I had an AMAZING experience at Savvy Bride. Highly recommend! I was very nervous about dress shopping because I am not really a girly girl, I don’t usually like shopping, am not a fan of trying things on, etc. But my stylist Avery made me feel SO comfortable. I visited several bridal Salons in Charlotte, and none has better selection, and a welcoming, helpful team than Savvy. Just an overall great experience. Savvy bride was the 4th of 4 bridal shops that I visited in NC and the absolute best. Avery was the sweetest consultant, the selection was diverse and high quality, and we found exactly what I was looking for with some modifications for under our expected budget. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, nor did a feel rushed out of the store when my appointment came to an end and we were still making last minute deliberations. They were super flexible with my weird schedule as an out of town bride, holding my dress for weeks while we figured things out. I don’t write a lot of reviews and I don’t often refer people to businesses. I will tell everyone I know to come here when they get married. My mom picked up my dress for me there today and again had a great experience!

The whole staff is AMAZING - kind, helpful and encouraging. Particularly on the first day I went in, working with Marina and meeting Meagan Kelly was great. Meagan and Marina helped me create my own dress with the top of one and the skirt of another. After having my final fitting today I am in LOVE with the final product and couldn’t be happier to get married in this one of a kind dress!I recommend doing some research on the designers ahead of time. They have a large selection, but having a few of Meagan’s dresses already written down as what I liked helped them tailor choices to me specifically!

After trying on dresses at a different boutique I was worried this experience would be just as unfulfilling. I was absolutely wrong! The women were all friendly and helpful. They even accommodated my last minute request to upgrade the bridal experience. I was able to find the PERFECT dress! I felt welcomed and not rushed at all. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware the dresses were off the rack and went into panic mode when I found some imperfections in the dress a couple of months after purchasing. I called the store and Taylor was more than willing to resolve the issue for me. The customer service is A1 and I’ve recommend this boutique to all the newly engaged brides I meet.

We went to Savvy Bride in Charlotte for my wedding dress search and immediately fell in love just walking in with the gorgeous and stylish decor and atmosphere. Even explains things to my mom that I can’t about the custom piece. So excited to get the final results.•Awesome environment/ Vibe when I went with my bridal party to try on dresses. I absolutely loved it we had an amazing time.•The “plus” size selection of gowns not try on was amazing! I was actually able to try on a few dresses and not be uncomfortable or stuffed into it.Areas of GROWTH-• communication really sucks to be more specific I had a text conversation with Nicole in which she says “ your dress came back early we will store it for you” and when I arrived she told me “ well it’s an additional 50.00 a month to store your dress unless you pay the balance and take it home today.” Also I asked what payment was due at my visit the answer was my custom piece but I left paying double that amount.•before my custom piece started no one communicated with about materials/ mock up. So I just had to trust the process AKA say I don’t want it anymore for them to respond...•Bottom line:Get storage space for your bridal dresses.Be clear and consistent with what you communicate having a bride prepared for one financial move and switching that up is ridiculous.. I visited Savvy Bride Boutique in Charlotte, and Avery was my bridal consultant. My family and I had such a memorable and fun experience. We were greeted with champagne, had a small room where my family could sit as I tried on dresses, and the overall atmosphere of the shop was so much fun! I am getting married in November and came to Savvy bride with my bridal party in hopes of finding the perfect dress. What I did not expect, was that I found the perfect Bridal Boutique! Lex helped me and Taylor rooted me on. I tried on all kinds of dresses and Lex was extremely patient and ultimately picked out the most beautiful gown that was the one. This experience was even better than I had ever hoped for. My dad surprised me and got the VIP package which included champagne and sweet treats- I highly recommend this!! I had my bridal appointment yesterday with Mycal and let me tell you, he was AMAZING. Not only did I feel stunning as he pumped me up lol but he was the only stylist that I had met (Ive been to other shops) that asked me about stuff in my wedding other than the dress. 5 stars isnt enough!I called Savvy 5 days before my wedding with a bridal emergency. My original dress had been butchered by the alterations department at Davids Bridal.Nicole IMMEDIATELY went into action and got me an appointment as soon as possible. From the moment I spoke to them I felt like a QUEEN and received a full royal treatment.The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with full support from Trianna. She immediately offered me some champagne or mimosa and we went right to work. She had pulled a few options for me prior to my appointment and continued to pull dresses based off of my likes and dislikes.She got me in and out of those dresses like clockwork. My sister was amazed how fast I was sending her pictures of new dresses! Not only was she fast and efficient but she was just the type of hype girl you need to find the right dress especially having just 5 days to pick something. She was honest, kind, and knows what looks right on every body type.I found the PERFECT dress that night and they immediately got me on the schedule for alterations.Meagan was a joy to work with as well. My previous alterations appointment at Davids Bridal took over 2 hours. Meagan said it would be about 10-15 minutes. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing. She was so easy to work with and talk to.I picked up my dress a DAY LATER and it was flawless. My nightmare experience at Davids Bridal lead me to Savvy Bride Boutique and it was a blessing in disguise. My only regret is that I didnt come to them from the start.My wedding day was absolutely PERFECT and I owe a whole lot of that to Savvy Bridal! THANK YOU guys from the bottom of my heart!

