Amazing experience at Mattress Firm in the Arboretum! Cliff was our sales associate and he was wonderful! He was knowledgeable about all of the products and put no pressure on us to buy and didn’t try to up sell. Just told us about the products and had us try them out and decide what we liked best. Easiest purchase ever! Jim was of great help for my purchase over the phone. He was also the only one in the store trying to help others while helping me. He explained the financing process with Progressive Leasing over the phone and proceeded to take my order. I had not been to Mattress Firm before, nor have I laid on or tried out the mattress I purchased today. However, I did extensive research that proved very pleasing results. Jim concurred it was a great mattress and also a popular seller. Also to my surprise, Mattress Firm has a sale that offered $200 off AND he provided me with Gold Service. I just placed my order late this morning and not only will I have my new mattress tomorrow afternoon, they will take my old one away! Jim made my day!

We had a great experience working with Zac at the Arboretum Mattress Firm. Zac was a no pressure salesman and a real professional. There was an issue with mattress availability at the warehouse meaning delivery would be delayed 60 days. Zach worked with the manufacturer directly to close that delivery time to two weeks. Will definitely go back to Zack in the future

Although the service was good I asked what deals they had going on for a twin bed that’s going in a guess room. He showed me two beds. A floor model and a new one. While I was in the store I went in their website and saw a much better deal. Felt as if he was trying to get more out of me by not offering all desks.

Our journey shopping for a mattress began at this store where we were helped by Jessie. We didn’t make a purchase because we felt we needed to look at comparisons first. We sampled many beds and dealt with many sales people. While visiting a Mattress Firm at a different location, we felt like Jessie at the Arboretum gave us the best service in comparison. So we left the store we were in and back to the Arboretum where Jessie and his associate (sorry forgot her name) gave us a great deal and worked hard to accommodate all of our whishes. I had no idea what I wanted when I walked into the store but Jesse was so nice and super helpful and took the time with me to figure out what felt best. He was very patient and taught me a lot about mattress construction and materials. I did not have a set price point, but he did not try to sell me the most expensive ones in the store. My husband is about to have neck surgery. Although we’ve been talking about getting a new mattress for over a year now; the surgery definitely hurried the process.We did quite a bit of research and it is very confusing to make a selection, or more so an educated guess, especially without any tangible products to touch and feel. With that being said, purchasing from an online retailer seemed unwise. We decided to stop in Mattress Firm after lunch today, with the low expectation that we’d have a young salesman who wouldn’t know a whole lot of anything.To our surprise, we ran into Jesse, who is a very knowledgeable regional sales manager. He was able to explain the features, benefits, and differences of each type, firmness, and brand. He made recommendations to narrow down our selections but also respected our needs and input. We really appreciated the great customer service and assistance that Jesse provided; it was an experience that you can’t get from online shopping, and this is coming from a girl who has an Amazon box on my front porch nearly daily.

I am the Area Manger based at the Arboretum location and the review left was clearly an attack on my company as well as my Asst. Store Manager for reasons I can’t explain. I would like to point out the fact that she has also left 1star reviews & scathing remarks for almost every other business in her 17 other reviews placed (see other reviews). Both Sam & myself take great pride with the service we provide our clients (please browse the 70+ previous reviews left by our guests). I am responding to this review solely because it’s unwarranted and I also want to point out the fact that this person was not a guest in our location nor was she a guest in the other Mattress Firm location that she also gave a 1 star review for (verified by staff at that location).
