This could not have been more perfect of a place to get my dress. The staff for one is so kind, they truly try to get to know you and your style. I felt so comfortable with them! The dresses are also just incomparable. The quality of each dress was amazing & they had SO MUCH to choose from. I truly like their process of choosing dresses out before your appointment too because it made our appointment run very smoothly. Could not say one bad thing about them! My stylist was Allie & she was so kind! Definitely request her!!

This store is amazing. It was the third shop I went to and by far my favorite. The shop is adorable, has a great selection, but is smaller so you don’t feel overwhelmed with lots of other people there. The dress selection is incredible, especially for fashion forward brides with unique taste. There’s quite a variety of prices, but they definitely carry high quality stuff. Allie was my consultant and she was so so helpful, she knew the dresses well, and found something I wanted SO FAST! I mentioned one critique of the first dress I put on, and she grabbed a different dress based on that comment and it ended up being my dress! Plus she was very knowledgeable about what alterations were possible for the gown I ended up choosing. The shop is adorable, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend checking this place out!

My experience at Lovely Bride Charlotte was wonderful! The shop itself has such a warm and welcoming ambiance with boho chic vibes and I loved the decor. The staff are all very friendly and make you feel right at home! They laid everything out perfectly and explained what the entire process would look like. I thought I had a sense of what I was going for based on visiting another shop earlier in the day. ReAnne really listened to what my style was, even with wedding themes, and was able to select beautiful dresses that fell within my desire and budget! All the dresses there are so unique and I loved that the designers they carry are not typical among local bridal shops, which made my dress feel even more special! The dress I ended up choosing I’m not even sure I would have picked it out for myself, but once I put it on I didn’t want to take it off! I was able to make an easy follow up appointment to come back with my MOH and in between they were so sweet with follow up communication. My experience with Lovely Bride Charlotte was AMAZING! I didnt know what to expect, but Allie was incredible and so knowledgeable. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Lovely Bride CLT! Ive been following them on Instagram since they opened, and the minute I got engaged I had my dream dress (or what I thought was THE one!) picked out. Before I even scheduled my appointment, I was sending the Lovely Bride IG account ideas for what I wanted and they were so responsive and enthusiastic. Dress shopping during Covid is never ideal, but the team at Lovely went our of their way to make this feel as normal as possible despite the abnormal circumstances we are currently living in. When I booked my appointment, I really appreciated that the team followed up with me prior to the appointment date to get a general idea of what I was looking for (utilizing the wish list feature on their website) and to get an idea of what my budget would be. This is NOT something that other bridal stores did, and I appreciated that extra effort from the team at Lovely. It made me feel as though it was a truly personalized experience rather than just another client trying on dresses. When I arrived at Lovely Bride on the day of my appointment, I was greeted by ReAnne, who made me feel like an absolute princess. ReAnne was an absolute GENIUS when it came to helping me find my dream dress! As mentioned, I had an idea of the dress I wanted already so I tried that on first. It was gorgeous, but everyone encouraged me to try on a few more. All of the dresses are to die for, and ReAnne paid careful attention to the feedback that I gave when trying the dresses on, keeping in the back of her mind the vision I had for my wedding vibes. She recommended that I try one dress on in particular that I wouldve never picked out for myself. That one ended up being the dress that I went with! Not only was the service here impeccable, but the team (and ReAnne in particular) are so knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldve never found my dress if it werent for them. Needless to say, I was so impressed by the service, the space, and the selection here at Lovely that I cancelled my next appointment at another store. Brides-to-be, if youre looking for an amazing experience, you have to make Lovely Bride your first stop! Most likely, it will be your only stop like it was mine.

The cutest little shop with very unique dresses! Darrien was seriously amazing and guided the entire appointment. I had tried on a TON of dresses and was feeling hopeless and she really listened and took me in a completely different direction and I fell in LOVE with a dress! Their fitting rooms are intimate and then they take you out into the beautiful light to see the dresses you love. I had the best experience here and would highly recommend!

I worked with Allie at this location and had an amazing experience! I will say, at first, I was weirded out by the fact that brides arent necessarily allowed to pull dresses to try on on our own, but after describing what I was looking for, Allie immediately pulled my top two dresses (out of the 50ish I tried on in several boutiques) right out of the gate. I ended up purchasing one of her selections--it was perfect. She also gave helpful styling advice!! Everyone there was really informed and knowledgable on their stock and really sweet and supportive. Definitely recommend.

When I first entered Lovely Bride, it felt so comfortable and the decor inside is so welcoming. Everything about my experience was incredible - from the private room where I tried on dresses, to the advice and expertise ReAnne was able to provide. ReAnne was able to not only help me narrow down dresses (which ultimately ended in finding my perfect wedding dress!), but also having perfect design eye pulling dresses that she thought looked amazing on me. I did find my dress from Lovely Bride and I am obsessed with it! But to be honest, I found it because I had already looked online and knew pretty much what I wanted. My consultant seemed distracted and kept leaving even though we were the only ones in the store. The shop overall is great and really nice that it’s smaller so you don’t feel overwhelmed, I just wish my consultant seemed more interested in what I was looking for and my appointment in general.

