After chatting with a representative online we decided to see if the mattress we wanted was at any locations. We found a location and were told to ask for Jan. We walked in and told her we were supposed to ask for Jan. She said that was her and asked what we were interested in. I told her which one we had decided on and she took us to the floor model. We both laid down on it. It was the replacement for the mattress we purchased 10 years ago. Next we tried the adjustable base and then some pillows. The entire time Jan was so nice and we felt no pressure to buy anything. That is absolutely the way I want to be treated. We finally decided on the mattress, adjustable base and two pillows. Next she walked us through the 0% Financing. Then she set up our delivery date. She also was so nice to our young daughter. From the moment we walked in until we left she was very professional and we would recommend her to everyone.

Antwan provided exceptional customer service. He is truly a sleep expert and showed much patience in answering the numerous questions I had about the different mattresses. Choosing my mattress was a pleasurable experience.

I recently made a big move with a lot of moving parts, and a new mattress was the last piece of the puzzle. Antwan was amazing! He was not pushy, listened to both my verbal and non-verbal concerns with mattress comfort, and explained the shipping options and timeline clearly. I walked into the Waverly store and Jan greeted me and offered (not pressured) to give me a walkthrough and suggestions on beds. She was extremely helpful and patient. If you are looking for a expert Jan knows what she she is talking about. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really enjoyed talking to her about different sheets and pillows. She suggested some great bamboo sheets that we ordered.

Faster than amazon prime!! And the nicest people!!!! When I told Jan about all my back problems and pain, she knew exactly what I needed. She was so patient and answered my thousand questions and explained everything to me. She was not pushy like a car salesman...but kind and honest and didnt pressure me. I wasnt even planning to purchase a mattress that day, but I did and it was the best decision I ever made! It got delivered the next morning! And I have slept AMAZING :) Because of my back pain I got an adjustable bed base where the head and feet can move. Worth EVERY penny!

One of the most stressful purchases in life is a mattress. The idea of a full motion, premium mattress and platform was a bit daunting. Jan at our loca Mattress Firm was very good at letting us look and get each mattress. She gave us information on the types and functionality of each. After patiently waiting for us to narrow down our choices, she gave us a great price.

My husband, my son, and I went to this location today to find us a new mattress. I am pregnant and we have a really old, used mattress now. I was so excited to get a new one. Jan helped us from the moment we walked through the door til the very end. She walked us through everything from the types of mattresses to the financing. She was a joy, especially great with my son who is 2 years old. She even gave him some toys to play with while we looked and tried out the mattresses. Jan was absolutely the best. Her knowledge and confidence in the performance of the beds she had me test out gave me the confidence to go ahead and make the purchase. Tabatha made for an exceptional Mattress Shopping experience. It can be overwhelming when you walk into the showroom and see so many mattresses but Tabatha greeted us right away and started asking us questions to determine what mattress would be best for us. She explained in detail what each mattress had to offer and what would be most comfortable for the type of sleeper that we are. She even stayed late after closing to make sure we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision we weren’t 100% sure about. Let’s just say that our visit ended with hugs all around. With our new house, we decided to upgrade from a queen bed to a king.  We stopped in the Waverly location as it was a stone’s throw from our new place.  The selection was pretty extensive and we got a crash course in the differences between mattresses, construction and components.  We quickly narrowed it down to the exact bed/level of firmness that we wanted.  Mattress Firm’s color coding of the different levels is easy to understand and identify.The buying process was equally super-efficient.  We were able to have the mattress delivered the following day.  Brian Valentine was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.  The Waverly location is super convenient, the store is clean and new.  Definitely check them out!

A great mattress, a great deal and a nice person Mr. Brian with a smiling face who explained the products very clearly. This was my first purchase in MattressFirm. We were in the impression that a bigger store with a longer experience in business will offer better deals and never thought about visiting this relatively new store.
