Mr. Walter and his staff are amazing. He was highly recommended by a friend which ended up being the best recommendation ever. My Chevrolet Avalanche had almost 275,000 miles on the same engine. He diagnosed my truck thoroughly to provide a detailed and fair assessment to fix. He ended up replacing my engine and I am now driving a brand new truck. He has been very professional, very thorough and very fair with me. Being a female there are many situations where mechanics try to take advantage. He has not and I am very thankful for him and his team. I too HIGHLY recommend W&J Auto because of Walter and his current team.

This has been the worst car experience Ive had with a car repair shop. I was taken advantage of because I am a single woman. I took my car to them several times only for them to give it back saying that it was fixed when it really was not. This man pryed on me and took total advantage. he kept breaking things for me to come back. Car still not fixed. Theses people are NOT to be trusted.

Walter is the best... he helped me get my car fixed using my car warranty. Lord knows I didnt know how the warranty process worked. He took all the pics needed to get everything i needed fixed, including 4 brand new tires for my car. Once all my parts arrived and everything was worked out with my warranty company and the supplies were delivered, we then scheduled to have the car fixed. Walter was extremely flexible since my work hours prevented me from bringing the car in right away. I was able to drop the car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon on the same day. For all the work my car needed, Im surprised they had it done so quickly. Now my car drives like brand new... Thanks so much Walter. Ill definitely be going back to him for all my vehicle repair issues.

I took my van here because my engine was shuddering and this was the closest shop to me. It was $95 upfront for the diagnostic. He said I needed new spark plugs and wires. He quoted a total charge of $480. I managed to get it down to $400 but I still feel like I paid too much.

Very respectful and pleasant guy. He listened to what I had to say and he talked to me about everything. I will be returning with my other cars to have them serviced. It was a good experience coming here.

Originally my 2013 Equinox was towed to Honest 1 Auto 3/19 which was recommended by my extended warranty on Mar 19th...it needed an engine..transmission...long story short...during installation they uninstalled a part(with no knowledge of removing or installing) and cut wires and reinstalled it incorrectly...which caused my vehicle not to start...and of course denied doing it...at which time I was told by the warranty company to have it towed to W&J to have a new device installed(which they are very knowledgeable)...at that time Walter informed me that the other shop had cut wires and reinstalled the device incorrectly...all I can say is I APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY...He found the reason why my vehicle wouldnt start...Walter installed the new device and I NOW HAVE MY VEHICLE...and for the future I will be taking my vehicle to W&J for any repairs...oil changes...whatever is needed...THANK YOU W&J

I have spent over 5000 dollars with them and my car is there now, he have had the truck for a month, I been paying for parts that the truck didn’t even need I been there twice to pick up the vehicle and the truck is still doing the same thing Mr. Walter lied and told me 2 times my truck was ready to go. I personally at this point don’t think they know how to fox the truck and just taking my money. I’m very unhappy with the service and I have been nice and patient with them but they are about to see the other side of me that I don’t even like.

I have never went to a place where I felt so confident in the work being done and knowing I was not getting taken for. I will never go anywhere else for any repairs. Mr. Walter and his team were extremely helpful, professional and - most importantly - caring. This auto repair shop genuinely wants to help people. My friend’s Nissan Sentra broke down due to a transmission issue and they took care of it in a timely manner.So, generally, I’m a pretty tough critic. The reason I’m giving such high rating is due to them going above and beyond. After the transmission replacement, the car was then experiencing an oil leak because of a washer issue. Then ask her to bring it back and they took care of it right away. They were fast and very communicative. They call me as well as her to explain what the issue was.Top quality shop and great people. I highly recommend.

Five of my car sensors car lights came on. I took my car to W&J Auto repair on 9/17/2020 and on 9/18/2020 Mr Bahamonde called me and told me my sensors came in and he ask me when do I want to bring my car in. I told him today, knowing he was going to say not today, and he said come on up and I will have it done for you in 20 minutes. The shop was very busy, but they still made time to fix my car on short notice. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! Anymore work I need done on my 2016 Volkswagen Passat you guys have my business. I was visiting family in North Carolina from Florida, unfortunately before arriving to my destination, 2 of my wheel studs on my front driver side tire had broken off. I called several different shops in the area for the repair and out of the 4 that was closest, W & J was the most reasonably priced for my repair. I had called the day before and Walter gave me a time to come in the next day. Upon my arrival, he was very courteous & informed me with progress on my car. I had to get a complete hub instead of replacing the studs (another had broken off at the shop) which was alright by me because the price was very reasonable. After the cash transaction, Walter offered my daughter & myself hand sanitizer and when I got into my car, it had been sprayed & wiped down with disinfectant. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the great service provide and I recommend them if youre looking for great customer service at a reasonable price.

My brakes went out and I was in a very tough position until I came across W and J auto repair I spoke to jamar and he spoke to Wayne in through both of their help I was able to get in the shop and back on the road in no time at all they even gave me recommendations to help maintain them without me asking! The owner, Walter is an awesome man. He is honest, loyal, trustworthy and knows what he is doing. He will explain exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and what it needs to be fixed. He wont add in things that dont really NEED repaired just to make money like so many other mechanics. Hes not just in it for the money, he wants to make sure you and your family are safe in your vehicle. Our first encounter with him was just for him to take a look and give his opinion about some shotty work that had previously been done by another shop. Not only did he tell us everything, he showed us so that we could see it ourselves, our van was so unsafe at that time that it could have caught fire at any little bump in the road and unknowingly we had been driving it that way for a few weeks. Walter was so concerned about our safety that he fixed the wire that was hitting metal and did an oil change because the other shop removed our dipstick so he wanted to make sure it had oil and the only way to be sure was to change it. He did all that at no cost to us, just out of kindness and the safety of his customers. We have been back and Walter and W & J will be the ONLY mechanics that ever work on any of our vehicles ever again!

Stay away from this place! Messed up my entire fuel system, didnt fix right, plus instead messed up purposely other sensors for me to comeback and pay again. Even after that I still have trouble with my fuel system bunch of codes coming up every time they do some job. They patch up, temporary then you will be back. DONT GO. DONT rush with giving them your reviews because soon you will regret.
