I went to go see them at their shop instead of using their mobile services. Turnaround was 40 minutes to get two bent wheels, one quite badly, straightened out. Great experience.

Luke handled everything quickly and professionally. The whole process was really easy to have 2 wheels refinished from a tire shop grinding off wheel weight adhesive. Id highly recommend them if you need the job done quickly and correctly.

Bent an alloy rim in a pothole. Dropped it off and picked it up later that day after running a few errands. Fixed it right up no problem. It’s a sad state of affairs at other repair shops that I even need to mention this but I called and left a message and Luke actually called back. For some reason that’s like unheard of at other shops. Overall top notch repair and service.Aesthetic choices of this car aside, they were finishing these wheels while I was there. Today the wheels I spent 800 dollars on were recycled. Because that’s all they were good for.I purchased the wheels second hand for 200 dollars. And gave Alloy Wheel Repair 600 more to check them, straighten if they were in good enough shape to be straightened, and refinish.Well, I was able to drive on them one time. About eight miles. My steering wheel undulated, the car shook, there were weird noises. The wheels were still bent.When I contacted Alloy Wheel Repair, the response I got was “they were straight when we delivered them to you”.I sent the wheels to another wheel repair facility and they informed me that the wheels were so bent that they were unable to be repaired correctly. If Alloy Wheel Repair would have told me the same thing in the beginning, I would have paid them for their time to look at them, found another set of wheels, and had them check those too. But they didn’t. They “fixed” these.Not only were these so bad after being “fixed” that I couldn’t stand driving on them; but the finish was so terrible that I could’ve done a better job with a rattle can and some masking tape.I’m putting this out there to warn everyone else. I made a 600 dollar mistake with this company. Don’t make the same mistake. Because your wheels, like mine, will just end up in the back of a truck going to a metal recycling center.

I originally called to get an estimate on rim repair for curb burn on a couple rims for my Lexus GS350 F Sport. After speaking to Luke and getting prices, I decided to get the powder coat removed on all 4 rims and get them repowdercoated a darker color. And I am so glad I did! My rims look fantastic!!! They picked up my wheels, unmounted the tires, removed the old finish, powdercoated them, remounted and balanced everything and got it all back to me two days later. I never had to leave the house. Price was great, too: $600 total for four 20x 10 wheels.
