Not customer focused or friendly. I called 15 minutes before arriving to ensure the used tires were in stock and was told “sure come on by”.I arrive to purchase two used tires, & they brought out two rough tires. One was cracked and the other plugged. I asked if it was the best that they had, because I didn’t mind paying more for better used tires & he tells me that he spent 5 minutes looking for them, he has other customer’s to attend to; and I can buy them new. Just unnecessarily rude.

I will say Ive been a customer about 3 or 4 years buying used tires. Had no problems. Today, Ive changed my review the customer service was not helpful today I bought four new Pantera A/S Sport tires while driving on the highway I felt a vibration. They only checked two out of the four tires I purchased for balance. I asked if they can check the rear tires. They said no. I asked when placing new tires do they balance all four tires. And I was told no. If I want to get the other tires checked for balance I will have to pay. Im very dissatisfied I purchased FOUR NEW TIRES and they dont want to satisfy a customer and check the balance? Im not happy with their service DO NOT BUY NEW TIRES! Go buy new tires someplace else and get your tires balanced without problems and honor customer satisfaction. You may be better off buying used from them only.

Came here and have for a long time. But won’t do business with them again. The guy told me$45 for a used tire then changed saying $70 after I said why you told me $45 at first. Every time I previously came I always paid $40. He said something about the condition of the tire ( like what ) then saying my car has different sizes ( like what ) we won’t be returning back anymore. Terrible service you should honored what you said from the beginning. But instead we went from $45, $70, $50, $55 like make no sense.

So my CHEVY picked what can only be described as a spearhead shaped rock driving home from work (down South Tryon with all of its construction), & the Satto tires team from Woodlawn showed up in less than 15 minutes swapped out my tire and had me back on the road! Extremely reasonable price I will recommend them to anyone! Great customer service and much appreciated on a holiday weekend 🙏🏽

Called multiple tire shops around town and this was the best one I talked to. Showed up and they were fast and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new or used tire. They were cheaper then most places I price checked which is a bonus!

Wow, these guys really saved me, Jonathan really helped me out and explained things to me and I had no idea they had road service too. The tire was great and they did a great job. I cant say enough about how nice they were and taking care of me. I had my daughter with me and they were quick and nice and it meant the world to me. The Best!

Snakes in the grass. Went to get a tire replaced with a bad belt and they gave me two receipts when they replaced the tire one said 42 dollars and the other said 52 dollars for a used tire. I REPEAT DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE SNAKES UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING BITEN. I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. #SNAKES

Came there to get a used tire. Got one and I didn’t inspect it fully and I should have. Anywho, the next morning I noticed that very same tire was low.. I came back to have them either fix it or replace the tire.. He takes the tire off and it had a nail in it.. I believe the nail was there when I bought the tire as I said I didn’t fully inspect the tire.. So I paid 55 bucks in total because they charged me for the plug of this tire! Go to Ford or Depo tire.. I never paid more than 35 for a used tire from them and if there’s an issue they’ll fix it for FREE!!! Never come here again!

Messed my car up 3 times now first broke the sensor in my tire at the south blvd location then over tightened my lugnut to the point if you take the tires off the studs break then watched them this time guy was using a torque gun for large truck on my car they dont use torque sticks or torque wrenches to hand tighten wheels used to change tire so I know the proper way to do it.that was my last time dealing with them. Im trying to save a buck and it ends up costing me 10 times more in repairs GAME OVER.

They had a young boy look the age of maybe 16-17 change my brakes and rotors on the driver side and another guy changed the passenger side. Afterwards it was leaking fluid on the driver side and it wasnt leaking before I came. I took it back and they trying to tell me something totally different thats wrong. Remind you Im a female and I know about brakes, engine etc.....They will get no more of my business. They dont live up to their mistakes.

Nestor changed my tires and I had an issue with my front tires after driving it for a day. I took it back and No Problemo! He got me fixed up and out of there in no time!

My friend got a flat tire. We were about to start for a fall trip but suddenly this happened and we were stuck on a sunday. Most of the repair centers were closed. The biggies like Firestone, Pep boys, good will and many others said wait time of 45 minutes and 2-3 hours for repair. We didn‘t know what to do. Then found the Satto tires in google. Called them. They said just walk in and said flat tire issue can be resolved in 15 mins max. We went there. Within 12 minutes, they resolved it. They are fast and doing great work and charged only 16$ to fix it. They are genuine. I greatly recommend them.

I was here on July 17,2020. Just be careful and look good at the product you buy here. They will sell you a retread tire. It almost kill me on 85. He only gives 7 day to bring it back. But you cant if you dead. I will not go back. Wish I could post the picture of my car. Almost took off my bumper and put a hole in my washer tank. Dont go here if you have other options.

