Asked for an oil change. After having my car on the little ramp about 30 minutes I was offered almost 800 dollars in services. I realize this is likely corporate policy but it was irritating that I was offered all of this without what I did ask for being completed. Ten minutes after leaving the check engine light, 4x4 and traction control lights came on. If they didnt spend so much time taking things apart and instead just changed the oil they wouldnt have screwed this up. Ill be seeing someone else to fix the issue.
The Service was Great! They went over everything I needed to have done. The work didnt take a long time. Ill definitely go back again.
The Jiffy Lube Eastway Drive location give top notch service especially from the manager Shane. Shane was very professional and knowledgeable about what my vehicle (impala) needed. He didnt rush to get the job done even when it was closing time. Shane was still professional and he smiled.
Arrived at 1:35 and left at 2:58. I called 5 minutes away and they said no wait. Arrived and told 30 minute wait. I tried to buy a package of buy 2 get one free. Before we started I asked if I could use a gift card to pay. He said that’s fine. After all the spellings and info he tells me you can’t use a gift card. I asked several times to get the battery tested. I was never given the results.
IT was Hot out side and they work fast and hard at keeping us Kool in body and mind.

I stopped for an oil change because it was convenient. Recommendations for additional service were ridiculous. Engine flushes are recommended against by most manufacturers. Air cleaner looked clean and was replaced $10K miles ago. Cost was $62 with a coupon which is $30 higher than my last two oil changes at NTB and AAA. I wont be back.
Took forever to change oil and catered to young lady in bay next to me v/s my car repeated customer. 3 people on one car and was told first come first serve even tho we pulled to bay at the same time.. so my car sat untouched for 23 mins.. wont be back or at least that Location..sadly
Oil change/tires/state inspection. Mr. Shane is professional /knowledgeable and customer focused! When I found he had moved from the Monroe St. location I cried! I always know the job on my car will be WELL DONE!I followed his excellent work to his. new location at 216 Eastway Drive.
I just needed an emissions inspection on March 26, 2021. My orange renegade did not pass inspection due to a slight percentage of tint that the jiffy lube employee erroneously said failed the state mandate. My car passed inspection with the same exact tinting last year at a nearby jiffy lube location. This was completely unnecessary and the cashier was extremely rude to me. He was nice to everyone else there but only rude to me specifically. I believe the short stocky man’s problem was with the color of my skin because that was the only difference between myself and the other patrons. Address is 216 Eastway drive Charlotte NC 28213 He cost me over $140 for me to get my tinting changed unnecessarily. I later completed my successful emissions test at a different jiffy lube location.I will never go back to this location and would urge others to do the same.

Stopped by this Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change, air filter replacement, tire pressure top off, windshield wiper replacement and windshield washer fluid top off. After driving away, I realized that they did not vacuum the floor (company policy)--my receipt states I declined it, though no such conversation happened. My receipt states tire pressure is F35/R35, they arent, both are 32. My receipt states I declined the exterior window washing, I didnt. My receipt also states that my windshield washer fluid was ok, it isnt and was not topped off despite being told thats part of the service. These are small things, but makes me question the entire quality of service. If the employees couldnt do these things, who is say that they did not charge me for higher quality oil and put in lower quality? Additionally I need to check my vehicle now to make sure that the air filter is changed too. All in all, will not return to this location.
Went for an AC freon and the guy was very unprofessional. At some point he even wanted to have an altercation with me because I told him the way hes acting was unprofessional. I felt like calling 911 but decided to submit this review instead.Do not use that place unless you love drama.The place is so dirty too! Ugh!

The place was fast but I wonder if they even changed the oil.I paid $92.23 for just an oil change which I dont mine but I expect to see a brand name filter and individual synthetic oil bottles being opened.Instead I got oil from a bulk container synthetic blend, generic oil filter, charged for an extra quart, charged for shop supply, told my engine was 1qt low to begin, windows smeared with a dirty rag.

Dirty, lazy and unprofessional. I was next car and told it would be a 30 min wait for oil change. I shouldve known then... But, I went to have breakfast next door, returning in 40 minutes. Then was advised that they didnt have the proper tools to complete the job. What? For an oil change? And you didnt know that? Just by the looks of this place I should have known.
I usually don’t write reviews but the experience I had here was so horrible I would like to share. I took my car here on a Thursday after work rushing to find a place because of my scheduling. Friday morning time to go to work my car will not drive!! They talked me into getting high mileage oil for my car and didn’t even put the transmission fluid like they said. Now my car won’t drive and they are saying that there is nothing that they can do, not even give me a simple refund. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES IN CHARLOTTE THAT DOES GREAT OIL CHANGES THAT I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLL!! !!
Terry the store manager had exemplary customer service. The whole staff was fast and professional. Not to mention I paid half of what I was expecting to pay. Will absolutely come back!

