I love the Order to Pick Up Service they have here. My orders are always ready within 2 hrs. And the customer service is great.

Ordering online and then the employees bringing the order to your car is the best ever. They always come right out. No lines and no wait! Will continue to use this service.

Came in for a pickup and a return. I was greeted by an associate named Cato, do forgive if misspelled, however, she was extremely pleasant and thorough. I truly believe in taking time to thank those who do a wonderful job. Do know that Target has a valuable employee with Cato.

I went to try to do a return along with getting my 5 % discount off because I forgot my Target card because I wasnt planning on stopping in to Target they told just to stop in and that could e corrected and I could have my discount placed on it so of course I did and when we went back to have it done the girl at the courtesy desk refused to do it I was NOT happy and I dont even want to shop there any more !!!!

I ordered some things with the online pickup option yesterday & I went in to get my items just for them to tell me it had been cancelled. Not once did I receive a cancellation email or anything. Miss Makayla was very nice and helpful but when she went to ask one of coworkers as to way it would be cancel without me receiving a notification the lady had a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work with people don’t apply for customer service jobs, simple. I did not like how that situation was handled yesterday.

I was there in the middle of the day. Not very many people and very quiet. The store was clean and mostly stocked. However, they were out of the item I needed...bummer!!I noticed when I first got to the store some one pulled up for curbside pickup. A Target associate came right out so that service seems pretty efficient.

People at this Target are always friendly and helpful. I always have a good experience. Also seem to find better deals at this one than the other locations (but I probably shouldnt tell anyone that if I want to keep getting them)

Extremely off-putting environment. Low lighting throughout the store, weird smell, and no music playing. The organization of the store is also horrific. Technology section is right across from the toothpaste aisle...? By far the weirdest Target experience I’ve ever had.

We walked in and the front of the store smells STRONGLY of urine. Its throughout the entire store but the front was by-far the worst. I asked a friend who lives nearby and he told me that the store always smells that way and that he wont go to this location because of it.Besides that, Normal target.

Target is one of my favorite stores to shop!Ive pretty much never have had any problems until this week. I made an online order to pick up from the store. A few hours later I received a notification that one of the three items would not be available, it gave me the option to cancel that item so I did. So I still had two items to pick up. Once I got there to pick up my items my order was not ready and I was given only one of the two items. I was told that my order from their view only reflected 1 and that after the order was complete that it would be adjusted. Even after I showed my receipt that showed I was owed two and paid for two. Well two days later I nothing was adjusted, and I received another notification to pick up the rest of my order. So needless to say Ive definitely been inconvenienced because now I have to make a second trip to pick up an order that should have been fulfill the day I originally picked it up. I will still shop at Target, but this was definitely not a good experience.

The manager, Dee went out of her way to fulfill a last minute online order. Somebody give her a raise because she went above and beyond. Thanks Dee!

Ive shopped at Target many times before; however, this was my 1st experience at the pharmacy. The staff member, young man named Simon was friendly and very helpful in checking on my prescription as well as general information regarding my customer profile in the system. He went above & beyond, even finding a discount to bring down the price of my prescription.The pharmacist, Brittney also stepped up to the plate by answering my questions regarding my malaria medication. She explained to me about how to take it and she too went a step above as she answered my questions about OTC meds for potential diarrhea and/or upset stomach advising that Pepto Bismol is used to prevent an upset tummy, while Imodium would be taken after already being ill.My visit to this pharmacy was top notch. Pharmacist Brittney and pharmacy associate Simon were professional, friendly, with a much appreciated bed-side manner. Many thanks to you both.

I waited at the service desk for a few minutes for the employees to finish showing eachother Youtube videos before I could make a return. Albemarle is the only location where Ive experienced such indifference and laziness in employees on multiple occasions. It is unfortunate that management tolerates such poor customer service. Ill stick to the Matthews location going forward.

Target location is in a run down section of Charlotte so you can only expect so much. If you want to shop at a nicer target, go to Matthews or Huntersville.

I had a wonderful experience with drive up pick up. The employee was very nice, kept a safe distance because of covid and it was incredibly quick as well.

I would like to commend the management of this Target store in the University area!!! I live in Pineville however, when I go to Target on South Blvd near the light rail to do a self check there’s usually no one there to wipe the self checkout machines down after a customer has used it. Every time I go to the Target in the University area, there’s always an employee at the self checkout, wiping each machine down before the next customer touches it. Needless to say, I just go to a cashier to check me outKudos to the management in the University area!!

Your associate not only assisted me with my transaction, but she took the time to show me how to properly use the app to save me some money. She was also very informative with sharing information to set up a target debit card with my current banking institution. Even as a “millennial” her service and patience didn’t go unnoticed.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday. All the registers were down. Some sort of computer system crash. Had a full cart. Waited 30 minutes. Just left it. Theres 30.minutes of my life I wont get back. Very disappointing. Ill think twice before I stop at Target again.

Used to be a good place. Inventory is very limited now and the aisles are full of junk just like Walmart. Going to have to find a better place to shop. Cant even get carts through the aisles anymore.

