You might have to wait awhile but they are extremely nice and really understanding of your needs.

Everyone was really nice and friendly. Earl was pleasant at the front counter and the mechanic who worked on my car took time to chat with me for a minute about the work he did. It seemed to be quality work at a reasonable price point.

Took my Hummer H3 for camshaft position sensor change, the workers were nice and respectful. The wait was long but the service was quick and worth it. My car runs great so far.

Took the car for diagnostic and repair - manager checks the car in, tells me to drop it off for a test result by the next day. It took two and a half days to run a 15 mins diagnostics then tells me they couldnt do additional test cause the master tech dont have an extra hour to run additional test. Then tells me to take it to their Concord location 40 mins away from here cause they dont have additional techs. This knuckle heads couldve run the 15 mins diagnostic the day i dropped it off instead of keeping it for 3 days in the shop -- horrible service, terrible management.

#1 this place is busy. Because they do a great job. I don’t mind waiting. They got my car back in a timely manner.#2 staff answered all my questions entirely. Great job.#3 as we pulled up to the service center there was a terrible car accident involving 3 cars/ 4 people.It was bad AND EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER RAN TO HELP THESE PEOPLE. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Then promptly back to work. I am proud to live in a community with these excellent people!A personal thank you for your service. Awesome

Scammers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Worst service I have ever experienced.Took them 3 days and $90 to tell me I needed new spark plugs and one new ignition coil. The estimate was nearly $900. Took it to a shop 3 minutes down the road who replaced all four coils for half the cost in less than five hours.My roommate was having car troubles at the same time. Took them 3 days to tell us she needed a new radiator, 4 days before they installed it. Day after picking it up her car was experiencing the same exact problem as it was prior to taking it in. They told us it was an completely new problem and it would be an additional $700 on top of the $700 she already spent to fix the radiator. Took it to a new shop, fixed it for wayyyyyy cheaper. Im not convinced the radiator was ever the problem.Still so upset over our wasted time and money, hoping I can save other people from this experience.

Usually I have no complaints at my previous visits to Precision Tune but yesterday was my worst experience I ever had. Upon arrival I was told it would be a 2 hour wait and I had no problem with that. I arrived at 11:20 ; it was 3:10 when my car was finally moved into the bay to begin my oil change, so 4 hours waiting for the oil change now wait to get finished. I will never be back to this shop on Albermarle Road again.

Rip off, scammers. Paid $700 to have radiator replaced, per their diagnostic tests. Car continued to overheat. Bring it back in and, oh its actually an electric problem with the fan, thatll be another $700.Took more than 3 days to have car looked at second time bringing it in. The original radiator-replacement fix took 4 days.Youd have better luck bringing your car anywhere else. Youd have better luck spending hours on YouTube and fixing the problem yourself, wouldnt be any slower at the very least.

They offer numerous of services for my vehicles and I love that I can make an appointment because of my busy schedule, I can leave my vehicle and know it is in good hands

This was a really unprofessional place. I came here concerned about my car needing to be aligned or having brake issues. First of all, I had to wait for almost 3 hours. I wasnt upset about that until the other issues happened.I have a 2007 corolla. After my car was looked at, the manager came back to tell me that the problems were my brake pads and rotors. He gave me an invoice with the total cost being $436. I felt like that was very high. So I called my husband to get his opinion. He thought it was high too but also said that he thought he may have some extra brake pads in the trunk. I let the guy at the front desk know, and told him I would like to be the one to look for them, as we had personal belongings in the trunk. He said that was fine, and went to tell the manager. I waited for a few minutes, then looked in the window to see that they had pulled my car down and my trunk door was open. I couldnt tell them to stop because the front desk guy was in the garage where customers arent allowed to go. When he finally came back in, I asked what they were doing. He told me that they had had an issue bringing the car down. This didnt explain why my trunk was open. I said okay, and asked AGAIN to look in my own trunk for the parts. The guy told me I couldnt because it wasnt safe. (So then why did he say yes the first time I asked) I asked him to bring my car all the way down and out so that I could look myself. By that time I was very frustrated because I felt like I was being taken advantage of (only reason I can think of is because I am a female and they assumed I wouldnt know any better) and they went through my things which I asked them not to do, so I left. I got three other opinions about how much it should have cost, and all three of them said that $436 was way too high. Thank you for wasting my time.

First, you can trust this shop to be honest. Second, they come across as caring and third, they do quality work. I drove across town to have them work on my cars.

These guys were awesome. Had an issue with my vehicle not starting and they got on the job right away replacing my starter within 2 hours. I cant thank them enough.