The guy who claimed to be a manager try to charge me $130 for a oil change for my truck. I called corporate they told me to oil change should be $69.99. I went back the manager told me all he had was $130 oil change. They tried to ROB ME! So I went somewhere else and got my oil change for $60.
Failed my state inspection b/c of illumination on my headlight, and then tried to use it to upsell a $50 cleaning of the headlight.
Asked for cheapest oil change available. Politely listened to guys upsale apparently mean I agreed to pay more. Cheapest oil change is not $86. No mileage change sticker or even reset of the oil change light. Things were marked off on the paperwork as done but they werent. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Three stars, probably wont return.

At checkout The employee says he and his coworker were “confused” and “had a mix up” yet he proceeds to overcharge me for service. refund please!

I went pretty late may be after 6. The pros had left. They took 1 hour to change. They installed cabin filter in the opposite side which I discovered when I went to the next oil change 3 mos later. The tire plate was missing. Went there the next day they denied it. Also they simply did not know how to fix a part they had needlessly tampered with. I give the benefit of doubt to the owner maybe he had outsourced late shift to another team of novices. Will send my boss there.lol!

Worse place ever. I neededhelp with Inspection. I was ignored, the Mechanic continued to text on his phone. Never even looked up. The other Mechanic saw me, but never asked the other Mechanic to take care of me. So, I left.

$47.99 for a basic oil change is outrageous! Wont be going back there again! Not to mention they were going to charge me to top off coolant ( never pay for topping off fluids elsewhere) and upon reviewing my bill, it stated that they washed exterior windows and vacuumed inside, neither of which occurred. I asked them to check the codes because my engine light came on this morning... They didnt do it! Young lady working there was pleasant but I definitely wont be back!

I called before coming to make sure they had the oil needed for my VW diesel. They assured me they had the required oil, only to not inform until an hour later that they did not and thats what was taking so long. It took nearly 2.5 hours to get my oil changed since I had to wait for the oil, which every 15 minutes they assured me would be there any moment. The best part tho is they did not reinstall the plastic skid plate correctly and it came off on i-77 while driving at 70mph. I am now having to return and wait for them to fix their mess up..as I was told, first come first served regardless of the hours I have spent already waiting on their incompetence.
I no longer own the car they are referencing! I dont know why I was contacted. if it was serviced it has a new owner!!!!!

I took it to this location on 1/4/20 to get an oil change. They told me that the car needed a transmission oil change so I got it. 3 weeks later the car started leaking transmission oil. I took it back to them 2times the first time the manager told me there was no leak the second time he told me that the leak was not there problem. Took the car to a real mechanic shop and they told me that jiffy lube had put the wrong transmission oil in the car and they had broken a seal, thats why the car was leaking. Had to had the transmission oil flushed 3 times and the gasket replaced. It cost me 470 dollars to get it fix. Please dont go to this location.
When I pulled up, there were two cars in process in the bays and two waiting. It took them 40 minutes to finish just one of the two. i figured it would take another 45 minutes for my car to even get started so I left. Manager was nice so giving two stars.

Absolutely horrible experience, manager was a complete jerk: They broke protocol by letting me drive my vehicle into the dock, and not by an employee (which, how was I supposed to know that). The manager Kevin was threatening and completely messed my car up. He put the oil filter in the wrong way and I ended up having to get my car towed. When it came time for me to explain this to corporate he lied through his teeth about the entire experience so it was just his word against mine. Thankfully corporate was much more helpful than Kevin. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Standard wait. Kinda bummed. Most give out coupon for ten or so dollars off an oil change in the store. But not here. Staff was decent and they did a good job.
Had a great experience getting an oil change. I did not feel pressured to do any add-on services (although I opted to on my own) and Derick was a pleasure to work with. I was in and out in under twenty! Will be back again.

Visited for an oil change Saturday, Sunday car slowed down on the highway amidst traffic, almost got hit twice while I slowly made my way to the shoulder. oil light illuminated. Car cut off. Had to call a tow truck to be towed back to the Jiffy Lube location. The oil change was not completed properly and I had been leaking oil the entire time! Guess what happened to my 2017 Hyundai Tucson? My engine is locked, so it has been rendered useless.. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
Second time here to change the oil of my car and after one week it said it needs to change the oil. It only happened here and it was twice. The service was not that bad.

Honestly, I’m only giving one star because they vacuumed my car. I went for an oil change and car inspection. While doing my inspection I thought they were great until they tried to give me over priced tires which totaled two for $235.58. I payed for the oil change and they gave me $15 in ones as change which I put in my console. I got my tires at a much lower rate and came back for the inspection at the same jiffy lube. After passing inspection I left to go home only to discover one of the workers took $8 of the $15 from my console. I haven’t been to another Jiffy lube but I DO NOT recommend Eastway.
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED HERE! I have never gone through so many loops and I usually get my car inspected here. This year everytime I bring my car to have it inspected they create a new issue that never was mentioned before. Maybe if you have a brand new car you will pass on the first inspection but if not please dont go through the hassle!!!

Took forever! The central PM was there, which youd think would make them be Jiffy, bit no. Tooka over an hour, when there was 1 car in front of me.
My first experience there was bad. They really pressured me into services I didnt want. I was called to give a survey on my experience. I told the truth. The next day the GM called and apologized, invited me back for a free oil change. It was a much better experience. No problems since.