The customer service was GREAT!! The beautiful lady named Mia at the Guest Services desk was SUPER helpful when I called inquiring about Design Essentials Shampoo and Conditioner. She checked on the price and held it for me until I got there. I had to pick up a another item and the gentleman (whose name I didnt get) on the register was super sweet and friendly. He was patient, very cheerful, and up beat. Its that kind of kindness and awesome service from employees like them that makes all the difference!

There was only one register opened, wait took forever. There was also no one in the Pizza Hut joint. Also huge line. Very neglectful. Worst service ever. This Target needs to do better. I’ve been here 2x this week.

I always have a problem with online order pick up. With two recent orders I have been given an item that was over 2 years expired and with another I was charged for an item I didn’t receive. Both times I have called the store, al they do is tell me to come back inside the store to fix the problem. The whole concept of online pick up is to AVOID going into the store. Not happy with this stores customer service.

Everything is easily accessible. The store is always clean.Staffing is the main issue. Some days, you will spend most of your time in line waiting on a cashier.

I try to buy a toy on the shelf for my boys birthday this weekend. At checkout, cashier said I couldnt purchase the toy untill January 1st. Manager step in, I ask to buy because my son really wants the toy. She said she cant sell me the toy and for me to go online and buy it instead. She also said, do you want me to lose my job and come live with you? Alright than.Worst customer service ever. Target you lost a customer. It was horrible experience. Felt worst when they took the toy and hide it under the counter very fast and ask someone to come get it.

Tiny little Target, compared to other parts of town. On one hand, that means theyre able to keep it very neat and clean, and the staff is very willing to help you out. On the other hand, selection can be abysmal, especially in niches like the pets section.

Was very easy. Customer service rep was there waiting as I pulled up.

I need to make separate transactions due to personal budget. Cashier didn’t allow me to do. As she stated “target only allow 2 transactions at the most per customer”. Which i have never heard this before and done multiple transactions before in one trip at target. I only got products i needed urgently rest she had to put back in shelf.

Bought my Nintendo Switch here on the release day. Didnt expect to get one as it is such a hot item. The guy in the electronics department was very knowledgeable about the gaming console and game I was buying.

I love this Target store it is quiet not busy. The layout isnt updated like the one off University City, Midtown, or Matthews. They dont have a fresh food section or a self checkout. They do have 2-3 registers open

One register open, on a weekend! No self-check-out. I put the product back on the shelf and left.Target is supposed to be the classier alternative to Wal Mart, but not this one. Interestingly, the Wal Mart across the street is surprisingly clean and organized, and they have self-check-out.

I just love Target. Some of the shopping can be confusing because of price differences location to location but I still love target

Dont go on crutches or without your own wheelchair. I have forearm crutches and no way to push a buggy or carry a basket. They have no handicap scooters or carts and not one associate offered to help me at any point while I was in the store! I left and bought nothing. Will not be going back.

This was my first time at this location and I was pleased .I was greeted by 4 or 5 different workers while shopping. I was however hoping that their full body mirrors were closer to $5 rather than $14 but oh well..The cashier was nice and smiled so I felt appreciated.

Good selection. A little pricier than nearby competition. Does offer discount opportunities. Pharmacy. Target Cafe/Pizza Hut Express open most of the time.

Its rare i have a bad expiernce from here, but when i do its kinda a big deal over a small situation. Not going to name the team manager but hes kinda arrogant and thinks hes funny when he should be taking care of the customer. I did make a best friend in here since he was so helpful.

Friendly staff, clean store and great sales. The checkout line is never too long but if it starts to look like its getting to be that way, they always call for backup cashiers. In addition to all of the great in store sales, you can download the Target Cartwheel App to help you save even more. Just add your deals to your shopping list on the app, go to checkout and have the sales associate scan the barcode on your phone for even more savings. Target on Albemarle Rd is a friendly, fun, clean and affordable place to shop.

Clean and not very crowded. They were low on cashiers and when they realized, they sent more to help clear the lines. However, they do not keep a good stock on clothes. Many popular sizes are missing.

Really nice store really convenient and they stay opened past 9PM which is a plus for me. It also offers plenty of parking space, is surrounded by a couple of banking centers and a Lowes. It also has a restaurant inside just in case you want to grab a quick bite

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life. The managers DO NOT even know their own computer system for checkout. No apology for inconvenience or concern for customers. They just continue to try the some solution until you get so frustrated that you leave everything and go to Wal-Mart instead. Take my advice and go to a different Target, ANY other Target.

I enjoy my Target. Its clean and very organized. Needs more stock on hand. Alot of items were missing.

ALWAYS ONE OF MY FAVSThis particular location is great if you need something quick. It is one of the smaller targets but Ive had great customer service experience here.The only reason why I give it a 3 star rating is because the cafeteria not always has someone there to assist customers, and also their online store inventory did not match with their physical inventory and this is a particular item, such as batteries or movies in the electronic section. other than that I love shopping at target stores in general.

I shop here with my friend slot and its always clean and easy to find things.

Enjoy this Target. Off the beat in path and not as crowded as a typical Target. Employees are super nice and helpful.