I went here to get my passenger back tire plugged because I had a slow leak from a nail. The guy showed me the tire and told me he couldn’t really see what the issue was but he thinks it was from a patch I had an the tire. I looked at the tire and said where is the nail? He told me it must have been something stuck to it. I just said okay and sat down, he told me it was going to cost me $30 to fix I told him that was a high price to plug in a tire. I just said okay, so I can get on with my day and then I went outside. The guy took the wrong tire out. I went to the manager and he took the tire out and put in a plug. When they were finished the manager tried to say I had to pay $37 for the two tires. I will never go here again!

I had just gotten my car from long term parking after a trip. As I got on the road my tire indicator came on. I found Satto open on a Sunday. They check my tires pressures and checked the one that was low for a leak. What great personal service.

Will never use this company again sold me defective tires would not stand behind there own warranty and over charged me 25 more then i was quoted when buying the first ones to fix replace the defective one that they riped me off on and very unprofessional using fowl offensive language between one another in Spanish because they know i had to get it fixed and they were ripping me off ...guess they figured. Only Latinos speak Spanish!!!!!!

Very good place it looks like they do a ton of business. Young lady that assisted me was very courteous came to me immediately and was ready to help me. It is a place that I would recommend if someone was looking for used tires good place good location.

They say they do brakes and oil changes but each time I have gone there, Im always sent to the other location.

Its been great, Ive used them majority of time I had a flat. They try to get you with those prices but definitely work with you if needed. Only suggestion is include air with the tire change, Ive had prior experiences with other tire shops and this is the only one that doesnt put air in my tires once finished, other than that great experience overall from their service.

Ive never been a customer to Satto #2, but I do occasionally sell them used tires that I collect from various places and have noticed quick and friendly service to their customers while Im waiting for the manager to inspect my tires in order for him to buy them. Id let them install tires on my vehicle if I needed that service and was in their vicinity.

Went in got tire replaced hit interstate by the time I hit Raleigh my tire was completely flat. Called back manager said he must have forgotten to check it. Got stuck on side of road had to buy a tire in Raleigh to make it home. When got back was told wouldnt refund me for faulty tire.

I was given a used tire from Satto location #2 around 6pm; by 7:30am the next morning, it was COMPLETELY flat, and I was late to work. Satto offered no assistance to me for selling me a FLAT tire but instead said that I should bring the tire to him WITH my original receipts. Luckily I still had those.... but this gets better!After waiting 3 hours at Satto location #1 on a Saturday, I finally got my second replacement tire put on. While I was there, they lost my air cap and the Mazda decal that’s supposed to be on the middle of my rim. They told me that because I changed my tire when it was flat, I must have lost my decal! The lady kept telling me that I had lost it, but what’s funny is she actually found it just laying on the shop floor after I insisted several times it MUST be inside the shop. Is that how little attention to detail this place has??? And you accuse the customer of losing something when in fact YOU are the one who lost it?!This second replacement tire started going almost flat every other day (About 10psi).So the first tire they gave me went completely flat in about 11 hours, and the second one was going basically flat every 24-48 hours.... Despite this, Satto doesn’t offer refunds!!I took my car to AAA and firestone today, and they both told me this tire is ROTTING, is almost 10 years old, and is absolutely NOT SAFE.As a general guideline, you should never put a tire that’s more than 5 years old on a car. To protect yourself, I’d recommend inspecting your tire and checking the date on your used tire prior to leaving this place. All tires have one.I will NEVER be returning to Satto, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for used tires. It’s evident that attention to detail is severely lacking, and no one is checking these used tires to make sure they’re safe.Satto, you should be ashamed!!ESPAÑOL:Nadie está chequeando la calidad de estas llantas. Mi primera llanta usada de Satto #2 estaba completamente desinflada en sólo 11 horas! Cuando llamé a Satto #2, me dijo que tuve que regresar con la llanta ponchada y también mis recibos originales para usar mi garantía. Después de esperar por 3 horas, Satto #1 reemplazó mi llanta ponchada. Cuando la reemplazó, ellos pierden mi casquillo de la válvula de aire y también mi Mazda emblema del centro de mi llanta/rin. La mujer estaba diciendo que YO había perdido mi Mazda emblema; no ellos. Grande sorpresa- Mi emblema estaba en el suelo en la shop donde ellos trabajaron en mi carro!!Además, mi segunda llanta de Satto fue horrible también. Esta llanta tuvo 10 años... NUNCA debes usar una llanta que tienen mas de 2-5 años!! AAA y Firestone me dijeron que esta llanta es muy viejo pero también estaba sufriendo de podredumbre seca. Dijeron que es un milagro que mi llanta no tuviera un reventón. Esta llanta es viejo, esta desmoronando, y no es seguro.Por cierto, Satto no se aceptan devoluciones por llantas usadas. No me extraña.

When I arrived at Satto’s I was warmly greeted promptly which is huge for me as I am a Store Manager in retail and my expectations differ from many people. They were very courteous and did the job in a timely manner. While doing the job of installing 2 exceptional used tires on my BMW the manager consistently communicated with me the progression, which was nice.
