Thinking of buying a sleep number? I would reconsider. We moved 6 weeks ago to Fort Mill and have now tried 3x unsuccessfully to have Sleep Number come out and reassemble our bed (the beds are complicated enough that you wont want to pay your movers $150/hr to try and figure it out).The first time they didnt bring any tools, the second time the truck broke down, and today they no called/no showed. Each of these mishaps leads to hours on the phone with customer service only to be given their next available slot 2 weeks out. The level or service they provide doesnt justify ever owning one of these beds again.

Sleep number has a terrible product. The bed is cheap and it is marketed as if it is some top quality product. The parts break often, the app is constantly crashing and customer service will never FIX your problem. Customer service has terribly long wait times. The CEO Shelly Ibach should be ashamed to represent a company like this. Please for the love of god do not spend your money with this company. Purple or Tempur pedic would be a much better option because they offer better products at a much more affordable cost. I HATE sleep number.

For me, mattress shopping is right up there on the torture list with having a root canal, so for me to give a 5-star review is something!! What a great experience my husband and I had at the Sleep Number store in Charlotte. Our salesperson, Cammie, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She took us right over to the bed they have set up for testing, which has a TV screen where you can watch how the different settings of the mattress is affecting your body. It is just incredible. Cammie spent a lot of time with us and was able to explain everything to us. It was a great experience, and we are very happy that we are getting a Sleep Number bed delivered to us very soon. We cant wait to have a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this particular Sleep Number Store - and Cammie!!

I have had a Sleep Number bed for 13 years now. In fact, we love everything about them, from the bed to the pillows. I recently went in for a new pillow. I love that I can try out the pillow for 30 days to make sure its all I need. Ive already exchanged out the pillow I bought last weekend and I think I finally found a winner!!Thanks Sleep Number for being so awesome. Im counting down the days until I can get my new bed!

I recently had major surgery and during my recovery my aching back became apparent to me each time I saw a Sleep Number commercial on TV. My intention when I went into the store was just to educate myself and to see how expensive they were. Dennis O. was so patient with me and my many questions (even after I got home I called back three times with questions). After testing three beds I settled on the P6 and I can hardly wait for it to be delivered.

This bed has made a difference in the way I sleep and how refreshed I feel in the morning.

Tried after 5 phone calls and one visit to buy an i10 after owning a 10 year old bed. For some reason when I purchased the old bed at Short Hills Mall in NJ it didnt register as I bought it there..Thus the store refused to consider me an insider not allowing me a $200 discount. Despite admitting I own the bed and just because the their system incorrectly didnt record my purchase 10 years ago at NJ store they refused to honor discount. Petty and unacceptable for a $5,000 bed! They even had record of me living right near the store too! Yeh like I would it buy it somewhere else when a store is around the corner? What joke no wonder stores are closing...

This place is a scam. Please do not buy from these people! We were stuck with an enormous amount of money because we were not properly informed of all of their rules with returns. We were also given false information from their customer service representative. I have no idea why or how these people stay in business. They are not what you should expect from a consumers perspective and should change their policies or be forced to close. Edit- I was not asked to review anything before I signed a tablet for the purchase. I received paperwork later with their return policy.

Wouldnt take a return after a few months, the mattress we purchased didnt have enough support kind of like a blowup mattress.
