I found the guy at the register in the store today VERY RUDE and loud. Poor customer service from him than what I am use to in this store. The older lady did not want to help me and so they gave me a little girl who didn’t know anything about hair textures, types etc. I left and went down the street to the other place a lady who walked in the store behind me suggested and had. MUCH better service and appreciation for my business. I do not recommend this place for this guys attitude at all

This store called vendors that were working with another local black owned beauty supply store and paid them to stop working with them! Stop supporting businesses that don’t want to support us back !

TERRIBLE customer service, rude staff. The issue was about me having on an actual mask when you are omitting the fact I had on a face covering, my mouth and nose were completely covered by an impermeable face covering that was thicker than a mask because I could not find my mask in the car and I was in a hurry. You berated and belittled me in front of an entire store full of people unnecessarily and that was extremely unprofessional. I have never been treated like that anywhere. More tact and respect were definitely called for in that situation. Very poor judgement call.

This store has a reasonable selection of grooming products even tho I did not find what I originally came for. However, because one of the clerks was familiar with the products, she found me something comfortable, and there was even a tester for it. So in that respect this is a five-star beauty supply store. I took away one star because of the location. The location is unsafe to turn into during rush hour, so I parked in the gas station parking lot and walks across the grass. That may explain why I was the only one there. However, I firmly believe that if the store was in a safer location to turn into the driveway, that there would be a lot more business.

Talk a about social distancing w a smile !I called to check on availability of a few items prior sending a friend to pick up items for me to avoid confusion. Absolutely love it there and rarely go anywhere else. The owners are so kind and welcoming. I solely buy my wigs and hair accessories from there. When I get low on makeup supplies Im sure Ill began to get from there as well . They have it all! Thank you Ec Beauty!

Only place that gets my money was so pleasant and very helpful with me and my husband knew about African American hair products and hair types amazing!!

They are always willing to special order what I need. Thia isnt good thing. I purchased a product for natural hair and it is the best shampoo, conditioner and styling gel I have ever used. It is by cream of nature. Shampoo and conditioner for natural hair and the gel is called hair snot. It is better than anything else I have ever tried.

Over inventoried, and still managed not to carry the main essential hair products for African American hair care. Owners (Chinese) not only over charging for our products. But have no clue regarding hair products.

I use to shop here ALL THE TIME but their customer service skills have went DOWN!!! I was followed in the store so badly one day that I refused to go back. It just so happened that my aunt wanted to go to a hair store and insisted on coming here because it was across the street from us. We get there and a customer was in front of us being rung up. She ask why the price was so high despite the price tag. Make a long story short they refused to honor the price as all the hair had that price that she was expecting. The male owner began yelling. He said he refused to lose $12 just to keep a customer.We all just left out.

Great customer service from the owner and staff every time!! I will drive 30 mins just to give them my services if I need anything! Very personable and caring ppl! Recently helped me when I locked my keys in my car.....we both stood outside for over an hour and he didnt give up after so many failed attempts!

Horrible service with misleading signs. The signs says hair is on sale and then went to check out and the hair is not on sale. Once we confronted the man about the price of the hair he was nonchalant and said the sign wasnt true. Then he specifically said it was fine that we will never come back. Its a shame too because they have a nice selection of products.

This is really my fault they did have a test through there but I bought three chapstick type lip gloss and they taste like medicine on your lips Im afraid to use them.

Horrible customer service. If there were a 0 I would definitely rate this store as that! They follow you around and are rude when you ask questions. Caution!!! This seller is cheater!He will take your money and will not give/send you your products!!He is jerker.I purchased from this seller 5 pcs for testing the products and paid 100% of payment.He sent me 197 pcs!! and told me that is was mistake, that he can’t bring it back and told me that i can get the goods and only if it is authentic I will pay for all and it is free shipping. I agreed, then he told that I have to pay 650$ for custom fee and that is all (and I will receive it all) - I paid. And then he told that the shipping cost money (450$)!!! And said they could not deliver me the goods without payment - I have paid - and after that he is disappeared!!!And now I have checked his license of authentic - they are FAKE!!!
