Mr Dan, and his crew are so PROFESSIONAL! They did a wonderful job, my AC is blowing cold now and brakes are GREAT!! This is my mechanic FOREVER as long as I own my BMW. Cheaper than the dealership but more than anything I LOVE the customer service better than the dealership. THANK YOU DAN & CREW, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! I dropped my 750li off this morning around 8am and they was done within 3 hours. I LOVE IT!!!

I’ve used Charlotte Star for several of my Mercedes over the years, most recently to perform general maintenance and a slew of repairs necessary to get my 1983 380SL ready for the road. I was referred to Charlotte Star by another business I use after after one of the local dealers cancelled my appointment twice for a one-hour minor repair. This will be my new service provider going forward.

Based on CSSs reply to my review, I think I need to clarify what I wrote originally. I called this company one afternoon in February because I had just bought a new car (a Ford) and needed an oil change. I called CSS and asked How much does it cost to get an oil change?. The man on the line was not friendly at all and very bluntly replied 150. I asked him to repeat himself because I could not believe the price, and I specifically said Im sorry, how much?. He then said 150 again, to which I said 150 dollars? and he said yes. I told him thank you and hung up. He never asked what kind of car I drove, nor did he mention that CSS was only for Mercedes and BMWs. If he had been a little bit friendlier, I would not have written a bad review, but he was so rude and the price was so high that it shocked me. Just because its a small business does not give this place the excuse to be rude.Original review: These people are out of their minds... Called to ask how much an oil change would cost and they said $150.

I drive an BMW X5. My check engine light came on so I went looking for some one that was honest and very helpful and be trusted. I called a auto repair shop and they recommended me to Charlotte star. I spoke to Dan over the phone and I asked numerous questions and he answered them all and even gave me some additional feed back. What made me go to Charlotte star Dan never once try to rush me off the phone or even make me feel uncomfortable. He stood on the phone with me and made me feel comfortable and I felt relieved. They were attentive to my needs and gave me good advice and did thorough competent work at fair prices.
