to upsell me and reminds me of any upcoming services I may have to look forward to in the future, preparing me of all cost that will incur. The first time I went to the shop my check engine light was on and I had no clue what was going on. He checked everything out called me with all updates, costs, and repair times. Finished in the time he stated and called me to pick it up. The best service I have ever had. I dont go anywhere else anymore.

The owner Steve has been me and my husband mechanic for over 20 years. I still remember him picking me up to fix my 1986 Ford Tempo. Then I got Dodge Neon, Nissan Altima, Ford Explore, and Ford Escape. All my vehicles including my now Ford Escape operates well because of his care. I went in when they first opened, so they were not busy at the time (at least in the reception area). Steve, the owner, was able to get my vehicle right in and serviced in a timely manner. The other customers that came in after me were also checked in within a suitable time. I will definitely be returning when my vehicle needs serviced again.

I had a really great experience at Accurate Automotive. Steve was able to get to work on my car right away. He finished work that other mechanics told me would take a day or two, in a few hours. I was very pleased with the service I received and Steve gave me advice for future maintenance. I will be returning for any other work I need on my vehicle. Just arrived in Charlotte the night before with a brand new check engine light...ugh. Steve got me in right away, diagnosed quickly and fixed it fast! Also fixed it for less than than the estimate because he charges for time used. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been taking our cars here for nearly two years and Ive only had great experiences. In fact, the first time I visited Accurate, they failed me for an inspection due to my E-brake (and rightfully so). But they offered to correct it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I priced other mechanics, but they were more expensive, and were always trying to up-sell me on something.Accurate always works me into their schedule, the mechanic tells me honestly what needs to be done on our cars, and completes the work on time and at a fair price.I now recommend them to co-workers and friends at church.

Steve is very knowledgeable about vehicles. During having my truck serviced, he suggested that I have my batteries checked because of the age of them. Both batteries had low cranking amps and were replaced. Thanks for the great service.Would highly recommend this business.

Beware of using this place for a state inspection. He will fail you, based on bad wiper blades and then try and sell you a set of $45 wiper blades. If you dont buy his expensive blades, he makes you come in by appointment only. He says Im working for free, which he had already been paid for the time. When I tried to make an appointment, he couldnt commit to a time for me to bring it back. Use Auto Inspector right down the street, much more honest place and no wait.

Did a great job on a track alignment for my s2000

I needed brakes, so I looked for service centers near home. Seeing 4.9 stars, I called them and was able to get my car in within minutes. First star. They told me the good news and the bad, and didnt add on extra services I didnt specifically ask for. Second star. They didnt try to upsell me on the brakes, but also didnt want to put the cheapo pads on. Third star. I asked about tire rotation, oil change, and state inspection, and all was also performed in under two hours. Fourth star. They charged me $387 less than what the dealer quoted. Fifth star. Im always coming back here since they are full service!

The check engine light had been on intermittently for 2+ years and 3 different car repair shops, including one dealer, were not able to fix the issue. Last month the car appeared to be on its last leg and a different repair shop returned it to us without being able to fix it (after 2 weeks of trying, mind you). Thats when Steve came into the picture. He figured out what was wrong with the car and not only fixed the latest issues, but the check engine light related one as well. The light is now permanently off and the car passed inspection. Steve was very nice to us the entire time and we will be back in the future.

These guys actually stayed open for 4 hours for me today to get my exhaust done! Steve is a good guy and does solid work! Will be coming back for everything and anything I cant get done myself.

Terrible experience, took my vehicle in for a simple tune up, the lead mechanic tuned it but broke my radiator in the process, then told me i had to buy another one, that although it was his fault he would not replace the part, he would just put it in. He is a very rude owner and mechanic, and he would not even write out a service receipt when i went to pick up my vehicle. He slammed the receipt book down on the counter top and said he had wasted enough time on that job and told me to write it out and walked out. I would advise any and all to just drive right past this place and find another repair shop. As a consumer you dont deserve rude unprofessional treatment and subpar repair work.