Was extremely highly impressed with the quality of services provided at this center! Called about 10 different auto shops around the area and got the worse quotes and horrible customer service. Shop manager Jeremy exceeded the best services!! Needed 02 censor’s replaced as well as an exhaust manifold runner control module replaced for p2017 and p0139 codes. I been coming here the last 4 years since moving to Charlotte. They always get my cars done quickly and always give the best customer service with great prices. I want to especially say Jermey has been one of the best person I come across in a repair shop. He was very helpful, he showed genuine concern about my issues with my car and found the best solution to help with me without it costs me a whole lot. I always get the best service coming here.

My experience today was fast and reliable. Those are the kind of actions that build trust. I saved time and money going here. With a free tech eval I was able to save $70 versus a full diagnostic cost. The oil change with tire rotation was a good deal. They had me out of there in an hour. For me, that is pretty much unheard of with mechanic shops. Plus, I enjoyed my conversation with Mike at the front desk. Furthermore, when Jeremy came in to let me know of additional work and fluids that could be done on my vehicle, he did so in a professional way. There was no sales pressure. I thought smoking inside of a business was illegal. When you walk into here it smells horribly of cigarettes, I walked outside coughing because I have asthma and the smell just gives me headaches, honestly, the people who work there are very friendly and informational, I just can’t do the nasty cigarette smoke, I don’t think I’ll ever return.

I have taken my cars here for oil changes for years, and the dude Anthony that use to do my cars always did a great job and was very professional and explained everything they done down to detail. The last time I went I found out Anthony was no longer there and I still stayed for the oil change. For one it took longer than usual which is odd since soon as I got there they took my car back. The dude working on my car looked to be very young and didnt appear to know what he was doing? After an hour and 55mins they call me back and told me some pieces under my car was looses, now nothing was loose when I pulled up. They said it will be $800 to fix. I told them no thank you left. I took the car to the place I brought it he said most definitely something was taken off, the fixed it for $300. Please hire trust worthy people that is not going to try and take advantage in this Pandemic and knows how to get the job done. It maybe to late to hire Anthony back, but yall need more people like him.

It was ok. They had no clue about my punch card. I just need one more to get a free oil change. Hopefully I can redeem it at another location. On top of that, theres a pothole in their parking area that the technician carelessly drove my car onto. It was all ok until that happened. I got mud splatter on my car that I detailed 2 days prior. Ive been a loyal customer to Precision Tune. I thought Id get the same great service anywhere. I guess Ill just stick to the one in Gastonia...

Im confused as to if this diagram is actually an authentic descriptive image of My Car??!! I dont Own nor do GM make a 2005-07 Pontiac g6. Yes they were manufactured in those years!! How TRUE are the Images when it comes to what issues were found and completed that I paid for? The picture looks as if it was downloaded, copied and printed. Failed to alert me that my tires sized are different. Which in to service car for an ALIGNMENT and not address tire issues would NOT BE IN MY BEST INTEREST.

Was there for several hours for several smaller issues and inspection. They took the car out for a test drive and it wasnt running perfectly so they made adjustments and tried again to be sure it was perfect before giving the keys back. Also Justin was up front today and he was very nice and professional.

I went and had my oil changed And then driving my vehicle home I heard a loud noise so I brought it back today stating that before they did that and rotated the tires that it was not making that noise. Come to find out 2 of my lug nuts on my tires were swelling so only 3 of the 5 lug nuts were holding the tire on their. They are now replacing all 5 lug nuts for free and making sure that all of my other 3 tires that the lug nuts are good. Amazing customer service. I will be back.

A friend told me about this shop, and since I needed my oil changed and a state inspection, I decided to stop by. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, helpful and productive this crew is. They were quick to check me in, didnt lolly-gag around, and got my car done in about 90 minutes (there was a customer ahead of me). Ill be going back because of that as well as their pricing.

The freaking cheapest alignment in town.These guys caught a potential disaster from another shops work.I dont usually do reviews but after this experience I had to.I really liked that they never tried to upsale me..Also I have been here for a while listening and they are pretty upfront and honest.Justin and Jeff were the main guys helping me out here.

I was very pleased with the service I was provided yesterday. I got a oil change .. they did everything they were supposed to, but I was most pleased with the little inspection paper they give you at the end with recommended repairs, etc.. everything was clearly filled out. They didnt suggest anything I didnt need and I felt like they really took care of my car. The new manager is really great as well. You can tell he only wants the best mechanics working there.

