My experience was wonderful. We were lucky enough to have the shop to ourselves ( a small perk thanks to covid). The store was beautiful and clean and all the sample gowns were all cared for. Ok. The Ladies at Winnie Couture and just the over all experience my mom and I had were incredible. When I tell you all that I had been to at least 7 bridal boutiques around Charlotte - I am not joking when I said that the girls here are amazing. I worked with Hassie during my first bridal try on and she was so so sweet and patient with me. I had a hard time deciding so the next 2 times I went back I worked with Madison and she is just the cherry on top of the whole experience!! I went to multiple bridal stores in Charlotte and Winnie Couture was hands down the absolute best experience. Amanda was the best bridal consultant. She made the experience so personal and special. I went in thinking I wanted a certain kind of dress, and Amanda suggested I try on one of her picks. I ended up going with the dress she picked out for me. My mom was not able to come with me the day I found the dress. Amanda suggested I come back in for a dress reveal. She set up a follow up appointment for me to come back in and try the dress back on so my mom and bridesmaids could see it. Amanda made me feel very comfortable and was not pushy at all. Honestly the dresses sell themselves. The quality is so nice and they are not super heavy like other dresses I tried on. I am a Charlotte based wedding and event planner and brought my client to this location. She needed two dresses a traditional white gown for her ceremony and an edgy black gown for her reception. She has several other specific ideas. So I needed to find a store that could accommodate her needs. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. My client got both gowns in one trip. They took extra care and listened to all of her needs. They had great instincts and made the trip so special. The ladies even gave me a great recommendation for another bride I had who needed alterations. Our sales associate was Madison Evans. I cannot sing her praises enough. I ordered a vail months ago but have never received it or been contacted to pick it up, even though it was supposed to be ready before May. I ended up not having a vail for my wedding for this reason. I spoke to the Manager Madison weeks ago about sorting it out and she told me she’d call me back the next day after contacting their corporate office reassuring me the issue would be resolved. 4 weeks later I haven’t heard back. I’ve called back multiple times and she has not been returning my calls. I’m feeling like I’ve been scammed $300 for a basic and simple product I paid for, never received impacting my wedding, and am now being dodged. I really hope this gets sorted out which would improve my current experience and likelihood of recommending Winnie Couture Charlotte... which right now is very frustrating.

Very sub-par experience at Winnie Couture in Charlotte. The dresses were fabulous for sure, but Maiya was less than enthused to help me and my group. My family definitely noticed her rushing me to make a decision on the style of dress I was looking for when I explicitly told her over the phone and in person that I was trying NOT to limit my selections. I just happen to like all styles of dresses! This only seemed to annoy/confuse her. Even though I told her my budget when booking the appointment and again when they make you fill out the form when you arrive, she didnt help steer me to dresses within my price range. She did, however, try to work with my budget after I had found a dress pretty close to my stretch budget, but Im still displeased that the other dress I also liked was almost $1000 over my budget. Perhaps I should have checked the tags myself, but every other location Ive tried on dresses didnt require me to do the work myself and were thousands of times more helpful. Honestly, if the service werent so bad, I probably would have chosen a Winnie Couture gown despite the budget mix-up. Bottom line: I would NOT recommend Winnie Couture to a future bride!!!

I am not going to lie, I was nervous and apprehensive about wedding dress shopping but from the moment I stepped in the door all of the staff was incredibly helpful and put me at ease. I had the pleasure of working with Madison. I thought I didnt know what I wanted and desires giving her been general thoughts and ideas she managed to really narrow it down and find exactly what I was looking for. She helped me find the perfect dress I didnt even know I wanted! She also helped with every detail including the veil l, bustle and hair accessories. I had the pleasure of visiting the Charlotte Winnie and it was a unique experience. My cousin came to find her gown we came due to the marvelous reviews. While our service was decent, the manager (Madison) made it known who she was totally ambushing our stylist and not allowing her to fully engage with us. The manager took over the appointment, i felt so bad for our stylist who was just trying to help my cousin find her gown. I would recommend this salon but the manager does not allow the stylists to fully preform their abilities. I hope something changes, they have amazing gowns!

She was able to set me up for an appointment on short notice because I was traveling in to NC to visit my sister and decided we wanted to go dress shopping! Maiya and the rest of the store welcomed my sister and mom and treated us so great! We drank champagne while Maiya helped us around the store picking out dresses to try on. She listened carefully to what I told her I envisioned but also encouraged me to try on new styles. When I found the dress I fell in love with, she made me feel so special. She put on a veil and gave me a bouquet of flowers and made it all feel so perfect. I said YES to the dress! I also loved that I never felt pressured during any of the experience. She made me feel sure I was making the best decision. Overall, it was such a lovely experience. I would definitely recommend coming to find your dream dress here!

DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM THIS STORE!!!!! Worst experience of my life. I ordered my dress from Winnie in Charlotte back in November and was assured it would be delivered by the end of April for pickup and alterations. I understand covid happened. Then the end of April passed(no word from the store). Then I got a phone call from the store manager Madison in MAY that the store would be reopening that Memorial Day weekend and that my dress was there but they weren’t sure “where” and “it could be at the Atlanta store” sounded extremely odd. I was told I would receive a call back the next day. Keep in mind we told Madison my end of JUNE wedding was still happening at the time. Weeks go by without a word we called, emailed, DM ect never heard from them when the store reopened. My mother then called the Atlanta store and finally someone there was able to get in touch with Winnie corporate. Only to inform us that my dress was delivered to their headquarters in Beverly Hills and did not pass “quality check” so it was returned to their design house in Hong Kong but should be here in June. Still have never heard back from Madison or the Charlotte store. Here it is June 25 and still nothing about the status on my dress, no communication. Completely left in the dark about the where about of my wedding dress. I have never received such POOR customer service in my life. NEW MANAGEMENT is NEEDED. There is absolutely NO excuse for any of this. Consider this your warning and do not risk buying a dress from this company.

I felt catered to and like I was the only customer in the absolutely sumptuous boutique. It was like wedding dress heaven...just absolutely immaculately appointed!! The dresses here are beautiful but it was strange to me that none of the dresses had prices on them... all other wedding dress shops Ive been to clearly show their prices

Only sad I cant give one-hundred-million stars. Hayley, my bridal consultant is QUEEN! From the second we walked in the door, through multiple appointments and then finally settling on the most beautiful dress, everything was amazing. I read somewhere that a good bridal consultant can size you & your style up the second they see you & Hayley did just that. The first dress she picked for me was the home I went home with -- even though I took the time to try others on & even visited other boutiques in multiple towns, I couldnt get that first one out of my head & I wouldnt have it any other way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Winnie Couture in Charlotte & if Hayleys your girl, youll be in luck!

After attending the Bridal Expo in Charlotte and meeting the ladies at the Winnie Couture booth, they were so sweet and able to accommodate a last minute appt for me the next day before I flew back to California. Tiffany was my stylist and she was AMAZING. It was the best experience I’ve had a bridal boutique and she was so good at explaining the differences between the dresses and styles. I brought my parents, grandma, and sister and it was such a great time for all of us. Once Tiffany “jacked” me up there was no questioning the dress I’d be saying yes to! Thank you so much Tiffany, you are so kind and patient and made it a truly wonderful experience!

I dont have the words to express how great of a time my team and I had with Tiffany! She exceeded all of our expectations, even ones we didnt know we had or that we should have, lol. She listened to what I said and what I didnt say but what my facial expressions and body language showed, making the experience feel less awkward and more familiar. She is truly the best! I am extremely picky and somewhat indecisive when it comes to clothes, I bought two wedding dresses and shortly after regretted my decisions and began to hate them both. I came across Winnie Couture on Instagram and instantly fell inlove with their dresses. When I saw they had a store in Charlotte (1.5 hours from me) I immediately made an appointment. I spoke with Amanda and instantly knew she would be the one to get me into my dream dress just from our first conversation. Upon arriving she greeted me with a smile and truly cared about all the little details I mentioned over the phone, she even took the time to review my bridal closest and made sure to show me dresses of my liking. I never felt forced or pressured which made the process so relaxing. I was fortunate enough to say “yes to the dress” all thanks to Amanda’s amazing service/attention to detail and Winnie Couture’s beautiful gowns. I look at the pics of my dress everyday and I am still inlove with it!

Truly hands down the best customer service! She helped make the process of finding a wedding dress easier, and I’m glad I FINALLY said yes to the dress! Hello! The first impression when i went to Winnie Couture was “I can be relax here” Unfortunately, I was alone and very emotional to make this decision. The staff Madison and Maiya make me feel very welcome, I was coming from very stressful different store and I needed someone listen and laugh with me that day. Maiya is so adorable and diligent. She made possible to make a video call with family and sent to them the pictures. Also, everyone was so patience with my language because i was so nervous that i couldnt speak any language correctly. The final and most important i felt brave to design my own wedding dress+ fit the dress to my measurements. This place is beautiful with friendly staff. Emotional experience for me.

My Winnie Couture experience in Charlotte was beyond what I expected. As I called and made an appointment with Madison last week, I had no idea I would find my dream gown on my first visit of wedding gown shopping as the visit was for FUN. Maiya was a gem to work with. She reached out to me the day before for a consultation and when I arrived she had 8 gowns for me to try on. The first 2 were breathtaking and I knew then I was at the right place. Being that I went on a Tuesday, I received the red carpet treatment from Maiya and basically had the entire floor to myself. After trying on my gown 2 times with final accessories, I literary cried in the mirror as I could see myself walking down the isle to my King. I had my friend/wedding planner with me, along with my maid and matron of honor on facetime. They all loved the dress. I topped it off with calling my brother and all he could say was beautiful. We are slated to visit Kleinfield at the end of June, but I already feel relieved that I will be a Winnie Bride; therefore, I will shoe and accessory shop. Thanks again Maiya and Madison for making my experience phenomenal.
