When I first moved here, I had no idea who to go to for my eyebrows. I’m very picky about them being done. I have gone to Erika now for almost 2 years and each time is perfect. No complaints. Super friendly. Great person. AMAZING professional work. I would give 10 stars if I could! Couldn’t recommend her more!

Erika at Benefit brow by IKEA is AWESOME!!She’s always super sweet, makes you feel comfortable when waxing your brows but also very knowledgeable about her products. She’s makes sure to greet you upon arrival and has so much manners. I definitely recommend her to all my friends and family!

February of 2018..probably the best decision I have ever made. I went into Ulta looking to get my eyebrows done. Being a male, I was a little nervous walking into Ulta, but luckily I met the best waxing artist in the United States, Erika. Over 3 years later, and I havent let anyone else touch my eyebrows since. I now live about 1.5 hours away from Charlotte, and I still make a drive down monthly to see Erika and get my brows fixed. I never feel more confident than walking out of Ulta when Erika waxes my eyebrows. So, thank you Erika.. you are seriously the best!!

Alllright! Hear we go! I love Ulta first of all, and I def love this location- BECAUSE of Erika at Benefit Brow Bar! I swear if she told me to buy a car bc it was good for my face, Id buy it. She is super knowledgeable on brows and takes her time learning about you, but she is so real and honest about products around the store! I ask her about hair care, brushes, concealers- etc. shes honest and real! I wouldnt pay 20$ just anywhere for brows but she gives you the experience that customers seek! Thanks Erika!