Ever since my first oil change with my car, I have been faithfully coming to this company because they take perfect car of my car and they are affordable. This is the one time that I am very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this specific location on Albemarle Rd for over a year now and I never have issues. I go in at 2 something to see if I could get in for an alignment and I am told to come back at 4:45pm for my slot at 5. Okay cool, I don’t live far. When I got there I stood in line for about 10 mins before she says “we’re not going to be able to get to it, you can come back in the morning.” First of all no I cannot, I HAVE A JOB. And then to tell me again, you can come in the morning after I said I work is very inconsiderate! I understand you all have a job to do but if you thought for a second that I was not going to be able to be seen today, instead of wasting my time, all she had to say was that she may not be able to get to me because there’s a long wait, I would have completely understood or if you saw that it was close the time and you knew y’all could get to me a call would have been nice so I did not have to waste my gas to come back. I will be choosing a different location from here on out, not the n.tryon one either. I’m not ready to leave completely but if another location is not any better then I will be. If you’re going to copy and paste the same response to this as you do everyone else, DO NOT BOTHER.

I only come to this precision tune for my car care. I think his name was John. He was very helpful and went the extra mile. He went the extra mile but asking about my car and warranty information to see if it maybe covered and showing me the engine size etc.

I arrived for an oil change at 9:05am and was told it would be an 15-20 min wait. Two other customers arrived after I did and their vehicles was serviced before mine was ever moved. My vehicle finally went back at 10:50am. They have very poor customer service. Nobody came to apologize for the extended wait time at all. I will not be coming back here at all.

I was covered under 3rd party warranty for an oil change,etc for my new car. Precision called the 3rd party to process my claim. Afterwards, was told that the warranty did not cover my services. . After calling again myself for the warranty coverage, i was told Precision called the 3rd party responsible for my warranty and refused to provide info needed to go forward with my warranty. All of this to get me to pay out of pocket. Honesty is important. I did get my oil change but I will not be back.

Im always explained the details of my car so that I better understand and Im never pressured to get additional maintenance. Theyre also very friendly and personable. Worst location by far.. called 5 mins out to see how long the wait was for an oil change, the lady on the phone said 30 mins.. cool.. get there and the guy behind the counter says 35-40 mins before he can pull it in.. ok fine.. OVER ONE HOUR LATER and there no where near even touching my car!!! Very unorganized and unprofessional.. do not recommend unless you like being misled and having your time waisted.

Precision Tune Auto Care replaced an alternator on my car and 6 months later the alternator is out again!I already had an issue with them unplugging some wires without putting them back properly when they replaced the alternator, I went to another mechanic that found the issue and fixed it.I went back to Precision Tune Auto Care and asked for that bill to be covered, they refusedMy advice, STAY AWAY from Precision Tune Auto Care, they are not honest and did a miserable job.Dont bother commenting below, I will not call you or stop by for you to fix your mistake again. This new alternator is going to cost me $900 with labor but at least I know it will be installed properly.Often in life you get what you paid for, there are tons of other options on South Boulevard, read up comments and study online a little bit before leaving your car to a mechanic, I wish I did.

They still had me in their system and were very friendly, chit-chatting while entering my new information. They did not try to up sell me on anything and their pricing is very reasonable! Came in had my vehicle checked they found the issue and my car was serviced immediately I even brought in some of my own parts that I had purchased from an auto store one of the parts that I brought was the wrong part they waited for me to run back to the auto store and exchange the part and my car was still service at great timing...😉Satisfied Customer 😁

So fxxxxxx rude person behind the desk. Ive been there taking my 4 cars for years and always had a great customer service and a great mechanic. The job was done, the mechanic was good but the customer service by the guy at the office was shocking.

Ive been going to this place for the last 10yrs and Ive never have any problems. Even when I moved to mount holly, I still take my 2 cars there. I dont know if its under management or ownership or both but the customer service suck so bad lately. The last 2 time I try to get an oil change, I would call to see how long of a wait it would be. They told me less than 30 minutes. When I got there, he asked if I could leave my car because they been behind all day and it would be over an hour and a half wait time. This happens both time. They are always short handed. Its time for me to find another place closer to get an oil change.

Due to an earlier misunderstanding, I gave this establishment an unfavorable review and a low score. The (Manager-Mike Strathman) and the staff of this location are very knowledgeable and fair in their prices and handling of the customers. They have always treated me fairly and performed excellent service at a reasonable price. I have recommended many of my friends and family to this location for all sorts of repairs and theyve all been pleased and continue to take their vehicles there.

They are horrible! Do not waste your money. I went for an oil change and they did not screw my underhood back together so I had to drive with it scraping the road. They would not fix and actually denied that it was not them.