This boutique was absolutely fantastic! I was visiting from out of town and went there on a whim with less than a month until my special day. I absolutely loved this place! They made my experience amazing, from the time I stepped into the store until I left. While I was trying to find a dress for my wedding they offered my party mimosas and they were so helpful. My bridal party had so much fun helping me and they even got to pick out dresses for me as well. I would definitely recommend this place over all the other place I looked for a dress.

If I could give this place 10 stars it would not be enough! I truly wish I had come here before I found the style and brand of dress my heart was set on, because the experience alone could have sold me. The decor is very chic without being stuffy. They offer a mimosa upon arrival, COMPLIMENTARY (side eyeing you boutiques who charge us for that). We had Mycal as our stylist and OMG you can tell he lives and breathes this! I told him the feel of my wedding, my minimalist, elegant style and he instantly got it! No trying to persuade me of other styles or change my look. His knowledge of not only styles and materials fit for my theme but also their entire inventory truly blew me away (he remembered a dress like mine they just sold - this is not the norm). Couple that with his vision to make a dress there fit my exact needs with the seamstress and I was in bridal heaven. Sadly though, we decided to stick with a dress I found elsewhere. Mycal was 100% supportive of this AND gave me guidance on how to handle the alterations to stay on budget. This kind of service exceeds anything I’ve encountered so far in my wedding planning experience. I’m truly saddened that I have to buy my dress from a different store but I’ll be singing Savvy Boutique’s praises to every bride I know!

I went to a few other bridal boutiques before coming here and I thought I found my dress before getting there. Once I arrived, I was greeted by April who made me feel like a QUEEN! They provided some mimosas for me and the people with me and I LOVE mimosas! The glasses were so personable! April had us look around for dresses we liked and then she picked out a dress that she thought I would look great in. I tried that dress on first and I knew that was my dress! I tried on the other dresses just in case but the dress April picked out for me was perfect! They celebrated with us and made me feel extra special. They have an amazing wall for pictures. Oh! Also, they put your name on this board at the front of the boutique, which made me feel extra extra special. They have amazing payment plans. They were so friendly. I just love this place and would love to go back whenever one of my friends get proposed to!

Perfection! Everyone that worked there is amazing and they genuinely want you to find the dress of your dreams without pushing anything on you! If you book an appointment I would hands down ask for April, we instantly connected and she knew exactly what dresses to find for me within seconds of me telling her “I don’t like this style, but I’m not really sure what I like...” aka extremely vague, but she nailed it and I found my dream dress (almost two) within 45 minutes❤️❤️ I also want to add that I’ve been to multiple wedding shops/boutiques with friends who were getting married and I never once felt as welcomed as I did at Savvy Bride!

I visited this shop in the beginning of June, so covid is still an issue, and they didn’t seem to do anything to promote safety or sanitation (at least they didn’t educate us about their protocols if they have any). To start the appointment you look through racks of dresses and pick ones you want to try on (which seems cool at first but I mostly found it overwhelming). There were other brides going through the rack at the same time, making it feel a little crowded, and It also made me lose trust in the consultants because they didn’t initially pull dresses for me based on my taste. Everyone is different, so if you like the idea of picking what you try on, this is you’re place!Most dresses are off the rack which I was not made aware of prior to the appointment. It also didn’t seem like they took good care of the dresses (lots of stains/rips/missing details on dresses that have been tried on a lot). I was looking for a style they didn’t carry, I don’t like lace and most of their dresses have at least some lace so keep that in mind. They do have their own designer in store who can design a custom dress but the material she uses isn’t the same quality as you’ll find elsewhere. The shop is cute, and they have lots of dresses, but it definitely was not the experience I anticipated.

Myself and my bridesmaids had an amazing experience at Savvy Bride! We were warmly welcomed when we were able to tell Nicole our wedding vision on a cozy couch. The dresses were BEAUTIFUL and in great condition. Prices were reasonable and never once did I feel pressured. Very relaxing and comforting atmosphere.