I don’t normally write reviews, but our experience here was beyond frustrating and I wouldn’t want anyone to feel the same way we did. I brought my sister here last week and we honestly had a horrible experience. The place was beautiful and whoever greeted us was very friendly and helpful, however, when we were matched with our “stylist,” named Reanne, it was all downhill from there.The stylist came out to get us and put us in a room, but her attitude and way she talked to us sounded very condescending and made us feel totally unwelcome. We felt rushed, unwanted and almost as if we weren’t good enough to be there.My mother and I were really upset because her attitude ruined the whole experience. Bad days are bad days, but customer service is important ESPECIALLY in that business.We found her dress at another place today, and the people there were SO nice and happy. The way you talk to people is everything, I wrote this to hopefully ensure someone else doesn’t go in and feel the same way!

I LOVED my experience at Lovely Bride! I had already said yes informally to another dress but still wanted to honor my appointment, and I am SO glad I did. The studio was so cute and had the best music. I loved the 2 in, 2 out method of choosing dresses as it made it way less overwhelming than having 15 gowns in the dressing room. The best bridal experience and a great selection of gorgeous dresses! I worked with Darrien who was had the best energy, and made the whole appointment an incredible and unforgettable experience. Could not recommend Darrien or Lovely Bride enough!!

I went here on its opening day on a suggestion from one of my bridesmaids who loved the Charleston location. I had already decided on a dress at another bridal shop, so didn’t think I’d do more than see the space and try on a couple dresses. I’m so, so happy I went in. They had a Sarah Seven dress that was exactly what I didn’t even know I was looking for, and I bought it that day! The staff was lovely - everyone is so nice and helpful and the space is gorgeous and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The ambience of this boutique is what drew me in but the experience was what made me really fall in love! All of the dresses were gorgeous and the staff was really kind and accommodating. After my appointment I even received a really sweet follow up message from them! It made me tear up! If you want a unique wedding dress and a personalized shopping experience, I would definitely recommend Lovely Bride!

Right from stepping in the door I could tell Lovely was going to be a different experience than any of Charlotte’s other bridal stores! When I found my dream dress, all of the consultants were so complementary and sweet. I was able to try on so many unique gowns that I absolutely loved and would never be able to find in other stores. Can not recommend Lovely enough - they made everything so smooth and easy. Can’t wait for my dress to come in - if you’re looking for something unique and a fun experience to go with it - go Lovely CLT!!

The shop is so beautiful and everyone I worked with was amazing! Allie was great on the phone helping me set up my appointment and even called me back to confirm a few things. ReAnne bent over backwards to get a dress that I really wanted to try on and it ended up being THE ONE!!! Thanks again ladies! Y’all are awesome!

If I could give 6 stars I would! I am not sure where to start - when you first walk in the place could not be cuter. It is the absolute ideal setting for a wedding dress shopping experience. The decorations are perfect and there are so many cute photo worthy moments for you, your wedding part, and your mom... or whoever you go with! (Additionally: It is clean and covid-safe.)Everyone that works there is absolutely above and beyond helpful. It is basically like playing dressup with your closest girlfriends that you didnt know you had. Besides being kind and fun, they are also really talented at what they do. ReAnne and Darrien were mind readers and helped me find the perfect dress - I am SURE they can do the same for you whether you come in with a general idea or have no clue where to start. You cant be too picky with them as they are patient and use everything you say to find the right styles for you. It was a warm and friendly process and I felt more like a Bride than being rushed to find a dress.The quality of dresses are extremely nice. I tried on one in every price range and can vouch for being able to find one that fits everything you are looking for and stay within your budget. They were really respectful of my very low budget for a dress!This was a low pressure, high fun, brilliant experience and I cant recommend it enough to every newly engaged Charlottean.

Wonderful experience shopping here - the stylist that worked with me (Aly) was upbeat and knowledgeable on the dresses. The appointments feel very personal and if you are looking for a unique and modern gown Lovely Bride is certainly the place to shop. We are lucky to have this new location in Charlotte!

I honestly dreaded going dress shopping. I was so nervous it was going to be stressful and prepared for (what I thought would be) an exhausting day. Lovely Bride Charlotte made my experience the EXACT opposite! My stylist who assisted me, Allie, made this is the easiest, most relaxing (and actually fun) event! The shop is GORGEOUS and the selection of dresses take your breath away. A millennial brides dream come true! Cant recommend this place enough, thanks ladies!

Fair warning - this place charges a $25 fee just to get an appointment. For a potential $2,000+ purchase, that just seems cheap and tacky. I did not book an appointment, this review is solely based on this fee.

First off, this store is SO adorable and cozy. But more importantly, the ladies here were so amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I found my dream dress. My stylist, Allie, was such an angel! She was so patient with me when my head was all over the place. I felt like she was my bff by the end of it. The owner, ReAnne, made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole process. Which is so rare to have an owner be so personable.They made my experience of finding my dream dress so fun and so special!

This experience is everything I have dreamed of!!! The BEST staff, the CUTEST bridal dress shop! Allie was the best at helping me find my dream dress!!! 💗
