Firstly, i like the price of your company during the Labor Day weekend sales. I believe I found the mattress, pillow and accessories that will be to my satisfaction for years to come. Secondly, the customer service was a bit to be desired. Neither sales representative seemed enthused to be there, and the rep that sold me my package definitely didnt come off caring that he was making a sale. I visited the location three different occasions, two times that particular weekend and chose to purchase from there because the prices were to my liking inspite of the dry sales rep, from beginning to end of the sale. Majority of the time he did not wear his face mask.Thank you Mattress Firm for the free adjustableframe, I think Ill enjoy it. Darryl needs to work on his customer service skills.

Placed an order over 15 days ago. Only half of my order arrived. The other item says preparing for shipment still. I was told Id get in 10 business days max since it wasnt in local warehouses.I reach out with a customer service request and get an email that I cant reply to saying its been delivered. It has not. Im angry that theres no customer service number I can call. I had a gut instinct that I shouldve gone with mattress warehouse and am now regretting that I didnt.

Malcolm is the one to talk to here!!! If you speak with him, I can attest that you’re in good hands. We were unhappy with our Casper mattress so wanted to test a few, but as folks who rely on internet reviews and shipping convenience, ultimately weren’t sure about what our options were. I can promise you that every single option - even the most basic option was more comfortable than our cheaply made Casper. Malcolm shared wonderful insights for each mattress along with amazingly pleasant conversation that was friendlier than your typical salesman. He never pushed and allowed us as long as we liked to test and discuss. Overall a really pleasant experience and we walked out with a new mattress delivering to us in a few days.

I had a great experience today. I walked in and was greeted nicely by Paul . I had bought a bed about 4 years ago. My base to my bed had quit working. I hadn’t bought the extended warranty. Today I went into Mattress Firm to purchase mattresses for my master bedroom. My salesperson was Paul Raynor. He was very helpful. He explained the different options I had in purchasing a mattress for my master bedroom. When I went in, I did not know if I liked hard, medium or soft mattress. He took time with me to test difference mattresses, so I would know what I liked best. He had a lot of patience and did not put pressure on me to buy something quick. He told me to take my time. He was so helpful. When I told him I would soon need mattresses for my guest room, he suggested if I was able to get those two mattresses today, then I would save on delivery by having one delivery charge, with him saying this, it made sense, so I purchased two more mattresses. He is an awesome salesperson, please ask for Paul if you ever need mattresses.

When I came in today I didn’t know what to except when buying a new bed but the gentleman there was very very help and helped me to get just what I needed. And was very friendly and kind and respectful of what I wanted and need.

My girlfriend and I were just going in to look and learn a little bit on memorial day, and if the deal was good we would buy for our guest bedroom for around $500-$700 since it would just be used occasionally. We were immediately welcomed by Adam and his staff, and told them that we werent looking to spend much on a guest bed, but still wanted to learn more about mattress shopping for the future. Within 25 minutes we had figured out what mattresses we BOTH liked in three different categories, knew the differences of all three, and had settled on what we thought would work for our situation.These guys were friendly, informative, honest, and willing to help us with our needs, not pushing us to get something we didnt want for more money. We did end up spending more than we thought we would, but felt the free adjustable base and payments with 0% for 12 months was worth it for the quality mattress we got. One day later I am writing this review with a new bed made in our guest room and couldnt be happier with our experience.
