Image360 is very efficient, straight to the point, and incredible with following up. I am extremely busy and they helped me with everything in such an incredible way without being over bearing. The quality is unmatched and they are in my area. Highly recommend!

So, this just happened.I called the Pineville store to see if they were open. The Google Business page indicates they are closed. Kristine answers the phone and I asked if they were open. She says Yes. I told her their Google Business page is indicating they are closed right now. Kristine says they use to be due to covid but that wasnt the case now and the business page had not been updated. I respond: Great! Im on my way to pick up some signs, and she says - ok, and we hang up. Twenty minutes later I arrive at the store at 2:06PM on Friday and the store is locked up and dark. The hours posted on the front door clearly says: Friday 8AM to 3PM.You would think that when Kristine heard me say Im on my way to pick some signs, she could have said - well, well be closing at 2pm today. She could also have offered to put my signs outside, knowing I was on my way. (They had already been paid for). No, just closed and left.They will be notified that a review has just been posted, because Google Business does that, and if they take the time to look at this review, they can make things better by meeting me at the store, or going there and set my paid for signs outside for me to come pick up. They have the rest of the day today, all day tomorrow or on Sunday morning. Lets see what happens!(I had a previous good review from two years ago with different owners. Since we cant delete a previous review, I had to go in and modify it - which is what this is.)

Service was quick and efficient. I was able to see the product and make changes before the printing.

Rebecca and Kristi were incredibly fast at gathering my information and turning it around into a mock-up and then production of the signs. The work was highly professional. I already have peers inquiring into getting their own set of signage created by Signs Now.

Ron was super responsive and quick to work with the vendor department of my larger company to get all necessary paperwork done. He gave me a couple of options after listening to our office needs along with photo examples. The entire process was easy from design to installation. Highly recommend!

I have used them for banners and they were relatively fast, when I tried to get signage for my business that was another story. It took weeks for them to get back to me, then it was that they didnt want to deal with getting permits. Really one story after another as to why no proofs were coming. Every time I called it was either voice mail or being told they were getting to it.When I finally got the proof it was pretty bad. II really want to use local companies but after calling yet again ( only this time to tell them I called another company who came out to immediately ) I just got Susies attitude once again. They are just too busy to do my sign, they are swamped with big business and dont need me now. They had no problem taking 500.00 from me for two banners early March when they were slow. Call the Sign Factory, I know they wont get another penny from me here