I went shopping for my wedding dress at Savvy Bride last weekend and had a GREAT experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted with mimosas and water (for my pregnant sister). My stylist, Madeline, worked specifically with me the entire time and I never felt rushed or pressured into buying. The boutique alone is beautiful and the lights everywhere make for the best possible lighting when picking something as important as a wedding dress. I didnt end up finding my dress at Savvy, but that was not because of a lack of beautiful dresses! I purchased a dress at a different boutique and the dress that I found at Savvy was a really close runner up to it. Regardless, I would still highly recommend this store to any bride looking!

Wow. This was the best experience Ive ever had trying on dresses. I went to a few other places and none were as fun and beautiful as this boutique was. The girls were so kind and accommodating from start to finish; even helped me pick out my dream dress after knowing my taste after trying on others dresses before. The dresses were gorgeous and I had such a fun time walking around with all my friends with a mimosa in hand wearing a bride silk robe. It was the most perfect experience and the girls working there are what made it even more incredible. Thank you so much!

The dresses were dirty and expensive. I had a dress that was made too small in the shoulders for me in alterations and they offered to sell it for me. The offer was rescinded when I didnt purchase one of their dresses. They called me after I left to make sure i understood this, which only confirmed for me that I would purchase my dress elsewhere. Nice staff but overpriced, dirty dresses.

This was such an amazing experience. The selection was so very organized. I came in really not sure of what I wanted, but I did have ideas. Sydney made me feel so comfortable though and pulled my very random ideas together. I was able to pull some on my own while she worked to pull what could encompass my vision. Well, Savvy Bride nailed it... I feel in love with the 1st dress, which I did not even pick. It was amazing to actually try on dresses in my size. I was able to get the clear picture of what I could look like. If you want a fun, helpful, and energetic experience, you need to go to Savvy.

This was my first bridal shop visit of choice and I was so excited to go here for my first bridal appointment. Unfortunately, that feeling quickly faded during my appointment. Appointments were shortened that day for a sale, so my consultant rushed me through all of my dresses and then handed me over to the owner of the salon who said that we could have as much time as we needed to try on and consider dresses. Then, she lurked around the store (I say this because thats the only way to describe her glare), then followed me and my maid of honor into the dressing room at one point as I was changing, without saying anything, in a way that made us very uncomfortable. After ten minutes of further trying on dresses, she told us we had to leave for the next appointment, after she had said we could stay as long as we liked. I left feeling very disappointed and anxious on what should have been a fun and exciting day and appointment. Ill never be back.

I was lucky enough to have both Savannah and Allie helping me find my dream dress. After a full day of bridal boutique appointments, Savvy Bridal was my last stop and I am SO glad it was. Both ladies did a great job of pulling dresses that fit my taste, and accessorizing the dresses to give me the real feel. Savannah was incredibly supportive and body positive, and Allie was fantastic at finding accessories that perfectly matched the dress. Without Allies eye for style, I would not have walked out with my dream dress, as we would have missed it on our own. They had me walk down an aisle towards a giant mirror, and that exercise was exactly what I needed. Though it seemed odd and unconventional, it really helped me narrow down my choices. When I finally found the one, everyone was so excited an it felt like Id known them forever.The store itself is adorable, and very warm and cozy. Everyone we encountered made us feel right at home, and I will definitely be referring them to anyone I know looking for a wedding dress.

What a great experience and the dresses are AMAZING! I walked in thinking I would just try on some dresses and walked away with a dress I couldn’t imagine not getting on the spot. Such a cute and chic spot with amazing staff. They were hyping me up the whole time with each dress I stepped out in. My experience at Savvy Bride was a one of a kind! My stylist Lindsey was incredible, super sweet & understood exactly what I was looking for. There aren’t enough stars to describe how amazing Savvy Bride Boutique was! First of all, they are one of the only bridal stores open on Sunday, which was a huge help for me so I could get all my shopping done in one weekend. From the moment you walk in the door you feel so special and like you are the only bride in the store. Their store decor is so cute and flower wall was so fun to take picture in front of! I worked with April at the store and couldn’t have been happier. She greeted us with champagne and let me change into a comfy silk robe they provided. I was then allowed to go through the show room and pick gowns for her to pull for me to try on. She helped with the whole process from finding dresses in my style to helping me get in the gowns. When I found “the” dress, she grabbed a pair of heels, earrings and a bouquet so I could get a vision for what I would look like on my big day. Their prices are so reasonable and you get to take your dress home the same day! I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to buy my dress form savvy bridal boutique and would recommend it to any bride looking to not only find their perfect dress but to feel like a princess while looking for it!

I had such a delightful experience with Nicole at Savvy. My friend and I were able to do a double bridal appointment. Surprisingly although I didnt plan to wear a traditional wedding dress .. I was able to find an amazing dress! Nicole pulled out some amazing dresses. My friend and I both left SO happy!
